Chemicals haven't worked well. First time we had the service we cancel because individuals were seen sitting in their vehicle for a short then leaving. A manager came & convinced us things changed. We tried again.We call to complain and had a difficult time getting someone out to take a look. We finish the service due to the contract & cancel due to this forgetting they convinced us to try their other service that bound us to a different contract. We can't cancel this one or risk paying the extra amount for making the contract. Once we finish this service, we will not have them again.

The employees are polite and courteous. I would like to see them be a bit more careful when spraying. It always seems to get all over the windows and on my decorative ornaments. It leaves spots that are hard to get off.

Every time I’ve called with problems, they have come out and resprayed when the mosquitos are not taken care of. We are happy that we can go out and be in the backyard without mosquitos most of the time.

Everyone I’ve encountered has been extremely professional, courteous and knows what they’re doing! All the staff I have interacted with seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs, and working with the Hawx team. It truly shows! I appreciate their warranty between regular service dates. Especially with the amount of rain we have had. If I see any live bugs, they happily schedule an additional appointment.

I Love that everyone treats each other with upmost respect and values their customers with a godly aspect. I have had the pleasure of being able to meet Breon which is the sales rep that helped me, the pest tech, and termite tech. They each are different individuals with each of knowledge different than the other to help me in my endeavors of pest (mainly ants for me). I have absolutely nothing bad to say they work as a amazing team to meet the clients needs above and beyond. I appreciate their teamwork to make such a company valuable to my area and others.

After contacting Hawx they sent Reginald C to come service my home. Mr C was very considerate and patient after I need to reschedule time. He called and confirmed his time of arrival and was here at that exact time. He explained what he was doing and why and what results we should expect. Be aware of Hawx Pest Control. They are in the Murfreesboro area preying on elderly residents. Their representatives intimidate the elderly forcing them to purchase unneeded or unwanted pest control contracts. They personally pressured my mother, who is visably ill and not competent to make these thypes of decisions, into the purcahsing of a contract. When I contacted Hawx they refused to cancel the contract even though they have not provided any service to date. I would give zero stars if able. Next stop the media.

Signed contract for quarterly service beginning June 2023. Received service that day but they never returned. I'm working and away from the house during they day and did not realize they were not doing at visits. When I called in May 2024, they admitted that they had not done the service and promised a refund. A month later, they broke that promise and refused to provide a refund. How can they take $$ for work they didn't do and sleep at night? No integrity. Stay away from these crooks!

Roaches for worse. They were servicing my home and in laws home where I am living. They would spray and I would not see roaches and when it was time for them to come back there were more roaches. My home on Teel St was infested with roaches and I was paying a fee every three months. I ordered a product from Amazon and for the first time I am seeing dead roaches.

At first I was highly pleased, but I don't they are as careful as they initially were about removing spiderwebs, etc. I also get mosquito treatment, and my guests recently had to ask for bug spray because they were being eaten up by mosquitoes.

I have several issues with Hawx. I leave my back gate locked. I ask that I get A call so I can Arrange someone to be there to unlock the gate. The last few times I havent Had my backyard serviced because nobody bothered to knock on my front door. Second, several visits ago whoever did my service didn't close my back gate. My dog got out. This isn't good. She doesn't like small dogs or things that run. Fortunately we didn't have an incident. However, if an incident were to have happened it would have been extremely costly and what if something were to have happened to our beloved pet?

I have not had the best experience the past few months. They set up an appointment with me and the employee then went to my neighbors house and not mine. My neighbor received my service. I had to call and get it rescheduled. The past few times they have come out, the spray doesn't seem to be working and the areas that I need done, don't seem to get the attention it needs. They also do not seem very knowledgeable about the bugs that I need sprayed for. Whenever I show them the bugs and ask them about it, they have no idea what I am talking about.

I had previously got a "quarterly service one time plan" and they charged me 5 times and refused to refund it. Saying it was part of the one year quarterly. But their is only supposed to be 4 service. Then on top of that every time they came they had to come back as it didn't work well if at all. To this day it never worked. Ant still came then. And they prob come less nownwith my maintenance then they did with theirs.
