I found Boomer Benefits on YouTube by watching a few of their informative Medicare videos, which motivated me to call them and sign up for Medicare through their company.
With one phone call, after doing some extensive research, I was assisted by Preston G.
After thoroughly going over the process and options Preston had me all setup with the Plan I wanted and found me the best pricing options.
I was VERY impressed with the exceptional customer service Preston and Boomer Benefits provided and will only be using them for all my future Medicare needs.

We recently called upon Boomer Benefits to help us find a new supplemental plan due to rate increases. We had the pleasure of working with Jeff B, a licensed Boomer agent, who handled everything for us. He found the best plan for us, walked us through the application process, then stayed with us through the cancellation process of our former plan. Couldn’t get any easier or “pain-free” ! Working with Jeff , a knowledgeable and customer-driven agent , was a pleasure!

Very grateful to have found the ad on Facebook and called. My husband and I both needed insurance and Mr. D got us us both covered with great insurances. I also spoke with Mr. A who handled somethings for me and double check to make sure everything went in correctly with no problems. Both were outstanding. Also very happy with their follow up on things. I would highly recommend Boomer Benifits to anyone needing insurance and help in understanding Medicare. If there was more than 5 star ratings I personally would rate them higher.

I am very happy with the service provided by Boomer Benefits. Had a billing issue with my Doctors office biller that had been ongoing for months. After contacting Alexis P at Boomer Benefits about my issue the issue was resolved. Alexis made several contacts to me and also spoke to the doctors office biller directly resolving the concerns. Alexis also re-contacted me by phone the next day with a detailed explanation. The customer service provided exceeded my expectations.

Being new to Medicare, I followed Boomer Benefits via FB for several months along with other sites to help with research. After speaking with several companies, I decided to go with Boomer Benefits because they offered the best one on one service. I spoke to Linda H for supplemental coverage and later Bree W for drug program coverage. Bree and Linda were both very helpful, knowledgeable, and made choosing plans simple. And most importantly, both were quick to respond when I had questions. I'm very pleased with my choice and with the service both Bree and Linda provided.

Absolutely amazing customer service, explanations, follow up, etc. Bill W far surpassed my expectations! In today's culture, customer service has been derailed and hard to find. Not so at Boomer Benefits! Every question was thoroughly addressed and followed up on. What a great experience!!! Everyone I have delt with at Boomer Benefits has been so helpful. Not only are they advising me on the best plans but also looking out for the best prices. An added bonus was when I received some bills I did not think were correct, Rose K was there to carefully review them and find they were not my responsibility. Billy W, my contact, was knowledgeable, courteous, approachable and always available to answer questions and provide additional information. He never pressured me to make a decision. I was able to enroll in a Medigap plan as well as a Part D Prescription Drug Plan. Billy also provided information on dental and vision plans. It was a very good experience from start to finish.

The premium of my Medicare Supplement was due to increase in April 2023 by $16.00 a month. So I called Boomer Benefits to help me find a cheaper plan. Michelle W searched and found a plan that would cost less than my existing plan and as a result I was able to save $18 a month with the new plan. She was very gracious and professional and kept me informed of the progress. I will definitely contact her and Boomer Benefits for assistance in the future.

Such an important process and you really need someone to guide you through the process. That’s where Tyler comes in. He works on your behalf and walks you through the process while trying to get you the best rates for your needs. I would highly recommend using them and Tyler to help you with these big decisions. Medicare Benefits Enrollment sometimes does not progress as smoothly as desired. When my Medicare Supplement ID card did not arrive in the mail as expected, I contacted Boomer Benefits, one their associates promptly helped me obtaining my cards, Angie K persistently and competently followed up with the progress to ensure that we get what we were entitled to. I highly recommend this organization. You can always enroll in Medicare Plans by yourself through Medicare website, but when you have a problem, you will be glad to have Boomer Benefits, especially Angie K at your back.

I just signed up for Medicare at the start of this year. Friends and relatives have told me about problems transitioning from private insurance to Medicare. Mistakes will happen that need to be corrected before things get straitened out and your coverage is in place.

Most amazingly good company ever. The person on the other end of phone is always well trained, polite, professional, and extremely patient. They kept me from making what would have been a very bad decision effecting my healthcare for ever and took the time to educate me so I would not be tempted again by some high pressure salesman. In 2020 I had a problem with United Health denying a Medicare claim for a mammogram because i was 'the wrong gender'. It took me several calls and much time on hold before it was straightened out. The same issue occurred in 2021, but this time I called Jasmine B at Boomer Benefits. She did all of the heavy lifting and got the issue taken care of without my having to deal with it. It was wonderful. It took a while, but she stayed with it and got it solved.

Boomer Benefits staff always simplify any Medicare process for me and my husband.
Last week I watched Danielle's 2026 Medicare Part D RX Plan video which was very helpful in walking us through the changes including self applications for 2026.
Today I spoke with Garrett Keahey regarding a few unanswered questions from Danielle's video presentation. He was patient and very helpful in explaining answers to my questions.
I am very grateful to have found such a knowledgeable team of representatives!

I have been a client for almost 2 years. They provided excellent advice and service when selecting Medicare supplement and PDP plans. Additionally, I received professional, timely and effective customer service when having a health care providers' billing error corrected; and again when traveling and needing help with clarifying Medicare's coverage and billing questions.

I have used Boomer Benefits for over 3 years and have been very pleased with their customer service. Recently, I had some difficulty getting a prescription filled as it had been recently dropped from my Humana Drug Formulary for 2022. Nicholas P was very instrumental in getting my Exclusion Form sent to me, so my physician could contest the coverage. I received my exemption, thanks to Nicholas, and my drug has been approved by Humana. Many thanks, Nic P for taking care of me.

For me, the entire process was so painless and this being my first time signing up for Medicare, Allison couldn't have made it easier. I am very grateful for that because this is not an easy process, which I learned when I tried to figure this all out on my own. Also, I ordered their book, "10 Costly Medicare Mistakes You Can't Afford to Make" by Danielle Roberts. It is short and a must read, very helpful!

I have been impressed with BB since I found and began using them a couple years ago to figure out my Medicare plan options. they were SO helpful and made navigating the enrollment process seamless.
Yesterday, when my Rx coverage was denied, I called BB and spoke to Ally G, who took care of everything -- from calling Medicare and my Plan D carrier, to making sure that all was in order. She also provided an app and tips to always be sure I'm getting the best Rx costs for medications. Thank you, Ally!
Seriously, call Boomer Benefits! Love them and the service they provide!

Brandon T hooked me up with Mutual of Omaha for my Medigap Dental and Vision Supplement. He was patient and efficient and laughed with me at the process necessary to select and apply for my policy. I am 76 and needed a lot of help! My wife and I just went on Medicare, which is a daunting task, but Kate and Hailee at Boomer Benefits, were extraordinarily helpful in answering our questions, and most importantly answering all the follow on questions. We found that Boomer Benefits had the instruction and answers we were needing to navigate what having medical insurance meant once you turn 65, and gave us the confidence to proceed. We appreciate both Samantha D who helped us walk through the pros and cons with our "many" questions, and Juliette T who helped us with understanding part D. And maybe the best part is the assurance they will be there afterwards when we have new questions.
