The treatment doesn’t help, we see lots of spiders , slugs ants and other pests everywhere even the next day after treatment. They say that the treatment includes those pests but it is not effective. The store bought pest control treatments works better than this service. Please cancel the service .

I would rate 0 stars if possible. I signed up for quarterly service and they sent a technician by monthly and charged every time. Their customer service did nothing to resolve the issue when I raised it with them. I ended up canceling and have gone with a local company for pest control in my new home.

The person was here for less than 5 minutes. Sprayed here and there and left. How is that worth the price you charge and how is that doing anything for bugs, etc. if you’re barely spraying and barely getting all of the areas that you’re suppose to. Didn’t even go near the shed. I was home and saw the whole thing

Didn’t come in the AM as noted. Received multiple emails and texts that do not make sense to receive from a timing perspective. Plus are not accurate in terms of direction. And service promised was not done. I still have mud nests on my house. Big ones!

I was promised when I made this that spraying for mosquitos was not possible but the spray would help , was told today by the service tech that I don’t get mosquito spray because I was on the “basic “ plan. Mosquitos were always my main complaint! Not happy with this.

Pricing and customer service is not bad, but we’re not seeing any results. Our reason for choosing Aptive was to treat for gnats, mosquitoes, and ticks. We were told the treatment they use is effective against all there. We have noticed a decrease in ticks, but not gnats or mosquitoes.
