The only person that ever communicated with me was the loan officer. The loan officer was hit and miss. They didn't know what was going on with the loan or didn't know what was being processed at the time, so it was awful.

it took over 4 months to do a simple loan, now that is funded the insurance are still messed up. I have filed complaints with the BBB and will also file with CFB. I have had to pay out of pocket to keep my insurance which was get up in the loan which the processor missed.
