After getting the message that the technician showed up to our house, we checked our house cameras and did not see a truck or technician show up on Sat. Sept. 26. I am very disappointed and will be calling the office. Your company is charging customers and technicians never show up to actually perform the job.

There are cobwebs all over our house! The tech dint wipe down anything! We live in a white two story home. It looks terrible!! This is the second time I’ve complained about it. I’m canceling my service and going back to Rottler or Micks.

We were home all day and did not see the service being performed nor were we notified. We have a child and a dog who we would have needed to not allow outside for 1-2 hours. Not related to this service, but the two free treatments in between were never performed as requested. Ill be canceling the service and disputing the charge

Beware. Salesperson in Canoga Park will lie to you and tell you you can cancel anytime. When you do try to cancel, they’ll tell you you’re stuck in your contract for x more services. Aptive rep came for their first service and service was extremely dissatisfied. The service was not complete as expected and Job is half done. During initial demonstration they spent 30 minutes to complete the service to win the business. I will rate 0 for their service and not recommend any one to opt the service.

I'm still yet to get any mouse and rat traps/bait stations. I have ants all over front and back yard still. Still seeing bugs in house. I have complained, called, emailed and nothing has been done. I was told it would. I was told someone came out for my free reservice. I haven't seen anyone.

Terribly disappointing. There are still cobwebs on the exterior of the house. The sweep was not done well. Cobwebs inside the garage were not removed. Overall it looked like a very hurried job ( was done in 15 mins). Not happy with this first service.

Horrible I’m going to cancel my contact. The sales guy told me the chemicals they use are not bad for kids as I mentioned him about my 4 moths old. When their technician came today he refuse to spray because of my sons age. I’m planning to sue them for wrong advertising and using harmful chemicals.

Came in without notifications ahead and not following with the schedules as indicated in the apps. The most worst thing was, the technician didn’t even bother ringing the door bells to have communication with the owners for backyard access but left a note for “ call the company to re-schedule”. Poor service with lousy working performance.
