I paid 100.00 for Aptive to come out and do a five minute job and leave. This is a rip off and unacceptable. He sprayed my backyard and left. No treatment in my house or front yard like I normally get. I’m so upset. Once my contract expires I will be switching to another company.

Zero stars. Tech was very obviously drunk and sprayed me in the face with pesticide while I was holding my baby. Called customer service and have yet to hear back. I’m waiting, Aptive! Stay away from this company if you appreciate your health and your family’s well being.
