I have been a client of Boomer Benefits since I turned 65 in 2014. One of my chief reasons for seeking them out was the promise that they would have my back for the duration. Faced now with having to decide on a new Part D plan, I felt confident in turning to them once again for guidance. I can't say enough about Ashley G's 5-star customer service. With her expertise, she addressed my questions; with her prompt communication and personal attention, she eased my concerns. My wife will be signing up soon for Medicare, and she's already on track to work with Boomer Benefits. Thank you, Ashley!

Initially I had a couple good size problems with the first and second representatives. I was given wrong information and wrong directions which caused a big problem. Fortunately I was put in touch with Laura and her boss Kendra. They both worked diligently to correct the mistakes of their coworkers. Everything is in order now.

Unhappy with the previous Plan C provider I contacted Boomer Benefits to find an alternative insurer that was more aligned with my requirements.
Claire H. patiently listened to my concerns, ultimately recommended a far better solution. Claire exhibited the highest levels of professional business practices and customer service. Boomer Benefits is the right place to go if you need help with heath care selections. We have been with them for about 5 years. They will go to bat for you if there is ever a question about your bills or questions about drugs and costs.
This year we made a change in our drug plan. Risheena W. worked with us in obtaining our new plan. She is most outstanding in how she handles her clients. When my Part D Prescription Drug Plan was discontinued this fall (2024) I put myself in the queue for a callback from Boomer Benefits. Within a few days my original agent, Ashley G., returned my call. Original agent. That means she still works at Boomer 2 1/2 years later - amazing. She had already worked out a great alternative for me and knew the answers to all of my questions on the spot. An impressive company and an impressive agent.

Veronica E. has been such a big help in helping us to choose a Part D drug prescription plan. She patiently explains everything so well and is prompt in answering our questions and concerns. She set up a call to help us to prove that Bruce was covered under my Employers insurance/prescription coverage in order to ensure that she and the team an follow through to make sure that this issue is resolved so that he does not have to pay a penalty. I'd like leave a 6 star rating for the assistance I received from Ms. Sydney V.. She helped me get billing corrected from my PCP and lab through Medicare which saved me several hundred dollars. Not only is Boomer Benefits great when you sign up for Medicare, they are outstanding helpers if you have problems afterward with medical billing issues. Thanks again, Sydney!!!

Working with this company made all the difference in my Medicare journey. The staff was professional, cordial, knowledgeable, and always responsive. Explanations and details of options and insurance plans were comprehensive and helpful. I also found them to be very customer oriented in terms of cost effectiveness and coverage. For example, it was beneficial for me to review prescription plan options on the Medicare.gov site rather than the recommendation provided by the agent and I was encouraged to explore those options independently. His recommendations were based on historical data so that made decisions even easier. Medicare can be overwhelming; but, he stepped through it in a very simple way. We recently moved to another state and had to change insurances. I scooted around online and thought it would be something I could do myself. I happened to see a Facebook post about Boomer Benefits so I did a bit of research. They surely seemed like the real deal so I gave them a call. By the luck of the draw, I was connected to Tish Pattenaude. By the time we finished up, 90 minutes later, we were all signed on with a plan that I'm sure we'll be happy with. The long and the short of it, I feel like we won the lottery being able to work with Tish.

We were pleasantly surprised when Andrew O told us we could save a lot of money with a new plan - no change in benefits! Andrew was very easy to work with. I am so incredibly impressed with Andrew E.. I did find out the hard way that there are agents that are unreliable and dishonest when applying for medicare. Andrew E. is the opposite of that. He helped me fix the mistakes that someone else from an entirely different company had made. His compassion and integrity are the highest. I absolutely appreciate dealing with a person of his caliber.

OMG...had the best call with Chad H. with Boomer Benefits today.
I am currently 68 & have a local advantage that I love because every doctor I see is in the same building along with x-rays, blood work, scans etc. After talking with Chad, right now I am in a good plan; come October he will call me to discuss supplemental plans where I can still use my current clinic & doctors. My experience with Boomer Benefits, and specifically Allison Boyd, has been nothing but great - surprisingly great. I knew nothing about Medicare going into my search for understanding and a plan. Boomer Benefits was highly recommended. I felt like I was being educated more than I was being sold something. This is the way to go. My husband and I began with Boomer Benefits over a year ago and they helped us get set up with great explanations to help us choose plans that are really working for us. Recently, we had an issue with some questionable bills and Sydney Green was very friendly and quick to dig into the insurance coverage and resolve the issues so we did not have to pay. We highly Sydney for her help! Everyone at Boomer Benefits is great!

Our Boomer Benefits customer service representative Natasha guided us through a claims resubmission and followed up with us for over 2 months to get a resolution to an incorrect billing. She represents a company that hires quality personnel and stands behind their claim to be with you after enrollment. I am very impressed with the help and time that Gabe G. gave us today. At first my husband and I were very confused and at the end of our conversation we were able to decide on Medicare and health insurance that will fit our needs perfectly, Also, Boom Benefits will help us with any problems that we will face.
