American Pest bought out the company that I had been working with. I have three properties and they did show up to do any of the servicing under the agreements on the third property. They almost missed the fact that there was some termite damage from prior years. I'm supposed to have quarterly services for my house and a rental house. I haven't heard from them when it was time but I did hear from them when they wanted to push me to pay online. I don't want to do that because I like to have papers. I would say is the redeeming quality is that once they found their mistake, let's say they were apologetic and they promised to engage in a proper treatment plan for the next year.

There's times when it feels like the person who comes to my work is only here for a couple of minutes and I don't get a lot of feedback. We had some ants in the house. They came by and were very good at getting rid of those but for the day to day service comes by to check bait traps, I don't get enough feedback or communication about what's going on. .

I signed up for the termite service, but it's been probably over a year and the stations have never been inspected. Last fall I asked about it and they stated it was best to inspect while warm. Sumeer is gone and still no inspection.

We recieved the mosquito and roach service. With regards to the mosquito service, we did not receive the service we expected. They did not show up on regular schedules and the mosquito treatment they applied did not work
