The service did not work. When I tried to cancel they tried to hit me with a huge cancelation fee from a contract. Which I had no idea. They don't tell you about cancelation fees or that you do have a contract. Again service did not work on the bugs and mosquitos. Not happy at all with service and how they are sneaky with the contract and fees.

For the most part Hawx is a good company for Pest Control. Mostly because they’ll schedule a re-do service with no questions asked. Whenever there’s an issue they’ll correct it. I’ve learned to request a favorite technician to do my pest and mosquito services to meet my satisfaction.

From a Georgia prospective, this is one of the best pest control companies out there. Very professional, on time, respectful of the property, efficient, and ready to Walk you through every step. Their product is efficient but results are seeing slowly after some repeat and consistency. I gave them 4 stars because the after service is just a mess. They hardly pick up or return calls when service has been delivered. They will get you with the little print on their contract sheet so ve aware. Other than that, they do the job!
