From sales to installation to final inspections all was great just can't find any mobile apps so we can view the complete system in use (online) so we could monitor and learn more about solar energy also to be able to know all the functions,production and energy savings. Sometimes it was a little time consuming process if only they could get better apps for homeowners

We thought about solar energy for quite awhile. Living in a condo community we had to wait. This group came in and was forthcoming, explained the changes in cost benefits and provided excellent customer service beginning to end. We now await FPL to install our changes in cost back up .

I am very happy with my roof and solar panels! The team who installed my new roof were excellent, and the team who installed the panels and electrical system also did an awesome job! They cleaned everything up when they were done. And their phone staff were very responsive, and I love the app included that let's me know how to panels are working!

I have nothing but high praise for Sunnova. Solar panels were professionally installed and no problems. System works well and my electric bill is way down to the point that when I get my monthly bill it’s only taxes, fees and protective plans.

The installation crew was finished in 2 days and cleaned up when they were finished. After installation I was kept informed on what would happen next. I was very happy when I was told my system was live.

We had a great experience with sonova. Josh the representative was very helpful and making us help make the right decision. My only complaint was waiting for so long for Duke energy to do what they had to do. Our panels were up on the roof ready to go for 5 weeks before everything got settled with duke. Otherwise it was great thank you

Very happy with sunnova they were pretty fast in getting out to our home and fixing the problem, unfortunately we needed a new inverter so it took a few extra days but it was minimal. They were there when they said they would, were in contact with us the whole time about the process and installed fairly fast, definitely happy with the service

I can’t say much as of right now I haven’t seen a savings yet. But what I am disappointed in is when it came to putting up the solar panels they were put up super quickly they stayed calling me with appointments and updates and then when they were up, I was waiting and waiting for about to months on them to be turned so I contacted the person who represented trinity and come to find out they were waiting for me to email them back to make an appointment for them to get inspected 🤔🤔🤔. So where my disappointment came from was them not calling and staying on top of me when it came to them being inspected. But I will say they are finally up and running so we will see

Their sales people were courteous, professional and prompt for meetings. When i had follow up questions i was able to reach out and get my questions answered very quickly. My install was completed same day, installers walked me thru their process and displayed pictures at the end of my attic. As promised i have quality equipment and not only does Sunnova monitor my system i can monitor my production thru the apps, i can see my grid dependence and my solar production down to each panel.

I was not informed of this appointment until day of and 30 minutes prior. From my understanding it was scheduled by Generac. They did tell my wife that the snaps looked good, which is good since they were all replaced July 1st 2022. Power Home Solar/Pink Energy installed my solar, and has been mostly a disappointment since install. I assume Generac is being proactive in having my system checked, but lack of timely communication is another disappointment. If I had been home, I would have liked to ask a few questions, not the least is what it would take to have the system provide the amount of power PHS/PE promised. Also if my system is safe without the integrated fire detection Generac originally recommended as part of the system. I can’t really rate more, because I’m not 100% sure what all they were going to do.

I had a Generac system installed from “Power Home Solar “ who is being sued by many customers. I called Generac and they sent Sunnova to check on my system. Sunnova found errors in the system settings and connections, and got my system running better than ever.

Very good company that gave me a free estimate. The agent that came to my home was clean, knowledgeable , and honest. The quoted price versus the actual price check a real steep increase after the visit. I don’t have any roof problems, but I wanted to not wait for that and work ahead of time and it was hard with the transformation of the bathroom to need 3 to 5 days for completion when many companies do it in one

I think their local installers (Tron) were super fast and I love their customer service. The local folks are also very quick to respond. The install was a little messy though. I found trash, a saw blade, screw driver bit, and various wire cuttings all around the outside of my house and on the roof (seen from a window). Glad I found them before my kids or dogs did. As far as sunnova, they are fine so far. The customer service folks via phone and email are not from the US and sometimes their English skills cause confusion. It's kind of frustrating, really. If I only have to deal with their local contractors/ resellers, I'll be ok. Please note: I had a contract signed and no install for almost a year. It was the reseller's fault (Wind Soleil). They were absolutely terrible. I found a different a different reseller (Tron), cancelled that contract and signed a new one through Tron. They installed like 6 weeks later.

The sales, installation, and customer service personnel are great. My only issue was that the local electrical power supplier recently reduced their price per Kw below that which Sunnova charges. Sunnova was not able to adjust their billing rate to compete. Until the local rate increases above Sunnova, I'm stuck with paying more for solar power, but the good part is that it's 'green'.

So far only one month, May, looks good. I looked into it last spring 2022 . late fall of 2022 decided on Venture and late December 2022/ January 2023 installation complete. With all the inspections i finally have my first usage report for May. I would hope that this long process becomes a lot shorter.

I highly recommend Sunnova if you are looking to go solar. We have had our solar panels for several years and have not had any problems. The installation process was easy. We have saved a lot of money on electricity, especially with the huge rise in utility prices in the North East this past winter.

The process was seamless from start to finish. The customer service was exceptional. The system performs as stated and saves us money each month. ** Update to my review. Initially, I was very happy with the service I received. In the first 3 months, we noticed considerable savings. Apparently, our system was not installed correctly and the parts needed to repair the system were not in stock. We were not informed the system was not operational until we called after receiving a bill double the usual from the electric company on top of the contracted amount from Sunnova. Customer service was slow to respond to our inquiries and would not assist with the 2K in electric costs even though it was due to improper installation and a service delay on their part. Since we did agree to the system installation terms, we have no recourse and have seen little value in the first year of ownership. Hopefully, the upcoming year is better and I can update my review again.
