I asked for a callback to check the spikes installed around our solar panels. Our neighbors report pigeons were still getting underneath. I was assured it would happen, but as of July 6, it has not!

They did say that the fee was $550 to come out for 5 days to try to catch an animal that burrowed under our cement siding. However after not catching anything they left with their traps and left the hole the way it was. Be sure to clarify your understanding of their job.

Spent a lot of money ($3k) to have them secure our roof from squirrels but the squirrels keep chewing in and they aren't coming back to fix it even though it's only been two months and they insured it for a year. Very hard to get in touch with anyone who can help.

Bad experience overall. Had chipmunks getting under the he siding on the house. CC came and put down 4 traps and laid some bait on the ground. They came and collected the dead animals when called. This cost $650. After first month we were charged $95 for “recurring services “. By that time we saw no more chipmunks so we cancelled the service. I asked them come and seal the entry point where the chipmunks got in and stated they would do in the service agreement. They said this will cost an additional $95. All that was needed was about 4 inches of caulk and that would prevent further damage to that area under the siding. Discussions with management were futile. In addition, they never came back to remove the traps as specified in the agreement. $750 spent and we had to caulk and remove the traps ourselves. Would never recommend Critter Control to anyone.

Initial inspection is impeccable, I had Brianna and Matt who were exceptional. Management and other commitment leave little to be desired. I purchased exclusion work with a monthly subscription service. There have been numerous mishaps from the beginning. You will be required to maintain a monthly fee regardless of the initial setup. Getting someone to "prescedule" at least 24 hours in advance seems to be a struggle. So unless you're a client that will always have someone home for the last minute service calls, this may not be for you. Still having rodent problem with zero success. District manager promised a follow up and I have yet to receive his call or quote with proposed next steps to resolution. All of this within my first 60 days on contract. Buyer beware.

I paid $600 to trap rabbits. They caught a cat, an opossum and a raccoon, but no rabbits. As soon as they took their traps, the rabbits were back. Nice people and responsive, but I wasted $600.
