I started working with Boomer Benefits in 2017 and cannot begin to tell you how many times they have helped me with billing questions. I recently received a bill that I didn’t understand and Ruth Oekerman was there to help me? I simply sent her a statement and she worked it out and got back to me within a few days. Boomer Benefits has the best Client Services team ever!

I would like to give Ryan L my great appreciation for his help during my first phone call to Boomerbenefits , my intention was just to ask questions maybe 1 or 2 questions just for clarity since I’d been reading online features about Medicare on Boomerbenefits websites, no intention of signing up , but after just few minutes of talking with Ryan, I felt confident of signing up for a plan the same day.This is how professional and knowledgeable he was and very patient with me. Turning 65 is scary by itself and add Medicare enrollment to the mix it gets scarier. Choosing to go with Boomer Benefits helped smooth out the process. Several areas of Boomer Benefits assisted me in the move from employer provided insurance to MediCare health and Rx services. It is complicated even if you are computer and industry savvy but they made it as simpler as possible, especially two of the folks, Juliet T and Justin K - they led me through the process and viola! I just signed up with Boomer Benefits today. I was mortified on dealing with Medicare, what plans to choose and just what is covered. I have a lot of medical conditions so I was very concerned. Sarah K walked me thru everything explaining everything and letting me know all of my options.She was amazing. Rhiannon M just assisted me with something I needed Anthem Blue Cross to do. She was unfailingly polite, helpful, and obviously interested in making sure I was having a good experience. I wish I could compare my experiences with Boomer Benefits with other interactions I have in my life but nothing measures up. I always feel bad when friends don't take my advice to use them for Medicare. Especially when they tell me about the work they are going through to fix a Medicare bill. I try not to smile.

I used Boomer Benefits to enroll in a Medicare Supplement plan and also a Part D prescription plan. The process is stress free and you get individualized service that fits your particular needs. Sandra C was wonderful. She helped me select the right plan for my situation. I would highly recommend using their service. There are no strings attached and once you're signed up Boomer Benefits is there to assist if you have any issues.

Originally my call was intended to gather information, but the level of service, friendliness, and professionalism that I received from Sarah D was so excellent, as was the quoted premium rate, that I completed an application on the spot. If the service that Ms. D provided to me today is typical of Boomer Benefits, then I anticipate a long-term relationship with the company.

Most recently, Brandon T helped us in switching my husband’s supplemental because of increasing premiums. While in the process, he answered numerous questions we had regarding my MIL’s insurance issues with Medicare Advantage and how to get her back to traditional Medicare. Loved the fact Allyson G was able to save me over $111 on a bill that I didn’t have to pay. Received the bill from doctor and felt I didn’t have to pay it. Called BB and case was assigned to Ally who told me she would look into it. She did and found Medicare & my supplement paid for everything and I shouldn’t have gotten a bill. She took care of talking to Medicare and my doctors office. No stress was the best part!

By far the best company that I have worked with. They have answered all of my questions and was very patient with me.
Peter M was great I would have given more stars if I could. He dealt with all of the questions that I had about my insurance.
This is the company to go with especially if you are on Medicare they found me a company that has great benefits and the handle all of any problems you might have. No more going to multiple places (insurance, Pharmacy, etc.) they handle everything.
I will never go anywhere else. love these guys!

I am turning 65, my sister-in-law sent me a book I didn't think I needed. She was right I did need the book and Boomer Benefits. I was first connected to Jessica Y for my insurance needs. She worked with me and got me into a plan that sounds wonderful and for a lot less than what I was planning to spend. Then she connected me with someone that could help with the drug part of my insurance. Juliette T helped with a plan that should save me a lot of money. She also supplied me with a coupon that will save me even more. I've been very pleased with their prompt and money saving service.

Not only was she kind but she was knowledgeable as well. Customer service is huge in my book. I've grown tired of customer service reps who sound as though they just got out of bed, cannot open their mouth to speak, or, who have no interest in doing their job. I had Supplemental Medicare Plan but doing the re-enrollment period for January 2023, I change to an advantage plan. I was not happy with the choice I had made therefore I contacted Boomer Benefits. A young lady name Ashley G came to my aide. She was attentive and patience and made me feel that she could help me and that she did. She instructed me what I had to do and assist in getting it done. She stayed in contact keeping me update on the progress, until I was reinstated in my Aetna Supplemental plan. she also got me enrolled in Part D (the drug plan). Thanks

Our underwriter, Ryan L. was great at helping clarify some of the confusion we had with all the different plans. He followed up with us and also was easy to get in contact with when I had a question. The Boomer customer service team is also wonderful. We had a problem with our plan cards. I called customer service and the issue was taken care of immediately and they again followed up to make sure everything was taken care of. I would and have recommended Boomer Benefits to friends and family.

Since then, I have been contacted by Madison M, who expertly got me enrolled in Part D (the drug plan). She asked me a few questions and picked the plan that was the least costly, and best for me.

I received excellent information and clarification from Boomer Benefits on making a change to my Medicare coverage. Samantha D helped me with the hardest stuff, i.e. the Part B Supplemental. Yesenia S got me set up with my Part D coverage with no headaches. And Angie K helped me with my first question about how to handle copays with my plan. We got numerous referrals from friends but ended up going with Boomer Benefits, a company we found online and submitted an info request. Larry W got backed to us right away, was very patient, knowledgable and attentive. We had a ton of questions over a two month period and he was always ready to answer every concern. It can seem overwhelming but he helped break it down so we could find the best plan for us.

Got a late start on applying for additional benefits for my wife. Since she has a birthday on the 30th, I didn't realize that medicare would start on the 1st. Anyway, Trey D was exceptional;. He explained everything I was unsure of, and we knocked out Part G in 30 minutes. And my wife was approved 2 days later. Thanks Trey. Will be reaching out next year when I hit the big 65.

I signed up with Boomer Benefits because they said they would help with any problems that I would run into with Medicare and supplemental insurance. They proved their worth when I could not get my doctors to send my prescriptions to the correct place. Their employee, Trevor G, got me help from the drug insurance provider to help me get my prescriptions filled before they ran out. My problem disappeared once Trevor got involved! This is a great company with dedicated employees.
