I had a claims issue that I need Boomer Benefits help with. Jozzlynn A was the Client Service Team Reprsentative who assisted me, and she made my pursuing a refund so much easier. I gave her all the details of my situation, and she took it from there and put effort into looking into the matter further. As it turned out, she solved my dilemma and I ended up getting the money back for me from a clinic that charged me erroneously. This kind of service is increasingly rare these days, and so I am especially grateful for the assistance that Jozzlynn gave me.

Boomer Benefits has educated and supported me regarding Medicare benefits for the past eight years.
Last year I was notified that Medicare wouldn’t cover a complete blood cell count that my doctor ordered. I contacted Boomer Benefits for help. Michele S worked with me from 09/24/24 - 05/12 /24 to get resolution.
I owe no money to Pathology Laboratory, inc., as a result of her tireless efforts!
Michele supported me through three seasons, calling me, my physician and the laboratory repeatedly for corrections and processing.
I can’t thank Michele S and Boomer Benefits enough!

I am grateful to have Boomer Benefits to advocate for me. Every interaction I have with them gives me clarity & I would be much less informed without them. I’m mildly confused by the question about being a paying customer of Boomer. I personally don’t pay anything to Boomer. I’m aware that they are reimbursed by the insurance companies they represent.

Prior to my retirement, my wife contacted Boomer Benefits for recommendations and assistance in setting up a Medicare supplement plan. We approved their recommendation and are pleased with the result. After I retired, I quickly found out that the first medical claim to come in to my Medicare account was denied erroneously (by Medicare). I contacted Boomer Benefits for help on this matter. Their representative Briana P. quickly responded to my inquiry (by both email and phone) and expertly got the error corrected.

I chose part G because it offers benefits overseas and I love to travel.

Kendra G. , in client services, has gone above and beyond to straighten out a pharmacy billing issue (billing old insurance vs Medicare). I simply can not recommend this organization enough. Every single time I have an issue with MediCare or other insurance companies, they step up and get thing resolved on my behalf.
Most recently, their representative, Ruth O, assisted me with a $5,250 dollar billing that was incorrect. I reached and she immediately responded. She updated me on the progress every inch of the way until it was resolved.
There are not many company that can execute this level of customer service and support. This is truly a "best-of-breed" company with friendly, professional staff.

Kailey was extremely helpful with my problem. She spent as much time as I needed to help resolve my problem. She didn’t rush me and stayed online with me until she was able to get a solution at which time she contacted Humana rep and had a 3 way conversation. Now it is up to Humana and the hospital facility to finalize the solution.

Michele S truly took away a large headache from me when I received a bill for I routine lab work I knew for sure i was NOT responsible for. She frequently kept in touch with updates on her progress with all those that had to be contacted to resolve the issue. The end result? I had a $0 balance to pay! My husband and I decided to pick Boomer Benefits to be are helpers with the new Medicare dilemma that was facing us as far as choices. They were extremely helpful with the setup. Then I needed help almost immediately with a claim not being summitted correctly by my physicians medical group. Amber P was assigned my problem and worked very hard and long on resolving it. Talk about customer service! I had sent an email to my agent, they sent an email back saying a rep will be reaching out within the next 24-48 hours. Not even 30 mins later, it’s Boomer Benefits! Natalie was so friendly, she listened to what I had going on, and then took it under her wing for us to get our late enrollment penalty resolved right then and there. I couldn’t have asked for a better client service member to stand up for us. I will forever be thankful for her and boomers!!!

This company amazes me. I got a phone call from one of they Representative, Vivian N and she pointed out that I forgot to update my Insurance Information. She stayed with me on the phone and explained to the Insurance Company about my changes I needed to make. It was resolved in a breeze.
I feel they watch over me that I had the best insurnce coverage.
So Vivian Newton did an estonishing Job and I am still scratching my head how smooth and professional she handled it.

We needed to change our Medicare Advantage plan because we were at risk of having our excellent health care provider (a teaching hospital) declared out of network due to a contract dispute with our insurance (Medicare Advantage) provider. Boomer Benefits agent Darla F walked us thru the alternatives, found a better policy with different company, and set up the changeover. Throughout the 2-3 days working on this telephone conversations were to-the-point and easily understood, and our email follow-up email questions were answered quickly and clearly. Well done!

Had to best experience with help on a claim. Emily M gave excellent customer service and my claim problem was resolved. It is comforting to know Boomer Benefits is there when help is needed. I called the billing dept and the insurance company, to no avail, to try to understand my bill. Also, left a message, as instructed, and received no call back. Sydney V worked hard to help me when my claim was denied by Medicare. I worked on it myself for several weeks, contacting my doctor and the provider to get it straightened out. I got nowhere. It took several more weeks after Sydney became involved. She was relentless and finally the provider got their act together, resubmitting the information and Medicare and my supplement paid.

I worked with Cecilia A, who has stood by my side in trying to straighten out a huge Medicare mess (not caused by Boomer Benefits). She's been incredible. She took some administrative tasks off my hands, then followed up to confirm that she'd completed then. She joined me on the phone with insurers and Medicare, making sure that we asked the right questions and covered all the bases to straighten out the problem. She's gone above and beyond, and isn't done yet!

The folks at Boomer Benefits have been very helpful in educating me about supplemental plans and the quirks of how those plans work in my state. I am also going to be moving to another state this year, so I had to learn about what to consider both before and after my move. Jonah B in particular was very helpful with this. We had an issue where a hospital was not billing our supplemental plan, and billing us instead. I contacted Boomer Benefits and they set me up with Michelle S. She was amazing. She worked with the hospital and insurance companies for several months to get the issue resolved - and not only got the bills to me stopped, she got us a refund for things we shouldn't have been charged for. I love Boomer Benefits! They have helped me so many times since last year. I spoke with Craig B today about an issue I had and he helped me work through it. He is kind and very knowledgeable. We ended the conversation with a positive plan of action. Going onto traditional Medicare with supplement Plans G & D was so confusing. BB helped me to figure out what would be best fir me.

We love BOOMER BENEFITS! This is the second time we have used them . Darius B was very efficient and knowledgeable and helped us with a new plan that helped us with a plan that fit our needs and budget.
Very clear spoken and explained everything so well. Very patient with us also which is HUGE as we are older and not understanding on some things. Fantastic guy! We are grateful he made it all so easy. Thank you, Darius!

Tiffany helped me fix the issues I had with my Medicare Supplement plan with Cigna. She called me several times over a week, until all issues were resolved. She also educated me on issues that I had additional questions about.

Boomer Benefits did an excellent job in discussing all of my Medicare options for supplemental insurance and part D prescription drug plans.
They made the enrollment process easy and walked us through all of the information they required.
They have followed up after our enrollment period to make sure we had all of the information we required and the insurance carrier had sent us the requested information.
We are totally satisfied with our Boomer Benefits representative.
They provided us their direct number and we have been able to get service every time we have called with questions.
