Rudd is new to Central Florida. Logan stopped by the house to introduce himself. We have struggled with Big Head Ants since building this home in 2015. Very few companies will cover them and very few commercial insecticides will affect them. I told them we would give them a try if they could get rid of the ants and check the attic for bees. Mason showed up to provide service that Saturday morning. Note that typically we spray and kill the steady stream of ants but they return within an hour or so. Mason introduced himself and circled the outside of home then added a few touches inside. 3 weeks later and no sign of these pests!! Service was prompt, courteous, professional. We could not ask for better. Logan later climbed up and searched attic for bees and found no sign of pests in the attic. We rate them "Absolutely Wonderful".

The employees that cam to do the actual pest control were always good. The company itself needs some work. Charged $204 each month. Hard time making apt every other month. They could never come on my day off. Will not continue my service when contact is done.

It can be common to see increased pest activity after the first few sprays as the pests are stirred up and drive out and away from your home. Terrible customer service. Seth came to my house to install termite treatment and it was never done. He didn't notify me about the issue. I would never recommend Ridd Pest control to anyone. When spraying for pest inside they don't spray every room. I'm not sure what I paying for.

Our service professionals mentioned that the yard needed to be completed before installing the stations. Reason being is that we did not want any of the stations to be damaged as the yard was being finished. If the yard is now finished, we would love to get sentricon installed on your home. I signed up for Ridd and they are supposed to come bi-monthly. They have been multiple weeks late every time they are supposed to be here, and I've had to call to remind them every month. They don't give any advance notice when they are coming to ensure you are not home. I am fairly certain they are not coming to provide treatment, as I have multiple rodent holes next to my house (where they are supposed to be spraying). I didn't say anything about it to see if they would mention it to me, which they did not. They breached my contract by not coming bi-monthly, and will not let me cancel without paying $250. Terrible company, I should have picked any of the other providers in my area.

I signed up for a monthly contract with RIDD as I was having an increase in spiders and palmetto bugs inside and outside of my home. The sales guy told me that Saturdays would be no problem as I am not home during their hours of operation during the week. So I locked myself in a contract thinking that they would be there Saturdays so they could spray inside, since they were doing lawn extractions. I would have never signed up had I known they aren't always available on Saturdays because you see, I was never told that! They started coming on Wednesdays when I wasn't home and only treating the outside of my home and I started noticing an alarming increase in very much alive palmetto bugs in my house, so much so I had to leave and stay with my parents until i could get someone out to treat the inside. I called and complained about this and asked to cancel my contract. The account manager had zero cares about the increase in insect activity, all he cared about was getting my payment and getting the 200 something dollars to cancel my contract. He offered no solution what so ever. I'm livid. I had to pay for another service to come out and treat the live bugs that came into my home after the lawn extraction when I specifically asked them not to do unless the Inside was treated as well, which by the way is what i was paying for (outside AND inside). Then I had to go to bug depot and dump a bunch of money there for PREVENTATIVE treatments, which by the way worked WONDERS. Again, no real solutions were offered, just "how do you want to pay your balance and cancelation fee". And he was quite cocky as well, occasionally interrupting me and saying "ANYWAYS". Very unprofessional.

The Sales man that knocked on my door lied about the contract and services and got me stuck with a cancelation fee from my previous company. The service is substandard leaving spiderwebs, spider eggs and wasps nests on the premises. I have to call to get my "scheduled" treatment or they won't show up. Will not renew for another year when the service lapses.
