It's very unsatisfactory service. The guy came and left without my notice even I told him to let me know before he left, and he actually did a very poor job: he did not bring enough traps for mice to put on the attic and did not clean the outside as the required performance. I definitely do not recommend this company for pest control service.

Once you sign a contract there is no longer customer service. Show up when they want no schedule flexibility. They will text you the day before. Then not respond to calls or emails and show up first thing the next morn to make sure they can charge you. Tech Spent 12 minutes on my property

The tech arrived yesterday as seen on my front door security camera. I he never made it around the house to get picked up on the other 2 security cameras. He never showed up on any other camera video after initially coming to the door and finding that we were not home. Very poor service. Please contact me as I want to end my service.

Didn't clean all cobwebs or wasp nests from the eve of the house.. knocked down a mud dobber nest on the front porch and just left the mess all over the porch and porch bench.. Poor service and fast talking pushy manager Drew .. i will never use this service again, first impressions are important and you guys failed at that...

Please send a notice next time. Also every time I call the office and ask robot to speak to customer service rep, it hangs up on me.

The technician John W showed up at 1:00 when my service was scheduled between 8 - 12. No call or reason was given for showing up late. I was also told a supervisor would be coming to my home this time and nothing. John W also walk into my home and tracked mud on my carpet. And didn’t not apologize. The worse service ever.
