You should have Jason do first services so he gives the company a good first bc I was about to cancel my contract with you until Jason came and fixed it. I recommend him as the best rep you have.

Right now I’m not really satisfied with the customer service. Last month, my service was scheduled for the AM because of an appointment in the afternoon. I was told that the technician was scheduled between 8 and 12. At 12:15, I contact the sales rep and told him that I had not heard from the technician or the office, I informed him that I needed to reschedule. He told me that he would contact the office and inform them of the change. As I was getting ready to leave for my appointment, the technician arrived at my house. I told him that he was supposed to be notified that my service was to be rescheduled. He said that he could perform the service but I told him that I was unable to keep my dogs shut in until I returned from my appointment. Another thing I think needs to be addressed is the scheduling of appointments. I’m notified of my next appointment by text, which is fine. The problem is you only provide the day and not a specific period of time. I have to contact the office to see what time is available. Now, as far as the technician, he has always been curtious and pleasant to deal with. He let’s me know what he will be doing that specific day. Today, there were 2 techs, I was not introduced to the second one. He worked the front yard while the regular one did the side and back. Thank you

The technician let me know via text well in advance of his arrival time so I could open my garage even though I was in Zoom meetings while he was here. He then texted me when he finished so I could close it when I could. He was fast and professional.

I was never a fan of your company ,but Roddrigo is a really good technician with great cusomer service !! not one technician prior to this man asked me if Iwanted to do the inside . Appearently this service was included for free all along. I ONLY WANT HIM BACK AT MY HOUSE .. GREAT EMPLOYEES LIKE HIM SHOULD BE REWARDEDFOR THEIR HONESTY!

My favorite part about Aptive, is that their technicians will come out for a re-service at no extra cost. My least favorite part is the fact that I need to request re-services every Summer (and sometimes Spring) when I get ants in my grass; that coupled with the fact that the ant beds are hidden and Aptive has a policy of spot treating ants and not treating the entire lawn... just a little inconvenient. Other than that, I rarely see any bugs.

I like that the employees are courteous. I was very disappointed with the results of the May appointment. About two weeks after they treated my yard for snails and slugs, we had some rainy weather and all of a sudden there were snails and slugs everywhere. I was picking up between 100 and 150 snails and slugs every day for over a week. I would say that apparently your product was extremely ineffective. When I tried to contact you about this situation, I was put on hold for 10 to 15 minutes three times one day and two times the next day. I never did get to talk to a person. I think I am entitled to a 50% refund for that visit.

Sales rep Garrett and tech Kyle are super friendly. Great at explaining what the process is and gave us a great deal to start us up. Still seeing spider webs in our waves, but I could also be confused as to what the entire process was. Not unhappy at all. Only gave 4 stars because our initial visit was rescheduled, but we had no communication about what was happening. Nobody showed up or called or emailed until I reached to them.

Technician did a good job. Your office told me his ETA would be 1:00pm to 5:00 pm. He showed up at 1:45pm and left at 2:05pm. We had asked for a phone call before the technician arrival but we never did get a phone call. We stepped out for a moment and came back to see that he already finished and left with a note on our front door. Our security company saw the technician on the cameras and notified us but we knew it was you guys, Aptive. Hopefully next time we would get a phone call. Overall the technician did an ok job.

Responsive to call after quarterly service to come back out and reservice due to concerns. Not extremely happy with the effectiveness of the products used. Still seem to have quite a bug problem, ants, spiders and silverfish. Not happy that they won't spray behind furniture that is placed against a wall. They claim it is because they don't want to damage the furniture, but if the customer wants it, then they should do it.

The sales associate who knocked on my door was professional, and mentioned that Aptive would be servicing a few of our neighbors later in the day. We've been considering hiring a pest control service for a few months, so his timing was good. My only complaint about the sales associate was that he was not wearing a mask when I opened the door, but he put it on upon request. When the technician showed up, he was not wearing a mask at all. I cannot speak to the thoroughness of the application of pesticide...time will tell. However, I am disappointed at the removal of spider webs from the property. I was told that this was part of the service, and though I saw the technician removing a few spiderwebs in random locations, there are still plenty that are visible, on every side of the house. Even the areas where he "removed them", the task was not completed thoroughly.
