Techs were again misleading about :1) what they actually did during the 15 minutes they were there (was told it would take them an hour! 2)They reported that I wouldn’t be charged for the service and yet, my credit card was charge one hour later.

What they don't tell you is that they do their quarterly services every 2 months to get more revenue from you. So if you want to have a true quarterly service, you will have to manage the schedule yourself and tell them no to their appointments.

Setup an appointment to retreat our yard and was given an appointment for Friday morning, Friday morning was a no show and I called the office and they informed me that it was scheduled between 1 and 5 pm at this point it was 2:30. It’s now 7:45 pm and no show and not a phone call either. Very poor service! Zero Stars was not an option!
