The company lock you into 18 month contract. They don’t tell you and when you call and cancel they say read the fine print! The technician don’t even come as scheduled. It’s a waste B&B is better company and year contract with quality and price is good!

After reviewing your account we can see that the early cancelation fee is in the contract, as it is in every standard customer contract. Since you fulfilled your 18 month agreement, you were able to cancel without any charge. Your service was a quarterly service and we can see that the service was provided every quarter until this most recent service that was provided in early May, rather than April. We apologize that we were a few days late on your last service. We wish you well in your future endeavors!

i didnt use them but was a pretty relentless sales pitch. I must have said No at least a dozen times, and he kept ignoring me. I can see why other reviewers said they called the police.

Very dissatisfied. Said they could get rid of German roaches and I still have them. They don't come to the door to service inside when I request it. The techs ask for tips! They automatically deduct money from my bank acct when they have done nothing.

I refuse to use a service that solicited in a community that says no soliciting. You obviously don’t appreciate the concerns of the people. Please send me a flyer and don’t disrupt my family time for me to argue with your salesperson for a few minutes. My phone is blasted with spam, my email with spam. Leave people alone! If your salesman would of left when immediately told we weren’t interested, I wouldn’t be as upset but that is not the case. Your Segway salesman approach is not appreciated.

After a long day of taking care of 2 sick kids I finally got my baby to sleep. I have a sign on my doorbell that says “Do not ring bell baby is sleeping” Guess who decides to ring my bell after 8pm and completely ignore my sign? Baylor from RIDD pest control. Needless to say I was not happy to have my baby awoken by a pushy solicitor on a stupid hoverboard. I was disgusted that he didn’t even apologize and instead proceeded to laugh at me. Anyways I’m leaving this review to always remember to never use this company. This is NOT the way you get new costumers.

They were supposed to treat for roaches and ants. I have more roaches now than when they started the service. I ask for interior service and only the outside is done. I am left to battle roaches on my own. I tried to cancel the service and they tried to charge me more money.

Their technicians do mediocre work. They think that the work they do is not being observed. However, for example I have a security system which records or I see live on my phone as a technician sprays here and there an not entire space as they’re supposed to.

I was promised good service but when my card stopped working no one contacted me. No phone call, text or email. I did get a letter from collections company though. So instead of taking care of their customer on AutoPay they try to hurt your credit without mercy or warning! Horrible to do to people!
