Thanks for making my day!Your tech does a great job! Yet I still have mice in my garage and shed also still have ant nests on my patio and pavilion but I worked in my backyard and was had fleas all over my feet and lower legs! Just about ready to cancel my service with Hawkes! Now I have to purchase my own product to try to take care of my problems!

They make regular on-schedule visits, with advanced notice by email. They have auto billing/payment, so I don't have to mess around with that. Every technician is polite and willing to please. He will treat any area I ask him to. Since I started using HAWX, I haven't had any bugs in the house or basement, and just an occasional bug in the garage. If you do have a problem, such as with wasps or hornets, they will come when you call them

Carpenter bees had done quite a bit of damage to the wood posts on our deck and our cedar sided house. We retained Hawx Pest Control about 5 years ago to get rid of them and since then, with quarterly applications, we've had no more problem with these scary and damaging little creatures. The Hawx people listen to a customer's priorities and special areas requiring attention. They also visit in between quarterly applications, at no charge, if necessary.

They have good customer service in their office. They have good customer service from their people who come to the house and spray. And they have an excellent business model with no contract. I pay for the service I receive. If something goes wrong with my finances, i only owe for 1 visit and don't have a ridiculous bill of hundreds and hundreds of dollars and not receive the service.

The company has followed through with service on getting rid of my ants. 2 years ago I had them really bad and they treated the backyard and the front quite successfully. This year the ants were still in the front yard and on the side of the house. They treated the house and I decided that I was going to go out and buy some poison. But, their customer service called me and asked me how things were going? I told them I have ants. They sent their service out twice to solve the issue. I do not have ants. They will remain my service as long as I live in this home.

Hawx is an excellent pest control Co. that does an outstanding job with excellent customer service. My technician is always cheerful and knowledgeable. I am on the Quarterly service plan for about 2 years now and i can tell a huge difference in fleas and spider control! They just started with a mosquito spray but I have not tried that service yet. Those pests are awful this year!

We tried 3 separate pest control companies to resolve an infestation of carpent beetles that had been brought in by an air duct cleaning company. No one could rid us of the problem until I called Hawx. They were familiar with this pest and after one treatment, the beetles were gone. They did check back and did one more treatment, but after months of fighting it, they were the only company of several that solved the problem!

Hawx always gives me a heads up a few days before my next service appointment and the again on the day of when they 20-30 minutes from my house. The technician working on my house that day sends their name and photo so I know who they are when they arrive. Once finished, the tech sends me a rundown of services performed as well as photos of the areas on my house they treated. Top notch customer service.

The quality of the product is very good and works well when not applied during rainy days. However, there seems to be a great deal of miscommunication between the office and the technician. The most recent service the technician locked the back gate when leaving; therefore, my lawn mowing service was unable to mow the back yard. I have continually asked for instructions to be on my account regarding the back gate and lock. It is apparent either these directions are not provided to the technician or the technician does not pay attention to the instructions. This is ongoing and is exceeding annoying.

They give notice when they are coming to service, if it starts to rain or is raining they allow me to reschedule without charging me for it. The carpenter ants are nearly gone, the wasps the burrow holes in my deck are gone, and though it took an extra cost, to me, they took care of an unexpected invasion of another kind of insect. Then, they returned at no cost to me after I saw evidence of the same insect, again. care of another infestation

I rarely leave one-star reviews, but my experience with Hawx Pest Control has been nothing short of a nightmare. Working with this company has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences of my life. I was initially lured in by a persuasive young salesperson who promised better service and greater convenience compared to my previous pest control provider. Unfortunately, I couldn't have been more wrong. Hawx is supposed to provide quarterly services and offer additional visits when needed. However, they completely missed one of the quarterly visits and consistently failed to show up for multiple appointments I scheduled afterward. Almost every time, they either didn’t come at all or missed the four-hour appointment window, making it impossible for them to address the main issue I hired them for—spiders in my basement. The last straw was yesterday when I took time off work for a scheduled visit between 8 AM and 12 PM on September 16th. Not only did they fail to show up, but they also didn’t bother to inform me of the cancellation. Hours later, I received a random text informing me that my appointment had been rescheduled for October 7th, nearly three weeks later. Hawx Pest Control has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They have repeatedly wasted my time, neglected their contractual obligations, and left my home untreated despite paying my bills in full. Do not make the same mistake I did. Avoid Hawx Pest Control at all costs. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and a complete waste of your time and money.

I've always had a pleasant experience with the Hawx team. Whatever they use works just as well as the harsh chemicals but it's safer for pets. The majority of service technicians are good, there are some that are exceptional but there are few that spend all their time at your home on their cell phone. They use a wired or wireless connection to their cell phone but their on the cell phone none the less. I expect more personalized service for the $100 I spend for the hour of work. I have had technicians not complete the entire service, skipping over certain items and still write on the service ticket they completed the work. I expect more dedicated service technicians. The ones that are good and exceptional I heard you can request but the seed has been planted.

Professional and courteous people. Great service. Easy to reschedule and reservice if needed. However, our issue is that the products used in the spray are NOT very effective. After the application, we still see wasps and spiders. We had asked Hawx to spray for wasps and remove any nests from the property. We still have an issue of wasps. So I searched on my own and found 3 small nests outside and sprayed them with a Wasp and Hornnet spray that I got from Home Depot. I am sure we have more nests hidden around the property. Plus, I see shavings on the deck which may be a sign of carpenter bees. I wish Hawx would help with these issues so that I can give them a higher rating.

When I first answered the door to a young man going door to door promoting this company. I had a lot trouble with ants. I tried so many remedies. But these ants always came back. Have been using Hawk since 2019 for a black ant problem on the outside of my home. Black ant problem went away after 2 treatments. Have them come out 3 times a year to ensure the ants stay away. I also use them in the summer months for mosquitos and have been happy with the results.

Here's my feedback. Number one it was not verbally told me up front that if I wanted to cancel my contract I only had three days to do it. I read that in fine print after three days was over so then I felt like I was stuck.The other feedback is everytime that I called to speak to a representative about how many more trips that I had for the pest control, the mosquito control each one of them gave me a different answer and I talked to three different people there at various times over the year, another man had the same story also how they communicate to me was another conflict from the representative the home office 1800 number I would get emails instead of text messages and I said well everytime I had a text message previously she said well that's not here in your chart so there's a lot of miscommunication with customer service.

And I was not happy with a reply from one of your technicians when I asked him to spray for a carpenter bee that was making a hole near my front door. He replied that he wasn't here to do that service today. I am thinking about going with another service. I have ants that have not been treated, or if they were it didn't work. I'm very disappointed in your service. Spider webs used to be cleaned . Not any more.

The products they apply work great. The service provided is often lacking. Rescheduling without notice, rescheduling due to scheduling conflicts, technician serviced wrong house and said it was mine completed. Jordan, the most recent technician I had was wonderful, however he shared that a service should take about 20 minutes and that is definitely not how long the other techs in the past have taken. The salesmen that come keep trying to get me to sign up with Hawx and claim I am not in the system, but every time I call for scheduling issues they have no trouble finding me.

No pests in the house! Yay! He clued me into the lemon tree also being too close to the house and the aunts using it as a route into the house. So that is being continuously cut back from the walls.

I've always enjoyed the service I have gotten from Hawx Pest Control and their associates. However, there have been a few times when they were scheduled to come, but they did not show up. Also, the last person that sprayed my house, made a comment about my wall boards being dusty. I found that a little unprofessional. Thanks.

Sometimes they come on days when we notified them not to come, because they will not have access to the inside of the house. They come, nevertheless and charge for full service. We have had to call them back on a number of occasions, because they left fire ant mounds untreated. They are okay if someone is walking along with them pointing areas to spray.

They always do a preventative treatment so I don't need spray inside the house. They knock down spider webs, dirt daub ears, and wasp nests around the house and eaves. No pests in my house!

The products work and they are always good about coming out again if problems occur because of excess rain or other factors making bugs more present. Unfortunately they don't always have the same technician so treatment is inconsistent

Some techs are good and do their job thoroughly however a lot of techs don't get rid of spider webs or spray the entire perimeter of the home such as the back yard or back part of the home. If we pay for a service I shouldn't always have to keep an eye on the tech to see if they are doing their job correctly. I should be able to trust them but they seem to be loosing my confidence in their ability to effectively caring out there duties after the service is paid for... when the tech doesn't do their job I have to schedule an another appointment and wait for weeks for them to come out again and it's annoying
