This is for the Charlotte NC Branch. Since 5/30/2023, I was charged $701.61 for two applications of pest control. $500 of this sum was for terminating the bad service which didn’t deliver adequate pest control. I asked for a second visit but fire ants outside were still there and insects inside got worse. They lie to you and say they are in the neighborhood and are offering a one time deal for a good price. No one except me who was the sucker who bought their service. When they killed the hornets nest, they left the debris on my .porch.

We have reviewed your account and hope that the follow explanation helps clear up any confusion: The subscription was a Pest 4, meaning that there are regularly scheduled services quarterly. You were serviced on 5/30/23, meaning that the next service would be around 8/30/23. You were entitled to free reservices in between these appointments, and we are happy to see that you took advantage of this by having a reservice provided on 6/20/23. In the contract it lays out the monthly billing, the price of the monthly billing, as well as what were to happen if the contract is canceled earlier than the term agreed to of 18 months. We also were able to review the welcome call where you were able to agree to the terms and conditions of the service provided. We can see that you have paid the early cancelation fee. We are sad to see you go but wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors!

this company came to my house yesterday and he kept assisting for me to use her service and he told me that my neighbors were using it and I believe that him and I text my neighbors they said no we’re not doing that company and I told the guy that I don’t want your service and I give them my credit card information and I had told him to cancel it because I don’t want your service. These people are annoying they lied, and they don’t care about their customer. Don’t use this company ever again.

Getting to cancel my contract! The best thing about RIDD is getting RID of them! They still charged me after I cancelled but that is RIDD, charges for not showing, showing up when your gates are shut, etc. Once your sold the product you are on you own except for the monthly payments (they get those no matter is they show up or not). They blame the technicians for everything since corporate staff is worthless. Blame game is RIDD I cant mark a star for customer service because RIDD is about the money not the customer!

I refuse to use a service that solicited in a community that says no soliciting. You obviously don’t appreciate the concerns of the people. Please send me a flyer and don’t disrupt my family time for me to argue with your salesperson for a few minutes. My phone is blasted with spam, my email with spam. Leave people alone! If your salesman would of left when immediately told we weren’t interested, I wouldn’t be as upset but that is not the case. Your Segway salesman approach is not appreciated.

After a long day of taking care of 2 sick kids I finally got my baby to sleep. I have a sign on my doorbell that says “Do not ring bell baby is sleeping” Guess who decides to ring my bell after 8pm and completely ignore my sign? Baylor from RIDD pest control. Needless to say I was not happy to have my baby awoken by a pushy solicitor on a stupid hoverboard. I was disgusted that he didn’t even apologize and instead proceeded to laugh at me. Anyways I’m leaving this review to always remember to never use this company. This is NOT the way you get new costumers.
