They charged my credit card for service that was not provided and refused to refund me for the charge. the technician got in his vehicle and left after he knocked on the door. No services were provided.

If I could give this company a zero star I would because all they did was take a broom and get the cobwebs and charged us and didn’t spray and also we still have pest around our house and now coming in our house. We never had an issue of them in our house just the outside. So they aren’t amazing they suck never waste your money on these people

No one knocked on my door, just left a card saying they could not do backyard because gate was locked. I don’t have a lock on my gate. Ants in my yard are still there. It seems like Not able to speak with customer service rep. I have been on hold for 20 minutes and still on hold.

Their report claims that someone came to my home and completed a service however I have cameras to prove that no one ever showed up! This seems like fraudulent activity on the company’s behalf!

Horrible service. Nothing works at all. I had services done over and over and no results. Their customer service is extremely bad and have to wait on hold for 45 minutes to an hour and then you end up leaving a message and no one calls back. Never sign up for their service.
