I had previously got a "quarterly service one time plan" and they charged me 5 times and refused to refund it. Saying it was part of the one year quarterly. But their is only supposed to be 4 service. Then on top of that every time they came they had to come back as it didn't work well if at all. To this day it never worked. Ant still came then. And they prob come less nownwith my maintenance then they did with theirs.

They said they could not remove the wasp nest under my 2nd floor eaves because they didn'thave the equipmentfor it. It say they check the bait box but when I check it after they're gone, it is covered with leaves. There is no way it was checked..

I have asked since the first treatment to please plan to come when I am home. Every single time, the technician will call and say that they are in my area and want to come at a different time. I am fairly certain my back yard has never been fully treated. I have a dog door and no one every calls to make sure I am home to close the dog door. Often, my son's dog is here and if they truly come in the back yard to treat, that dog would not allow the intrusion, therefore I am certain the back yard has seldom been adequately treated.

Their product only worked for a few months, once the next bug season came around they were all over my house and I constantly had to have HAWX come out and do another treatment. The techs were never prepared, I requested several times for the inside of my house to be done and every time the tech would arrive unaware that the inside needed to be done as well. Customer service is horrible and rude. This company is a shame.

The appointment times are not accessible or flexible to accommodate my schedule. Additionally, the exterminator does not ring the doorbell to alert the family that they will be fumigating to allow the family to leave if needed, resulting in poor/incomplete fumigation.

It is hit and miss with the help. The first year they were great the second year it was hit or miss on the techs. One would take 5 minutes when it is a 30 minute job. I had to call them back once and almost twice. I recommended them to a friend and they did not show up when they were suppose to and when they did the job was not done well.

So far so good but the first service is always the best. I hope every service that follows is as good. We had Orkin before and they require 30 days notice to stop a current service. We were not sure if we could just call and cancel but we had to have them out for our regular service then give 30 days notice to cancel.

I’ve been with Hawks PC for over 5 yrs and plan on continuing with them. Why? They aren’t constantly raising their rates each year, the specialist are super helpful in answering questions or addressing concerns, and the service level is consistent. This is a solid business to work with!

Professional, Courteous, and prompt. While their service got 98% of the webs and missed a few on the patio. I also inquired about whether the chemicals being used were safe for bees, and I found a few dead bees the days following the service. Overall I've seen fewer insects and bugs and will have to continue the service monthly to see how everything pans out overall. Not sure why management was with the team during the service which I think made the servicemen nervous as they were being watched and graded, but that's corporate for ya.

Brandon, Came out was early for the time frame given. went right to work. I had them out for spiders and I had dead insects all around the base of my home. The spiders now stay on the driveway or the sidewalk not in my house!
