Reading all their posts regarding the various options available allowed me to make an informed decision regarding my choice of Plan G to go along with my A,B, and D plans. They were helpful with answering questions about the confusing aspects of the wide variety of Medicare options. Great information shared about all of the Plan D options that were available to me in my state. I appreciate all the help and information given to me by Kathryn H and Ryan L; they both answered all my questions during our phone calls and that allowed me to make the best decisions for me. Great company and knowledgeable agents, I am looking forward to a long and pleasant relationship with them.

The personal touch is definitely most appreciated here. We called and worked with Lilly H. - she was so professional, personable and prompt - we greatly appreciate her advice and easy way of explaining the plethora of options available to us "newcomers" to the Medicare age and supplement plans. Since Lilly has signed us up, we have had several conversations as a follow up - she is right on point with calling us back and assuring us of coverage / options going forward. After doing my own Medicare enrollment research, I called Boomer Benefits. I worked with the amazing Tish P from Boomer Benefits. She easily gets an A++ rating from me! Tish answered my dozens of questions over several phone call “appointments.” She called when she said she would call and always took the time to explain every little detail. She did not pressure me to make any choices. Tish made me feel like she cared about the big decisions I was making. I recently completed the sign-up process for Medicare and selected Boomer Benefits to assist me. I worked with two representatives from Boomer Benefits; Kelly D (who helped me with the sign up) and Peter M (who helped me resolve a problem that arose in regard to the payment of premiums for additional coverage). Both of these individuals provided absolutely great customer service. Due to the general complexity of signing up for Medicare and the fact that the private insurer providing additional insurance made an incorrect assumption about billing preferences, my start up coverage and my partners existing coverage were disrupted. Correcting this situation required multiple phone calls with both Kelly and Peter and the involvement of the insurer and AARP. During this situation, both Kelly and Peter were completely professional. They provided accurate and effective information and solutions, interfaced between the insurer and us to enact the fix and repeatedly called us back (when they said they would!) to insure that a successful conclusion was attained. In this time of companies offering less and less service, this was a testament to business as it should be done.

Since retiring 5 years ago I have received excellent support, expertise and resolutions any time I call Boomer Benefits. I have had the pleasure of working with multiple agents as they excel at their position and move up to more challenging positions, all most kind and helpful. Since last December I have been so fortunate to work with Elizabeth D. She is so dedicated and knowledgeable. She is always prompt to reply to my questions and needs. She was able to guide me and correct my previous mistake changing from Plan F to Plan G. I had been very satisfied with Plan F. But suggested by friends Plan G better. After making the change I regretted it immediately. I had been advised changing back to Plan F would not be a problem but it was very difficult. So Elizabeth D was able to facilitate the change. Unfortunately there was confusion with my providers billing incorrectly. Elizabeth D was able to sorted out the confusion and providers got their payment. I was completely overwhelmed and stressed to the max. Elizabeth D was very calm, patient, empathic and professional till all resolved. I can not thank her and Boomer Benefits enough for getting this resolved. I appreciate her so much and I hope Boomer Benefits does as well!

I really made a good decision in selecting Boomer Benefits in assisting me in enrolling to my Medicare supplement and prescription. Last May, I had a big bill from my health provider regarding some medical tests that I was told that Medicare does not cover. I immediately contacted Tyler W, the Boomer Benefits representative that helped me enroll to my Medicare supplement. The following day, I got a call and an email from Janay F, Claim Specialist of Boomer Benefits, to discuss my issue. I was really surprised and impressed for her quick response to help me on my concern. After providing her all the information she needed, Janay told me that she will work on my issue and would update me on any developments. She updated me all the way and finally, thru her help, the issue was resolved. Janay found that there were some coding errors made which my health provider corrected and then resubmitted my claim and Medicare took care of the bill. I really appreciate the effort that Janay put into this to assist me. I find Janay knowledgeable on what she does, compassionate and friendly. What Janay did for me is just one of a classic example on how Boomer Benefits take care of their client. They are the best company to deal with regarding Medicare. In fact, I already recommended Boomer Benefits to my family. And to all who are joining Medicare soon, I highly recommend Boomer Benefits to help you in your enrolment since their customer service does not stop there. I would like to say how impressed I am with the support I have gotten from Boomer. I signed up for Medicare Part B last August and Boomer got me the N plan. Been real happy with it but in the beginning even though I told my doctors offices I had Medicare they still billed my insurance I had when I was working. I called Boomer and they assigned me Elizabeth D as my personal representative to help me resolve my billing issues which Medicare had denied. She is the kindest knowledgeable person anyone could ask for. She explained everything perfectly and really put my mind at ease. I had a real issue with one provider that took several months for her to resolve, but without her assistance I don't believe the billing would have been corrected. I had no luck dealing with the billing department but Elizabeth worked through it and fixed everything. She is my guardian angel. I love her commitment to the customer and she will be forever in my gratitude. Boomer has a real gem in Elizabeth.

I have been receiving immunotherapy treatment for liver cancer for several months now and was experiencing Nausea and lack of appetite a new medicine that was prescribed for me was not being approved by Medicare or my Medicare advantage plan when it was supposed to be a wonderful agent helped me to get my medicine paid for and it has been a real blessing. My agent’s name is Maritza K.This lady went above and beyond to find out what the problem was and resolve it.Boomer benefits is the best out there in my opinion for anyone that needs help picking a Medicare plan. And it doesn’t fit in there they help you with whatever problems you may be having offer no cost

Best decision! After having a bad experience with another insurance company giving me incorrect information not in my best financial interest on Medicare supplemental plans plus being rude doing it, I pivoted to another answer. I found Boomers Benefits in my research and made a great decision to call. I could navigate the new Medicare supplemental process myself BUT I knew when you have trouble with claims, questions and need someone in your corner you are better served with a insurance company that can provide the help. I called and was thrilled to find Sarah. She addressed all my concerns, answered my questions and found a supplemental plan carrier I was comfortable enrolling with. She was lovely to work with. Best of all I am not alone in dealing with any future Medicare supplement issues and questions. It is free, it is easy, so why would I not call?

When I reached the age of 64, I was slammed with a tremendous number of solicitations from insurance companies and agents regarding Medicare. After continuous attempts for accurate information Boomer Benefits provided expertise in their knowledge and as a result, we were prevented from making a huge mistake. When I was trying to get a secondary insurance for my Medicare someone told me to call Boomer Benefits. Amy B was so awesome. She explained everything to me and answered every question I had and I had a lot being new to all this. She helped me pick a plan that met my needs. She also helped me pick a Part D plan. At the recommendation of my husband who had good experience working with Matthew M and Boomer Benefits, I contacted Matthew recently and started the Medicare process with him. He and his team, which included Becca J and Cheyanne K, were very knowledgeable, great at explaining details, and patient with me. He took the time to understand my needs then provided choices of plans, their pros and cons so I could think through and take the necessary time to make the decisions. He told me from the beginning that his help would not cost us anything. Boomer Benefits represents many insurance companies that pay them instead. I really like the software that helps with the drug plans. You are asked to provide your current medications, dosages and frequencies and the software would calculate the estimated costs for the various plans so you can pick the best one. Similarly Mathew would ask me questions about my dental needs and search for the best options. Once I chose the plans, Matthew and his team applied them on my behalf and informed me the approval process every step of the way. I’m very pleased with the process and feel that with help from Mathew and his team, I got the best plans with the most benefits for my own case. I highly recommend Mathew and Boomer Benefits to anyone who has questions or concerns related to Medicare. You should give them a call.

Like most people turning 65, I was faced with investigating Original Medicare (Parts A & B) along with finding a drug plan and supplemental coverage. I first turned to Medicare .gov and SSA .gov and read their webpages and on-line articles. After hours of being on hold with each and talking to representatives, I soon realized I needed to take a much deeper dive into research to understand the consequences of the decisions I needed to make. I came across mention of Boomer Benefits during my Internet research and decided to reach out for their perspective. I looked at their website and felt they had a fresh and non-biased approach to Medicare. I was initially contacted by Justin K who logically and patiently explained the various plans for supplemental coverage and the differences between them. I signed up for some webinars offered by Boomer Benefits which were packed full of meaningful and relevant information. There was no selling - only presentation of details, Medicare rules and regulations, how typical experiences flow and what to avoid so as not to create problems or difficult situation to unwind. After completing the application for supplemental coverages and being accepted, Justin handed me over to Bree W who assisted in procuring Part D drug coverage. She sent me links to tools to gather initial information and then sent me plan comparisons to evaluate and eventually select and sign up for well in advance of my plan start date. She was very helpful in answering my many question and again patient and logical. Throughout this Medicare process, Boomer Benefits made me feel supported and valued; not as just a customer but also as a person. They will always be an advocate for their clients; something that they use in their marketing materials but also something that they actually mean. I would definitely recommend Boomer Benefits to other 'boomers' I know -- and actually have already!

With my Medicare sign-up window quickly approaching, and the emails, and the phone calls, and the amount of USPS stuff coming in each and every day, I was absolutely overwhelmed. Didn't know where to begin and, quite frankly, was beginning to lose interest -- which I knew could not happen. Thankfully ran across Boomer Benefits online and I have to tell you, it was an absolute godsend. I never use the phone. I hate to use the phone. Thankfully Trey D was pretty darn consistent about calling/emailing me about jumping on the phone with him. I can see why he insisted on the phone call rather than email, which I always suggest and prefer. He explained every single part of Medicare in meticulous detail, offering me lots of options and helping me get signed up every step of the way. I am exceptionally grateful. Both my husband and I have been doing business with Boomer Benefits since 2017. They are always super helpful and patient. We went from WA State to SD to AZ since then and Boomers Benefits haven’t missed a beat from providing us with more affordable coverage when rates climb to high to troubleshooting bills that I can’t never understand from Medicare or supplemental insurance companies. They really do “speak Medicare” so I don’t have to! Special kudos to Brandon T, from BB’s claims team who dig into my question and got me a satisfying response. I was having a hard time finding a provider who accepts new patients (despite what the United Health website said), so Angie K at Boomer Benefits took up my cause and, BAM!, in the next 48 hours, she'd personally called 25 specialists until she found three, near my home, for me to choose from—highly rated doctors who take my plan AND accept new patients. I picked the doctor at the top of the list and, now, I can finally see a great doctor to help me get to the root of my health issue. Can you imagine that level of kid glove service in this day and age? I didn’t ask her to make those calls; she took the initiative. I’m blown away and you will be, too. I already loved Boomer Benefits because of Kenzie, who helped me pick my plan. Now, I love them even more. If you need the kind of kind, compassionate help you’d want your own grandmother to have, ask for Angie!

I have been following Boomer Benefits on their Facebook page for the past 2-3 months, as I will begin Medicare soon. Four years ago, I signed up for Medicare and my supplemental plan through Boomer Benefits. Four months later, I had to go in for emergency surgery. Although I gave my new cards to everyone, the billing for emergency services, ambulance and hospital stay did not go through. I received a ton of bills and had a real mess to try and figure out. I called Boomer Benefits and they took over the situation and got everything straightened out and rebilled correctly. They did such a great job. It would have taken me forever to straighten out. Just recently, I worked with Chasaty A to add a dental, vision and hearing plan. She sent me info on several plans and helped me pick the right one for my needs. She truly gave me 5-star service. First of all, their online information and 6 day mini-medicare course is a terrific knowledge base to work from. I had signed up for Part A and Part B, but was running out of time for medigap and Part D. Filled out the "Contact me" request and got a call the next day. Trey D was so helpful. He listens and answers with as little or much information as you need. Best of all he gives you a little insight into the workings of medigap. (All above board). Withing an hour I had chosen a plan that I was very happy with. The best part is Boomer Benefits will help me with any future issues. I chose to use Boomer Benefits to sign up for my Medicare supplement because of their promise to assist with Medicare issues should they arise. I had very recently retired yet my employer insurance was listed as my primary- not Medicare. I thought that was going to be a long wait on the phone nightmare to try to resolve! Contacted Boomer Benefits. They called me first thing the next morning. Boomer made contact with Medicare representative and within minutes the issue was resolved. Boomer then stayed on the phone and proceeded to advise me of the information to provide to the hospital which was billing me. Thank you Cheyanne K. These days so many companies blame COVID for their poor customer service. However I, as well as others I referred to Boomer Benefits, went through the Medicare Maze during Covid and received 100% service with every inquiry. After retiring I had a serious conflict over Medicare Part D which unjustly applied a Late Enrollment Penalty to my monthly premiums. My repeated efforts to correct this mistake proved unsuccesful and I was ready to give up the whole thing . Medicare is an absolute jungle when it comes to options, emailings, standard mailings, and commercial overload. After extensive research I opted to go with a broker and my choice was Boomer Benefits. They seemed to be the clearest and most straightforward of pretty much any broker I looked into. Their accreditation backs that up as well. As much as I feel I have made myself knowledgeable with the process and the plans, I still found it best to have an expert in my corner. I am signed up for my Medicare A, B and Medigap plans thanks to the excellent advice and assistance of Trey D, I feel very comfortable with the plan we put together. He is going to follow up with some options for dental/vision/hearing plans and their Drug Plan team will be contacting me to go over those options. Thanks to the top notch assistance of Michele V, I am now signed up for my part D as well. She sent me all of the information and options available to me, so I was able to make an educated decision. If the customer service continues to be as it has so far, I know I am in very good hands. As an added bonus, any concerns or questions I have or problems I may run into, will be handled by their team. I like that peace of mind. In the end, I made the right choice and I feel as though I’m in good hands going forward. Thanks again!

I found this company online when I received a letter from Cigna Advantage plan indicating they would not be able to cover me even though I enrolled during an SEP. I was working with Delaney M this year. She took me through my current insurance and helped me check for any changes. Delaney didn’t rush me. I had time to explain and changes with my health and possible insurance needs. She did detailed research to give me information specific to my area, Northeast Ohio. I will continue to use Boomer and Delaney every year when it’s time to review my options for the next. I will recommend Delaney to friends/family as they reach 65. As an aside I mentioned the commercials I’ve been seeing with Joe N and J.J. W encouraging people to call some 800 number. Call to find out about saving money in their zip code. I was just curious. Even for this she took the time to do some research and find out the back-story. She also discovered that the 800 number wouldn’t save me any money.

I have been on Medicare with a supplement for eight years. For the year 2022 I wanted to switch my supplement plan. I knew I would need help to make the change and I wanted an independent source of help. I googled and Boomer Benefits responded. BB representative, Wendy H, contacted me and offered to help me sort through the different companies and plans. I cannot say enough good things about Wendy’s customer service. Through phone calls and texting she led me to securing a new plan. Whenever I contacted her with a question, she answered promptly, cordially, and correctly. I highly recommend Wendy H and the company Boomer Benefits!

Being new to Medicare I was very confused about the whole process of Advantage plans and had spent many months online reading all I could to get the answers I needed. I ran across and ad for Boomer Benefits and did research on the company, I also found out they have a channel on YouTube that I now watch regularly. I made the decision to call and spoke with Ryan L, he was very knowledgeable, friendly and has a great deal of patience. We set up an appointment to go over a plan and he explained the whole plan beautifully to me. He let me ask as many questions as I needed to and spent over an hour with me. I chose a plan that I’m very comfortable and excited about. Thank you Ryan letting me interrupt you over and over again and explaining everything I had concerns about.
