Terrible. Been trying to cancel since July. Didn’t come out told them the service didn’t work said they’d come again. That didn’t happen the. When I did I need to cancel they said they need to come out and if that didn’t work I could cancel. Still didn’t show up. I am still awaiting cancellation Very difficult to work with

Terrible customer service. Seth came to my house to install termite treatment and it was never done. He didn't notify me about the issue. I would never recommend Ridd Pest control to anyone. When spraying for pest inside they don't spray every room. I'm not sure what I paying for.

We reviewed your account and can see that there was concerns about installing the sentricon stations with the yard being unfinished. Our service professionals mentioned that the yard needed to be completed before installing the stations. Reason being is that we did not want any of the stations to be damaged as the yard was being finished. If the yard is now finished, we would love to get sentricon installed on your home. We can see in the notes that the service professional communicated this to you on 9/29/23. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding. As far as the pest control, we are more than happy to service the interior upon request so that we can coordinate a time where an adult is present in the home. I have to keep calling someone. I need someone to come out for any piles again. I’m not sure if they’re using the right products. I was told powder but they are just spraying the piles with liquid.

The service from the specialist is very respectful and good. Never the less I have bugs in the house and insects. I was expecting service very months for $100 per month. We need to do a deep fumigating to get the ants, bugs and insects out.

I signed up for Ridd and they are supposed to come bi-monthly. They have been multiple weeks late every time they are supposed to be here, and I've had to call to remind them every month. They don't give any advance notice when they are coming to ensure you are not home. I am fairly certain they are not coming to provide treatment, as I have multiple rodent holes next to my house (where they are supposed to be spraying). I didn't say anything about it to see if they would mention it to me, which they did not. They breached my contract by not coming bi-monthly, and will not let me cancel without paying $250. Terrible company, I should have picked any of the other providers in my area.

Higher end pest control. Great product and service, however make sure that you see the contract physically before agreeing. Customer service has strict policies, however they do try to make sure they are doing the right thing for their customers.

They are very thorough in their sweep of the border of the house. They are very good about staying away from the butterfly garden so that area is free from harm. I wish they would give us a little more notice on when they are sending someone out. I get a days notice and no time frame so I need to figure out letting them into the backyard.

For the first service, the service was fine. They came out, cleaned out the wasp nest from my soffit and spider webs and cocoons from inside my pool enclosure, and did a good job. After that, the service became bare minimum and I ended up with a wasp nest on my soffit for 4 months and they didn't come to my house for two months saying the service appointment was canceled even though I never talked to them. On top of that, THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE 2 MONTHS THEY DIDN'T EVEN SHOW UP. What's more, there is a $199 cancelation fee they don't tell you about upfront (They tell you it's in the contract when you try to cancel) that discourages you from canceling even though they are providing mediocre service.

Since you are on a bimonthly subscription, we are pleased to see that the last few appointments have been on time or even a few days early! Our contracts do not automatically renew; once the contract term has been realized, the subscription just moves to month to month where you can cancel anytime without any cancelation fee. All of our technicians are licensed to service your home. Seeing as you are in Georgia, we have specific technicians that are licensed in Georgia and Florida who service your home.
