He was nice, but I asked if he could spray the backyard because they didn’t do it last time because if my dogs. He said he couldn’t because he had his next appt at 2:00. It was 1:20 when he started my house and finished at 1:30. He wasn’t even suppose to start until 1:30. He could have easily taken an extra 10 min to spray the back. I don’t like to make complaints but this just seemed lazy to me.

I still see some eggs under the rim of the house ..on my cameras is saw a lot of spraying and she did knock down a few things ..still see a bees nest in the light post on the front porch.

Spent 5-10 minutes tops!! Still have spiderwebs and spiders in my garage which was one of the troubled areas I told him about. Didn’t spray the second floor of my house. Asked him to let me know when he was finished so we can go over what he did. He didn’t and just left without letting me know.

One star is way too much. I have never written a review on anything. Just felt I had to send one out on the company. I did not see one improvement on my property. I actually think they were spray ant food. On a very cold and windy day in January they came to my house. Swept the windows for spiders. Those spiders aren’t stupid. They moved into the house. Anyway, got charged a $100 and change. It’s my own fault. Got a con job by a good salesman. This company is a scam. Only thing, didn’t see any of those White Walker Spiders in January.

I really felt that when using Aptive I got taken advantage of. The service wasn't always great and as the customer I felt that I was always rushed to get the job done. I think there are other better company's out there that provide better care of their customers.

They provide our pest control service. They do a great job with their regular maintenance. One time I found a wasp nest, they were out the next day to take care of it.

Our experience with Aptive pest control was a positive one. The insects we once had were destroyed and we feel comfortable that we can be insect free. They also spray inside and outside so the pests are gone!
