She was able to save us close to $50. between my husband and myself. I initially worked with them when I first went on Medicare. Lane E has been my consultative resource at Boomer Benefits. I am 66 , retired and not working since 65. I'm considering moving from Medicare Advantage plan to a Medicare Supplement Part G plan. Decision hinges on if high IRMAA item can be removed from Medicare bill (since I no longer have W2 income) Lane was able to analyze my case, and instruct me exactly how to contact Social Security and appeal the IRMAA line item on my Medicare bills going forward. Once that happens, I can afford to transfer to Medicare Supplemental Part G plan.

Boomer Benefits helped me navigate the intricacies of signing into Medicare several years ago and it was very helpful. Recently I had a health issue (pulmonary emboli) and received a bill for a procedure used in the diagnosis; the radiology claimed that my scans were not covered by Medicare and I owed the full cost. I attempted to resolve it to no avail. I called Boomer Benefits and spoke with Michelle S. She went to battle for me and the balance was adjusted and dropped completely with no patient responsibility! I highly recommend Boomer Benefits!

I did and found a perfect plan for me. Because I was coming off my now retired husband's drug plan, I needed a plan by the first of October. Jayme even contacted the insurance company and, through a conference call, I was able to enroll in a payment plan coming right out of my checking account. (no paper bills). I have used Boomer Benefits for years now and moved to 3 different states with seamless coverage! I recently couldn’t find a DME company that accepted my insurance. I called Boomer and Tabatha G. found a company that was less than 2 miles away from my home and within a few days I own a brand new rollator walker with a seat and feel much safer now and will be able to do more than I have been for a few years now years now . Outstanding experience. My Sales Representative, Hailee H, expertly walked me through the process of applying for several Medicare add on policies. While I thought I was knowledgeable about the various parts of Medicare there was nothing like having an expert who really new the complex program. Hailee got me enrolled in a Supplemental Plan, a Prescription Drug Plan, and a Dental / Vision / Hearing Plan, and I have received confirmation that each of the applications were approved. I can’t say enough good things about Chloe H and Boomer Benefits. My experience was so pleasant and Chloe’s guidance was above and beyond professional, patient, and kind.
