Boomer Benefits staff always simplify any Medicare process for me and my husband.
Last week I watched Danielle's 2026 Medicare Part D RX Plan video which was very helpful in walking us through the changes including self applications for 2026.
Today I spoke with Garrett Keahey regarding a few unanswered questions from Danielle's video presentation. He was patient and very helpful in explaining answers to my questions.
I am very grateful to have found such a knowledgeable team of representatives!

Recently, I had some difficulty getting a prescription filled as it had been recently dropped from my Humana Drug Formulary for 2022. Nicholas P was very instrumental in getting my Exclusion Form sent to me, so my physician could contest the coverage. I received my exemption, thanks to Nicholas, and my drug has been approved by Humana. Many thanks, Nic P for taking care of me.

I have been impressed with BB since I found and began using them a couple years ago to figure out my Medicare plan options. they were SO helpful and made navigating the enrollment process seamless.
Yesterday, when my Rx coverage was denied, I called BB and spoke to Ally G, who took care of everything -- from calling Medicare and my Plan D carrier, to making sure that all was in order. She also provided an app and tips to always be sure I'm getting the best Rx costs for medications. Thank you, Ally!

I am 76 and needed a lot of help! Just signed up for Medicare through Boomer Benefits and am very satisfied with the help that I got through them. I figured that this would be a process, but Parker was very pleasant, helpful and patient with my questions. I checked into different sites and the mountain of mail that I received and after viewing a few BB webinars, I decided on working with them. As a side note - right in the middle of our discussion, we were disconnected. BB not only called me back in a short period of time, but put me back in touch with Parker to continue where we left off. I have enjoyed the support and services of Boomer Benefits for many years and have beeen very pleased. Sydney V has done a great job keeping me informed and making sure I am up to date with my coverage. I have recently moved out of Texas and she checked my status to verify my prescription coverage was still valid and has arranged to have an agent help me transfer it to this state.

Ricky T was a great help making sure I got the best coverage and best rate for my Medi Gap Policy. Answered all my questions, returned my phone calls, awesome service I would recommend to anyone. He will also be there for me in the future when it’s time to review my policy every year. I strongly recommend their book 10 Costly Medicare Mistakes you can’t afford to make. Very informative and enlightening!!!!!

I have been on Plan F for many Years and my rate has gone up to $400.00 a month. I am 73 on a fixed income. I contacted Boomer Benefits and spoke with MR. Caleb B. He was very helping in getting my Prescription rate down and walked me through every step. He is now working on getting me switched from plan F to Plan G. i could have never done this on my own. What a very nice man and very helpful with making suggestions and doing follow up to make sure all is well. Thank goodness I got him as my rep. Thank you Boomer for hiring such great and thoughtful people.

Cheyanne K helped me navigate to a new Prescription Drug plan that is more user friendly for my location and drug needs. PLUS it is more than $10.00/month less expensive than my existing plan, with better coverage!! I am SO excited and thankful for her expertise. She made several phone calls and sent me multiple emails with information and was soooo patient with my questions and concerns. PLEASE ask for her if you need different prescription drug coverage!

I have been extremely pleased with Boomer Benefits. Tyler was awesome assisting me with signing up for a Medigap Plan. More recently Juliette T helped get me signed up with a Part D Plan. I did a great deal of research as regards supplemental plans and Part D Plans and I still needed some help. I had read the Baby Boomer book and like what I read, so I contacted them for their expertise and they surpassed my expectations. Great agency!

Since I first learned of Boomer Benefits about four years ago, I've found everyone to be more than helpful. There are so many options and while I do my own research up to a point, learning the fine details and making a final decision has always been because of the conversations with and information provided by them. Caleb was the individual who helped me this year and I never felt like I was taking up too much of his time, or that he found my questions "silly". Highly recommend!
