Disappointed in service. I called mid August because I had a big ant problem that did not hold the entire 90 days. I had an appointment and then it was cancelled because the service guy had an emergency. No call was received to reschedule and when I called I was told they would be out on September 8 which was my normal scheduled date. Also, you all came out on September 8 and I complained about bees in the entire backyard and even after you treated the yard the bees are still there. The guys are always nice but the service is a problem. I most likely will not be signing another contract.

RIDD has definitely helped with our pest problems since we switched to them. They are very responsive to come out if any issues arise and recommend services for pest problems we weren’t aware of and showed us the issue and put a plan in place to correct the issue, which took care of the issue.

The customer serce is great, and the techs are nice and friendly. My only complaint is I feel the pellet stuff they use for the ants, doesn't seem to last very long. Maybe 2 weeks tops, then I see ants around the outside of the house again. Still deserve 5 stars in my opinion, it's just ants, and they're outside so I can't really complain!

When I started the service I specifically wanted them to treat for fleas and spiders and then on my second service they said they were treating for spiders and that the flea treatment was a separate charge and if I wanted it I would have to call office and add to my service plan. If I knew they were going to sell me something I wasn’t going to get or would not honor what the salesman ‘sold’ I would have not purchased service. And I couldn’t cancel early bc I would have to pay the difference that I saved starting service.

I had originally written a bad review. But to be fair my review was really about the mismatch between the manner in which they bill (like clockwork) and because of weather issues there were visiting my property inconsistently. But to their credit, I found the Ridd team very willing to listen to my issues and to make things right! At the end of the day, I appreciate that in any company! And I am partly to blame for thinking I can hire any pest control company to get “rid of Mosquitoes” while living on a small pond in Florida. Both the technician and the office staff were extremely accommodating!! I just wish I could find my original post, and take it down!’ Robert in Saint Augustine!!

This company has been a true nightmare to deal with! They do not show up when they say they will be there, then argue with you that you cancelled the appointment. Furthermore, we had signed up for the mosquito service. After seeing no difference after several months, we were told “they really can’t control mosquitoes because we live by a body of water”! The water has always been there and was there when signed the contract and they guaranteed it would not be a problem. One of their reps had offered to do service at our house after hours if we wanted to pay her and cancel with the company because she lived a couple of streets over. We reported this to the company. They continued to send her back even after we said we were uncomfortable with her. I called and asked them to cancel service. They were combative, condescending and then tried to tell me we suddenly had a bad connection and the call was ended. I had tried to call back multiple times, received the same treatment. Learned from a tech that came out again that another elderly woman in our neighborhood is experiencing the same thing with them! Pretty sad this is the way they handle their business!

Treatment is due. No one has called to schedule 2nd visit - the only time someone came was in mid June. Lots of spiders inside the home, along with earwigs and Palmetto bugs. Treatment needed inside and out, as there are spiders in garage and front porch area, as well as inside the home.

The actual service is good I guess. I still had bugs. But the workers were really nice and polite. But I was kinda tricked at the start. The salesman told me it was a 12 month contract. And when I called to cancel at 12 months they said it’s an 18 month contract. And the guy I was talking to was polite but politely told me he wasn’t going to help me at all. But in my case RIDD didn’t come to my house for several months. And in the same contract they were suppose to arrive bi-monthly and failed to do so. I cancelled due to a breach of contract on RIDDs part. I wouldn’t recommend. Friends told me they were paying way less for pest control services. And all they do is spray stuff around windows and doors and clean Cobb webs. I don’t know what I expected but it wasn’t just simple tasks like that.
