Since receiving Medicare I have been helped by Chris H of boomer benefits. I retired early and do not receive full benefits. As such I could not afford most Medicare supplemental insurance coverage. The ID card issued to me by UH had the wrong effective date of my Medigap coverage, so I contacted Boomer Benefits. The end result was a tremendous discount from the hospital to our account balance. None of this would have happened without Natasha's initiative and knowledge. She was professional and kind. When the insurance company providing my dental coverage had not paid for two visits and a third visit was now pending I called Boomer Benefits for help. Billy W, the Medicare agent, quickly answers emails and solves problems. I also purchased the Cigna Dental, Hearing and Eyes insurance. He put me in touch with a very nice and competent woman, named Ashley S, who put together a list of Cigna dental providers in my zip code. She did it with a smile in her voice and followed up with a timely email with the list. Let me add that I would never have found out about the agency if I had not read the book by the owner of the agency, The 10 Costly Medical Mistakes. I read it twice. It definitely sorts out all confusion about Medicare. An Excellent book !! It appears Ms. R has built an organization on top of sturdy customer service principles.

The world of Medicare and the language within it can be overwhelming to say the least. I had done all the research I knew how to do and was still lost and frustrated. I decided to try Boomer Benefits because of all the great reviews I saw about the company. It was the best call I could have made! Billy W gave me all the information I needed in a way that I could understand and that made sense to me. He was extremely patient and answered all my questions (I had many haha) and helped put my mind at ease. He sent me all the info in emails, helped me in filling out certain applications, and walked me through the entire process until I was signed up with the different benefit options that were best suited for my needs. I couldn’t have had better service, or anyone who was more professional, courteous, and we actually had some laughs and fun along the way. I could not possibly give a higher recommendation to those who are facing the tidal wave of the Medicare/retirement world. Boomer benefits (Thank you Billy!!!) will provide you with a surf board and help you ride the highest of waves right through the middle of it all. Make the call. You won’t be disappointed.

Trevor G is a rock star as far as I am concerned because he counseled, coached and cajoled me thru the Appeal Process when I was wrongly overcharged (monthly and for the rest of my life) by United Health Car on my monthly payments for Vision/Hearing/Dental supplemental coverage. He went the extra mile, and highly skilled internally at BB, working with superiors to advance my cause. He even successfully convinced me to review the denied appeal. And my husband and I were in the middle of renovation project - kitchen/baths/laundry room - .when he and i successfully appealed the "Appeal Denied". Great Company. Great Staff. Ask for Trevor G.

My husband and I had to make a quick decision regarding employer based health insurance. Because we are new to Medicare and because we were running up against time, I found the Boomer Benefits site and decided to give them a try. I received a phone call from Tish P, Boomer Benefits. Tish was very gracious in explaining how Boomer Benefits works and what can be done for my husband and I to meet our deadline. Tish was wonderful explaining our options and walked us through the quote and application process. Everything fell right into place to begin our benefits on time. What a wonderful experience! Looking forward to dealing with Boomer Benefits for all of our Medicare supplemented needs.

Boomer Benefits is an AMAZING company! First, Dustin helped me set up my Medicare supplemental insurance. He was knowledgeable and gave me fast quotes and the best prices he could find. BB is not tied to specific companies for their commission.... they will find you the best price. THEN I have a few times needed to talk with them about some medical bills that were incorrectly not covered by Medicare. Sydney G. was SO helpful. You know those times when you call for customer assistance and you feel like you are a bother. Or you wonder if their promise to follow up will happen, or will happen in a timely manner? The exact OPPOSITE thing happened with Sydney. She was so cheerful and optimistic when I explained the problem. She followed up numerous times with a phone call, and if she didn't get me on the phone, with an email. Then she totally took care of the problem. I am beyond satisfied and grateful for Sydney and Boomer Benefits.
