We did recommend them and they took money from our friends and family and never returned phone calls or followed through with their refinance mortgages. They will not return phone calls and that is if you can even reach a voicemail to leave one. Very disappointed. I plan to tell our friends and family that have started their process to deny their credit card charge as fraud and go with another company.

Eric, my loan officer, what is fantastic he thoroughly communicated with me. He communicated with me to explain what would happen next before it happened and every time I was confused he was here to point out. What was going on question, how do you improve on? Perfect I don’t think you can.
