The guy was here for less than 15 minutes. I usually get a text saying they are on the way to our house and never got one. He pulled up and was talking to someone outside my house for atleast 5 minutes. Not sure if he knew them or if they were trying to get info on the service. I look outside and his truck is gone 15 minutes later. I usually get a text before they pull away with pics, explaining everything they did etc but didn’t get anything. Your service is not cheap and todays treatment was terrible.

I was told by salesman that my shop would be sprayed to kill mosquitos, and the spiders. I do not believe it was done. The mosquito trap was placed behind my house. The shop is 150 foot behind the house. I feel cheated.

On top of all of this, I'm now being informed I'll be paying an additional $5 per treatment when I have a contract that says it's only $109 per treatment. The person that came out didn't complete the entire service. He completed the outside but not the inside. He said no one answered the door when he arrived, but my wife drove up as he was spraying and he said he asked her did she want the inside sprayed and he said she said no. I asked my wife if she told him not to spray the inside and she said no and that he never asked her about the inside. I sent him a message informing him that he needed to spray the inside and he said he would try to make it back out, but never showed up or call me to let me know he wasn't coming back.

Normally I don’t write reviews but this one has me truly mad. I had a salesman sign me up for aptive who was super pushy and I decided to do it because he said I could try the first service and after then I could see how I like it. Then I get my house serviced same day and after looking into the contract there is a cancellation fee and a bunch of other stuff. I am so mad I can’t believe these guys are rated this high.

Zero stars. I’ve asked to cancel no less than 8x bc I’ve never once had a service go smoothly. I stuck with this until my contract..aka you get your $$ no matter if you don’t uphold your end of any part of the contract! Huge mistake signing up with this company. I never give poor reviews, but I’m not kidding when I say this has been a nightmare.

The worker was great. The issue was this was scheduled for a 1-5pm timeframe which I only found out once I called but the worker didn’t arrive until 730pm! I really liked the worker and is the only reason I’m not canceling this service today!
