I have used Boomer Benefits for years now and moved to 3 different states with seamless coverage! I recently couldn’t find a DME company that accepted my insurance. I called Boomer and Tabatha G. found a company that was less than 2 miles away from my home and within a few days I own a brand new rollator walker with a seat and feel much safer now and will be able to do more than I have been for a few years now years now . Outstanding experience. My Sales Representative, Hailee H, expertly walked me through the process of applying for several Medicare add on policies. While I thought I was knowledgeable about the various parts of Medicare there was nothing like having an expert who really new the complex program. Hailee got me enrolled in a Supplemental Plan, a Prescription Drug Plan, and a Dental / Vision / Hearing Plan, and I have received confirmation that each of the applications were approved. My wife and I will be retiring in a couple of months. The stress of trying to figure out Medicare was off the chart! We live in a small community and after speaking with a local State Farm agent, they were of no help. What they did say was "You need to contact Boomer Benefits" We did and Ryan Leyba came to our rescue!!! Ryan worked with us in a very professional manner and explained it so we understood it. We are now signed up!!!

She helped me bridge the “donut” hole to allay my rude awakening to “the donut hole” for my part D coverage. Leah S is the agent I’m working with. Leah sent me a couple of emails prior to our talking that included a lot of information on Medicare explained in an easy way. I found that information and Leah to be VERY helpful in my understanding of Medicare. I give Leah 5 stars - she’s friendly but efficient, and certainly knows her stuff. She found a great, affordable Medigap plan and the Dental, Vision and Hearing plan they offer is far less expensive than the one I was on. Based on my experience with Leah, I look forward to talking with the Plan D person.

Boomer Benefits has been great to me throughout the whole process of finding a supplement plan and a prescription drug plan. A lady named Laurie P. was my initial contact. She guided me through the whole process. And then Vivian M. helped me find a drug plan. Recently, I had a problem with Medicare getting my dates mixed up on when my company insurance ceased. This is when Caleb B. stepped in and stayed on top of the situation until it got resolved. He stayed in constant communication with me. I highly recommend Boomer Benefits for anyone’s Medicare related coverage.
