I’ve had to call to schedule almost every appointment. The company has missed several months because they do not have a regular schedule. I always get an excuse. The sales person lied about what was included in the contract originally, showing us things that were part of a higher tier as included in our package. Of course that was not honored and we were stuck with a lesser package and horrible service for a year.

Customer service and scheduling are horrible. I received my first service and never heard from anyone for 3 months. When I called I was told oops we forgot about you. Then despite what the sales rep and technician said, the lady at the office said I could not schedule on a weekend ever. By the way my first service was on a Saturday….. I am the General Manager of a service company. I understand customer service, scheduling, and dispatching. This is a terrible way to conduct business and not one with longevity.

We apologize for this experience that you have had. This is not the type of service that we want to be complacent with. Yes, it is true that during the summer we sometimes have seasonal workers that work the weekends. Then, as the busy season of summer slows down, our regular service pros work the standard 9-5, Monday through Friday. If you ever need a later appointment, they will be able to stay out later and service a 5pm appointment if that helps. You also do not need to be home for service, unless the interior needs to be done or there are specific things that you would like to point out. We have you on the schedule for 9/29, please let us know if that will not work for your schedule!

We've had this service for a while now and if I'm being honest I feel like it's a rip off. We're still having an over abundance of bug activity. We're locked into a contract and can't do anything about with being dissatisfied. The price is too high for a service that doesn't work. We also feel like the sales guy laid it on really thick with the oh "a lot of your neighbors get treated on your street as well." They in fact do not. We are the only ones over here signed up for it and I can see why. Do not recommend this service.

RIDD was great at first, polite, knowledgeable and punctual. but they come to spray and les than 30 days later i see bugs in my home so i call for them to come out and spray and with in no time i have spiders and cockroaches again. my honest opinion is that they aren’t really spraying, they are pretending they are but really not. but they want my $55 every month. so i stopped paying. i’m not happy with service or results, nor would i recommend to anyone.

When pest control services are started on a home, it is common to see increased pest activity at first as the pests are stirred up from where they were before. Purchased plan in May of this year and receive first service who did a good job other than address my main issue which was wasp nests high on eve of roof. Second attempt better took care of it but left 1 they said they couldn’t reach. Though was promised by sales person they could reach all of them. It is now mid Sept and have not had a return visit nor has my neighbor next door who also started around the same time. Texted salesman and got no response. Wil be looking to cancel and get refunded my money.

Why am I paying $29 a month for a termite Bond when I haven't even seen a single document indicating that I have a termite bond with ridge. Furthermore, all you have done is put those green containers into the ground around my house. I see no indication of any further work or any written guarantee that I will be termite free for the forthcoming year. Frankly, I think your company is a complete scam.

The documentation outlines what would happen if you have termites now that the stations have been installed around your home. The stations create a barrier that will protect your home if termites try to invade the property. We hope this helps!

Don’t waste your money. After a year of poor service I wouldn’t recommend RIDD. Their products seem to work great. However, they don’t work if they never show up for service. I would love to keep their service due to the results when they show up. But I’m tired of having to call and find out why they haven’t shown up in months. They don’t hesitate to bill me though!

However, they service my home most often when I’m at work and those services don’t seem to do much for pest control either inside or outside my home.

Not thrilled with this company, they give a good speech but don't follow through with promises. I have had 2 services rescheduled with interestingly enough, the reason being a personal emergency. The first time I felt for the individual and hoped all was OK, but then getting a second one with the same reason leaves me to think that this is the excuse the company uses. Not very ethical to lie to your customers. In addition, I've had to do retreats and that is a hassle to get someone back out here. I will not be continuing my service with Ridd.

Never met the technician, I never know when they come, my money just keeps getting drawn from my account and even know I've had a couple different conversations with customer service, they dates off when the come are not communicated and are sporadic at best. They have treated the inside one time out of the 2 years I've had them because of the lack of communication. Thank you for this text review, it reminded me to cancel service asap

you cannot seem to get rid of the fire ants in my driveway. they never go away. I am HIGHLY allergic, with anaphylaxis reaction. I have informed your office and every tech to be sure. and every time within 2 days they are back. my previous company ALWAYS got rid of them. I wanted to cancel the contract do to you not providing the services promised. I was treated rudely. I will not be renewing my contract
