Monthly service seems a little sporadic and I usually get less than 24 hours notice of when someone is coming which is a bit inconvenient. Also the patching/hole filling that was done with my rat situation was very messy and obvious, I am going to have to figure out a solution as it looks pretty bad in several very noticeable places which was extremely disappointing considering the amount of money I paid for the service. I did give 3 stars instead of 2 because all of the service techs are so nice and I appreciate that.

We were sold a recurring check up with the bait boxes outside with no great explanation why. We were told what they do, but it did not seem worth the $99/month to have someone come out, look at it, and provide no report. We cancelled that service because it did not seem worth it.

They did address our main problem, rodents in the house. But they are not so good on follow-through. I spoke to the local manager about rodents persisting outside my house and she committed to have her engineer contact me. That was at least 6 weeks ago and the engineer never called. So they're quick to take my money and slow to offer any advice.

I have been a customer for many many years and the way things are operating now are confusing. I used to recommend this company to anyone and everyone....now I feel out of touch with whats going on.....I often don't know when the person is coming....the last guy was very nice. BUt I had Brian for years...his mix of the eco spray was very strong and so I knew he had sprayed...no so now....also I normally have someone do the interior a couple times a year...but I don't feel the the communication is really great....I don't even know right this minute when he was here last.

We were in a jam with a raccoon stuck in our wall and called critter control, and they originally said they could not get us in for another five days. But they took another look at their calendar and said that they could get me in the following day. I thought that was surely amazing. However, they actually delivered better than that! About 15 minutes later I got a call that they could come that same day within the next 15 minutes. Alex, the technician was relentless, focused determined, and eventually got the critter out of the wall and out of our house. They are absolutely amazing and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needs critter control.

WOW!! I am so glad that I was fortunate enough to find Critter Control! I wanted someone who specialized in attics because Exterminators are not allowed to go into your attic. After speaking with the owner, Matt S., I had a reassuring feeling that these people care about their customers and now I KNOW for sure that they do! They go over and above to make sure that you feel safe in your own home! How can you put a price on that? They are very honest, professional, trust worthy and they truly get the job done! They care about their customers. Matt S. sent out one of his employees by the name of Tim H., to my home. He was absolutely was amazing!!! I couldn’t believe how thorough he was. Taking his time to make sure that my attic was perfectly safe. He also took extra precautions to give me peace of mind. I just can’t get over how Critter Control did the job! Several years ago I was attacked by something that was poisonous and I had to be hospitalized. I won’t get into that now simply because I know this will end up being a book. Lol Imagine being afraid of your own attic! I almost feel sorry for the people out there that don’t know about Critter Patrol. As we all know, it’s hard to trust anyone these days! Critter Control of Tampa came to our rescue very quickly and stayed on our Raccoon problem for weeks until it was solved. Connor H is one of the most dedicated professionals we have ever worked with. Besides being pleasant every moment despite the messy nature of his job, he never gave up for one second until he caught the not so little devil in our attic. He then returned when we had another raccoon visitor in our back yard that was acting like an invited guest and he went after him with incredible skill and knowledge. And Connor always showed us the critters he had caught and was returning to the wild. Critter Control is blessed to have him on their team, and we felt so lucky that he came to rescue us! Bravo to Connor!

Having read a few horrible reviews of Critter Control I can't imagine how this can be. I must believe it is a problem with individual areas because I have never been happier with ANY services at my home. I have had Critter Control out at least four times. I had Raccoons, Groundhogs (twice), and Squirrels. Each time the problem was resolved quickly and professionally. I do have to say that their services are not cheap but you get what you pay for. Also in the Squirrel situation I got an estimate from another service and that quote was four times what I eventually paid Critter Control and the other people would have caused damage in the process according to what they said needed to be done. I can't recommend Critter Control highly enough.

Have not been accurate as to what to expect, it's as described when signing the contract. Was told they would only have traps in my yard for a few weeks/months, NOT the entire spring and summer (probably fall). Technician in the beginning (which was horrible) got COVID, yet no one advised nor did they even send someone out in their place. I had to contact the sales person I originally dealt with to get someone else assigned, which is just one of the many issues. They refuse to contact me ahead of time to let me know what day (much less time) they will be coming by so I can ensure my gate is unlocked. If the gate is locked they've stated, "I'll just look over the fence". The moles and voles have continued to tear my yard apart and one part is now dangerous for my child to play around. I've stressed concerns, was told they would "gas them" and that they were getting "newer/better traps" yet those traps have never been installed, and the person who did the recent gassing (had it done twice now) dealt with the front yard only (didn't bother checking the back, much less servicing it). Was told they would come back the following week, nothing. So frustrated and feel like I've wasted SO MUCH money on this horrible service and experience. Lesson learned on this company..

The rat and snake problem I has dwindled down which is great. I was unhappy with the other pest control such has spiders, bugs, etc. After I signed up I was told the pest control doesn’t work on anything that flies, such as flies, mosquitoes, etc.

I believe that the bees were removed but beyond that my dealings with Parker S were totally unacceptable. The hive was underneath a windowsill in the front of the house which is framed in white wood. I was not informed that when the wood pieces were removed and then replaced that the framing would not be aligned as they were previously. He sent me before and after pictures that showed the piece of white wood he removed was not in alignment. I asked for the wood piece be put in correctly “ to leave the window as he found it.” He told me to hire a contractor to take care of the” problem”.

For the money (which was a lot), I feel I should not still have a problem 4 months out. I am still having to have the technician (who is wonderful by the way) still coming out to address animals in my cabin. The problem is he is the only one and it takes two to three weeks for him to get out here sometimes.

We never know when they are going to be here. A tech just sends a text the night before, then ignores our replies if that day doesn't work for us. Also, their billing department sends at least 3 bills before the due date. That can easily lead to inadvertently paying the same bill twice.

Sales reps very pushy insisting I sign contract before I had time to read it. I wanted squirrels in my attic relocated, not killed. Rep told me the treated grain would make the squirrels leave to find better food options. The actural tech was honest with me and said they used "Kput" which does kill the animals. At my request he only blocked the entrances and did not leave any bait traps. I think it is a bad businness practice to require 6 months of service to inspect traps I do not have.

We ended up having to call another pest removal company because critter control refused to go up into the attic to set up traps. They were pretty good about coming and removing traps on the ground but we still have problems because of the attic. They should change their policy.

There was too long a time period between when the one-way door was released May 5th and the next time a technician came June 4th. If the baby raccoons had still been up there they would have died. I'm not sure I believed him when he said he found none and was only carrying out debris and droppings in a bag.

Their billing is super confusing. You sign a contract with them, but they don't tell you that they are going to charge you $99 every time they come. This is in addition to what you agreed to in the contract. When you try to talk to them about it, they will not return your phone call

It took me multiple visits for the job to be done it needed a second person and they weren't available. Secondly I have a brown house, the flashing they put up had 2 colors one side white one side brown. I found thus out when I was cleaning up and found a scrap, they put up the white side. I wish someone would have asked I would have preferred the brown side.

Lack of communication and lack of reduction in complaints from tenants for the cost. I feel the minimum required is being done during every visit. I had an service rep tell me they could only find 1 bait station. Until, I pointed out the other 2. No one is asking to get in the basement where additional traps were made. I have minimum heads up to the visit to prepare my tenants. Unfortunately, I feel that I could do this service by myself.

I feel like they didn’t complete the job. They said they were going to trap squirrels and for three weeks they didn’t catch anything and laughed and disappeared and I never heard from them again. The sales person seemed knowledgeable and the prices seemed good but nothing ended up being done.

Overly expensive. They were only here a couple of times and twelve hundred dollars is a lot for that. Customer service is attentive and answered my calls but it is too expensive for what it is.

Customer support if very friendly. It is a little over priced for the amount of time I get the cages. They were successful getting two racoons but I wish I had the cages for longer.

Did not have the proper equipment to catch squirrels coming out of the attic. Did not have proper materials to install "one-way door" that squirrels could not tear apart. Obviously did not have much experience with Utah's small red squirrels. Dripped tar and paint on deck and roof and did not clean it up as promised. Far more expensive than other companies in Utah. Wanted to spray roof which is a waste. Poor equipment and techniques resulted in death of one young squirrel. Gave them 2 instead of 1 rating since eventually did stop squirrels from getting back into attic.
