Delaney M explained that moving was time sensitive and assisted me to re-enroll. She was very patent and sent me step by step instructions and finally followed up on my status. Amazing company. They walked me through choosing the best companies for my coverage. Emily B even saved me from a $2000 charge from a company that I used before starting Medicare. I cannot say enough about this company! From enrollment to help with bills and claims, the customer service is beyond anything I could have ever hoped for. Taryn N. called ME on several occasions to see how he could help me with my claims. He is the friendliest, most helpful and knowledgeable employee ever. I am very grateful for his help on several occasions. He made everything very easy for this tech challenged senior and continued calling ke to make sure the problem was resolved. This is a wonderful company! Everyone I have dealt with in the last 18 months since being on Medicare, has been so helpful. Taryn has been especially diligent in assisting me with a Medicare Part B claim for diabetic supplies.
