I hate this company. I tried to cancel immediately after using them when they charged me more than I was told I would be charged and they want me to pay a cancellation fee so now I have to decide whether to pay it or just let it go on my credit. DO NOT ANSWER THE DOOR WHEN THEY COME TO SELL YOU ANYTHING!

Like many other reviews here. Ridd Showed up one time and never came again but still charged a monthly fee. After disputing charges with the bank, Ridd had the audacity to send me a bill for $500 and then to collections. Scam.

I had been using them for a short time when I had a problem with rats in the attic. They said they would come out & set traps outdoors but not indoors. I asked if they would seal any openings & they said no. I cancelled my contract with them & hired another company who is taking care of all my pest control needs.

We had also put you on the schedule of our branch manager since we did not meet your expectations the first time. We hope that our manager was able to clear up any concerns that you had! We are able to see that the contract was signed and that the welcome call was completed; both mention the cancelation fee to ensure that all the terms and conditions are understood and transparent. I haven't really seen a differce before and after using the service. I had them treat both the outside and the inside of my home and the bugs still come back before the next application time. I had the service that sprayed every 3 months, and perhaps if I payed for the upgraded packages with more regular applications, like monthly, then it would make an difference. But for how much it is for the base package, and the results I got, I feel it would be the same as just getting over the counter stuff and sparying regularly on your own. Perhaps it may even be cheaper, if a but more time consuming.
