I haven’t even filed a claim yet and something was messed up in my Medicare account. After an unsuccessful attempt to get it promptly fixed when I called Medicare office, I called Boomer Benefits and Jessica M. had it addressed in less than 15 minutes and even confirmed this week that their records have been corrected. So thankful to Boomer Benefits and to Employees like Jessica for assisting me with kindness and efficiency! Bravo Jessica and thank you so much! I recommend that everyone give them a shot. They are very buttoned up and out the Care back into customer care!

I called Boomer Benefits and spoke with Allison, she was so helpful on going over the different programs for Medicare, which are such daunting when you get that catalogue in the mail, what to choose, Allison made it easy to understand and explained everything in detail. I know I can call them at any time should I have questions in the future. It's a relief that as each renewal year rolls around I can give her a call and know that I'll have my questions answered and the fact that it's at no cost to me.

My advisor, Jacob, was fantastic to work with. He helped me through the whole process from signing up for Medicare A and B and choosing my supplemental plan. When and if I retire overseas I will work with him again to make any changes needed to my coverages. Super happy that I have great coverage for any health issues that may occur in the future.

I had been using Boomer Benefits for a few years. I had a Plan G with Aetna who had recently raised their premium quite a bit so I decided to shop with them for a better deal. I switched to a High Deductible Plan G with Mutual of Omaha and reduced my premium by 70% which seems good for me as I do not see a doctor. My rep at Boomer Benefits, Stephen A, made the process of finding a better plan for me and switching to it very easy. I am very happy doing business with Boomer Benefits.

William P. Figel, Chicago hails Laura G as an account executive. Through my own human error - and a hand injury - I was careless in not attending to automatic withdrawals in one of my accounts. Ms. G was able to reach the carrier swiftly and rapidly reinstate a policy that might have otherwise lapse. Her integrity and ability articulate the issue on my behalf allowed the insurance carrier accept a late payment to insure there would be no interruption in coverage. What a blessing.

“I had a billing/coding issue with The Mayo Clinic. I tried to resolve it by myself. After waiting 30 days and having the provider resubmit the same incorrect code, I reached out to Boomer Benefits. Ruth O contacted me within a few days, I explained the issue, she sent me a secure link to upload the EOB's. She phoned every several days with an update. My matter was resolved within 2 weeks. Balance $0.00. Ruth is courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and provides results. I have her contact information saved. It's reassuring to know that I have BB and especially Ruth on my side.”

It was only a small amount (that involved Medicare, my supplemental plan, deductibles and co-pays), but I didn't want to pay a bill if I was being charged incorrectly. I worked with Kendra G in getting new supplemental coverage. She got back to me immediately when I tried to contact her. She found a plan and did the required interview. I was approved and my new coverage with start on 2-1-24. She also helped in December in walking me thru getting new prescription for myself and wife. She was pleasant is certainly deserves a 5 star rating.

The price of our Medicare Supplement policy kept rising with a significant increase for the most recent renewal. My wife and I contacted Boomer Benefits and Claire H was outstanding at helping us find a new Supplement policy at less than half what our current policy was going to charge. She hen expertly guided us through the application process including underwriting and helped us cancel the old policy once the approval for the new policy came through.

I have been using Boomer Benefits since 2020 and am very happy with the assistance they provided through the Medicare and Supplement process. However, at that time, I chose not to sign up for Part D. I decided it was time for RX plan and called. Chasaty A responded and spent a great deal of time with me going over all the information regarding Part D. I now have an active prescription plan and I have Chasaty to thank! I have shared their information and referred to friends.

I had a 10 month claim lingering without a resolution! Amy Evans was able to resolve this claim finally!!!! Much appreciate and am so glad I enlisted the help of Boomer Benefits!!! I also want to mention Chris Gray tirelessly worked on this claim as well with multiple unanswered calls from the physicians office!! Boomer Benefits is great and if you are thinking of using them to help you with your Medicare Services- you should just do it!!!

After our conversation I found it very easy to choose which plan was best for me. Not long after reaching my deductible for the year (2023) , I received several bills for approx. $200.00 following a doctors visit . I notified Boomer Benefits and Sydney was assigned to help me .
