What they don't tell you is that they do their quarterly services every 2 months to get more revenue from you. So if you want to have a true quarterly service, you will have to manage the schedule yourself and tell them no to their appointments.

Setup an appointment to retreat our yard and was given an appointment for Friday morning, Friday morning was a no show and I called the office and they informed me that it was scheduled between 1 and 5 pm at this point it was 2:30. It’s now 7:45 pm and no show and not a phone call either. Very poor service! Zero Stars was not an option!

I had the services, but canceled my account because I didn’t find them helpful. The problem now is that their salesman are terrorizing my neighborhood as well as the surrounding areas. They are not just pushy, but rude and disrespectful. My neighbors and I have complained and they continue to pressure us. Would not recommend.

The customer rep, didn’t have shoe covers so I didn’t fee comfortable letting spray in the rooms. He didn’t spray on the door and do the outside treatment by the door for the trims. Had horrible experience, would want someone else to come back for second session.
