I like to get to know the person that is out there. I want to be here when they look over something and I don't want everything killed so we got that straightened out and we've had good service and I know the people that are giving us the service. There's a lot of trees down from the termites and you can't get to all the termites but so far nothing's showed up and you know it's been several years so they're doing the job. They let us know when they come, but sometimes we're not here. I just want to be here or know when they're here. The technician is very knowledgable. When he set everything up, we discussed different habitats and which plan to do. But there's a new person that comes about every other time and I've met several people. I expect them to come back and they've left the company or they're gone. It's pretty tough to learn everything when you're only going to be there for a short period of time.

The first time the pest person came, it didn't get rid of all the ants in the kitchen. 3-4 weeks later they came back, and it still didn't fix it. Later they came back and did a heavier hit and we haven't had a problem since then. At first, they gave me a time window of 6-7, which I found outrageous. I spoke to someone and they gave me a new window of 1-3.

There has been a couple of times when I've had ot call back for a few things. Their service is great but I'm not always here when it's getting done so there are some things that I want to have a part in. Part of the service is that the person is home. They're usually pretty responsive but I've had to stay on top of it. If it's something outside out of the usual, it's a clean up. The program we have is every three months and we haven't notived any significant worsening so I would say that it's working.

They definitely do a very good job with follow up in addition to being flexible about times for appointments, that kind of thing. I have a property that has multiple buildings and I thought I would be a problem and it would be extra. But they were very helpful and kind and figured out how we could do all the buildings. Customer service wise, they're very attentive and very flexible.

The technician is great to work with and does everything he's supposed to do. I had another company saleman come by who said they do the entire yard and not just around the outside parameter of the house. I still have loads of bugs getting into my pool that are coming from my yard.

Their customer service is okay. I called them and they didn't have the answer to my question and they never called me back. Their service is pretty decent. Whenever I have data presented with the pest control guy, he comes in and asks if I need some more stuff.

The customer service is pretty good. I think that the service is average. It's not always that great. I do have issues, including mice, sometimes they are resolved in a fairly reasonable manner but you know I have had problems and I don't think that you guys are necessarily the best game in town.

The only time I deal with them is when I call in to make a payment and they're always quick to answer and quick to handle my request. I have a regular service person and he's very thorough. If he's not the person to do the service, I'm a little more skeptical because I know he does the service well.

We got sprayed for mosquitos but every time we go out into our yard we get bit by mosquitos. So, it didn't seem to diminish the number at all. The tech that comes out is always friendly though.

American Pest has been a satisfactory pest control company, doing their job to exterminate my creepy crawlies! They arrived quickly upon my calling and seemed very qualified in their expertise. They took great precaution at all times (although they mainly dealt with the exterior), and their customer service is up to par! I always love a company that is upfront about their services and prices! Overall, great choice when it comes to protecting your home from pests.

Americanpest keeps all sorts of critters you don’t want in your home not just in it but away from it! They want everyone to get what hey deserve and that’s not creepy crawlers in your home. The one and only bad thing is it takes forever for them to spray your home. It took them 3 hours for mine and mine is an apartment!
