During the years I have been eligible for Medicare I have been with Boomer Benefits. With my current premium change anniversary date coming up soon, I conducted some research and learned that the company I was considering moving to was rated higher than my current insurer and additionally my monthly premium would be less. We first used Boomer Benefits in 2020. The representative we worked with back then provided excellent assistance for which we were very satisfied. This year we saw a significant increase in our premiums for the upcoming year, and once again contacted Boomer Benefits for a review. Lane E, our contact, again provided excellent assistance and was very helpful in finding another provider with the same benefits at a much lower cost to us. We recommend Boomer Benefits for anyone needing help with their Medicare benefits.

Rhiannon M just assisted me with something I needed Anthem Blue Cross to do. She was unfailingly polite, helpful, and obviously interested in making sure I was having a good experience. I wish I could compare my experiences with Boomer Benefits with other interactions I have in my life but nothing measures up. Most recently, Brandon T helped us in switching my husband’s supplemental because of increasing premiums. Loved the fact Allyson G was able to save me over $111 on a bill that I didn’t have to pay. Received the bill from doctor and felt I didn’t have to pay it. Called BB and case was assigned to Ally who told me she would look into it. She did and found Medicare & my supplement paid for everything and I shouldn’t have gotten a bill. She took care of talking to Medicare and my doctors office. No stress was the best part!

I worked with Brian H. recently in helping me review and decide on a Medicare Supplemental (MediGap) policy recently, and it went well. Very well.
After verifying my personal info, he offered up 5 companies that offered Plans G and N, the two plans that I was interested in.
We discussed the companies in detail, and he answered all my questions. I then made my decision and choose a Plan G from a well-known company.
We filled out the application and completed the lengthy underwriting questionaire process without any problem. I received approval the next day, within 24 hours.
Brian's assistance was top-notch. He was knowlegeable and patient in answering questions- repeatedly. I really do recommend him and the Boomer Benefits organization as a whole.

Andrew M was a life saver for us. Since I retired in 2018 we've had the same policy through my employer and it has worked out well for us. Then my employer made a big change to a different type of plan that we did not want. Andrew gave us the information we needed to make good choices not only for our medical insurance, but also for our dental and vision. His knowledge of the various plans was exactly what we needed to make decisions on the costs and benefits of each and he helped us through the application process. This would have been very difficult and much more time consuming for us to navigate without his guidance.

I wanted information not endless texts and phone calls from insurance agents wanting to "help" . I started following Boomer Benefits on Facebook. The comments all seemed so positive that I felt safe in going to their website and entering my info. Tina K from BB contacted me. She had all of the answers to my endless supply of questions. Her patients combined with her knowledge of the system as well as her non-pushy demeanor made this entire process a snap. I was so relieved to have her and I feel like I can reach out to her anytime with any question. Value is always added when you can get customer service like this. I had a persistent billing problem, and was assisted by Ruth O at Boomer Benefits. Her communication was fantastic, and her kind demeanor is refreshing in this day and age of customer service decline.
Based on my experience with Boomer Benefits, Ruth's incredible level of service is the norm for this company. My problem was completely resolved with the provider and insurance company within a day or two. Ruth also followed-up with me during the duration of her efforts to resolve the issues.
I have referred several people staring out in their Medicare journey to Boomer Benefits, and each person has experienced the same quality of service... from finding the right plans, to advocating for their clients when provider billing issues inevitably pop up. They take the weight right off my shoulders.

Michelle W was a great help to me. My wife used to handle the medical stuff for our household, and I handled the bills. My wife did a lot of research when we became eligible for Medicare and found Boomer Benefits to be the most helpful and was very knowledgeable about everything that was available. However, my wife died suddenly on January 5th of this year, after a short stay in the hospital. I am not sure of the exact cause, so I am checking her medical records to find out. I finally got around to making sure our Medicare stuff was in order, so I called Boomer Benefits. Michelle talked me through the information they had about our disabled, special needs, adopted son and helped me understand the coverages he has and what I should expect in the future. We also talked about the providers and coverages for me. I asked her to email all of the details to me, so I have a written record for my files. Michelle said I could check back at any time and especially around October 15th of each year to review everything and make sure the providers and coverages we have are still our best choice. Michelle is a wonderful person and helped me very much.

Boomer Benefits assisted me in 2019 to obtain a quality Medigap policy, and has been good about following up to check in and shop the rate near renewal time since then. I recently received a notice ahead of my upcoming renewal date that the monthly premium with my carrier would be increasing by almost 20% from the prior year. I contacted Boomer Benefits and Lane E assisted me in finding and securing the same plan G policy for a substantially lower premium than I was previously paying, much to my relief. Lane was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful with the application process and within two days my application was approved, my replacement policy issued, and my prior policy discontinued, all at no additional cost to me other than the 25-30 minutes of my time it took to complete the telephone application process with Lane. I will continue to use the services of Boomer Benefits and heartily recommend them, and Lane, to others needing Medicare/ Medigap assistance.

Chasaty was extremely professional on our phones calls, helped me navigate to another insurance provider when I wanted to change carriers for my Medicare Supplemental "G" policy. My husband and I just signed up and were approved for Supplemental Insurance under Medicare. I turned to Boomer Benefits to get this done after trying to do it on my own and being very frustrated by the lack of comprehensive information and choice. It turns out that 'dealing direct' or more specifically, dealing with agents who only handle one medical healthcare insurance company too often results in the customer getting cherry-picked, incomplete and/or skewed information about the options and insurers. The prices quoted also vary! I thus turned to Boomer Benefits for their service. I found the company, and specifically their Medicare Sales Agent, Nigel R, to be just what I was looking for. Nigel had the patience of Job, was flexible, happy to take the time to answer the long list of questions I had developed -- both over the phone and by email -- and, upon request, was always happy to circle back to confirm, and then reconfirm, our status within the (unfortunately purposefully Byzantine) insurance approval process. Because of Nigel's prompt, professional and client-centered service at the front end, we are now confident that Boomer Benefits is the best company for us going forward as we begin to navigate down the healthcare insurance path ahead. I quickly became overwhelmed by the sheer volume of information about my impending change from employer provided insurances to the Medicare programs. I had waded through the internet quagmire and thought I had it figured out. During my searches, I found Boomer Benefits and decided to take advantage of their knowledge and services. I've already done a review of the service I enjoyed specific to my Parts A, B and C decisions. Then, it was on to Part D.
Madison M drew the short straw and was assigned to me, showing great patience with all my questions and getting them all answered to my satisfaction. She was able to identify what we agreed was the best option for me and I couldn't be more satisfied.
Now that I've been through this for myself, I know my wife will be starting with Boomer Benefits in 2 years. Thanks To all.

What fantastic service from Nicholas P and Dustin A. My initial call was to Dustin. He spent all the time i needed explaining Medicsre and the plans to me. So patient with me. Then I spoke with Nick as i was having trouble enrolling my prescriptions. Again absolutely amazing customer service. I know these men are busy but they made me feel like i was the only customer they had for that day. Never felt rushed. Answered all my questions.
I am just starting medicare and was so confused. They were so knowledgeable. I will definitely tell my friends all about Boomer and how helpful they are.

I chose Boomer Benefits in 2018 because of their high ratings and my research that concluded that going with Medicare/Medigap agents has more advantages than not doing so. They helped me set up Medicare Part A, B, D and Medigap Plan G. In October 2022, I decided to replace my Medicare Part D and /Medigap Plan G with a Medicare Advantage Plan (Medicare Part C). Maritza is the Boomer Benefits agent who contacted me. The first call was before Medicare enrollment began, so we discussed what I wanted. The next call after enrollment began, we went over the Advantage Plan that I wanted while talking to her on the phone as well as following her requests on my computer. It took about 2 1/2 hours and I was initially all set. A few more calls were needed to iron out some problems. Maritza quickly resolved these problems and I was officially enrolled starting January 1st. Thank you, Maritza! January proved to be a medical test for my chosen Advantage Plan as well as cost of drugs by the plan. I had root canal and two weeks later a filling on the same tooth. The cost of my drug prescriptions were lower than I thought they would be. So, even though this is a late review, Maritza, you did a great job! Boomer Benefits is definitely the right choice I made in 2018 for my Medicare needs!

Great big shout out to Alexis P at Boomer Benefits for saving me from being sent to collections! Last year I started receiving invoices from a well-known lab telling me that I owed money for some routine bloodwork. Over many months, I spent hours on the phone between the lab's billing department and my doctor's office trying to rectify the situation. Each time my doctor's office would assure me that they had re-submitted and it was all taken care of and, a few days later, the lab would send me another bill saying that I still owed the money. When I went to my doctor's office for an in-person follow-up visit in early December, they insisted that this time it was really taken care of. A few days later I received yet another invoice letting me know that if I did not pay that I would be turned over to collections. In desperation I reached out to Alexis P at Boomer Benefits who calmly assured me that she would get to the bottom of it. A few short weeks later, I am pleased to report that I now owe nothing, and my credit has been saved! I’m fairly certain that I’m not alone when it comes to having your phone, email and mailbox all start receiving information and suggestions about signing up for Medicare.
All I really knew about it was that my signup date ‘window’ had arrived and that’s about it.
With just a single call one of their agents, Jacob C, brought all the information I needed to understand my options and with that clarity came a peace of mind. Together we setup a plan and on the next call began taking the necessary steps. With Jacob’s assistance I now feel confident about my decisions and have gained knowledge about the government’s alphabet soup coverage that I’m going to use down the road as well.
