Cicely P, she’s very helpful and patient. I was having a hard time getting through Aetna, there was no live representative that you can talked too! They’re selling products so frustrating so I reached out to Cicely we had a 3 way call. She’s following up on this issues with Aetna , card that was mailed has incorrect last name. I was grateful using boomers Cicely highly recommended!!!

I first found out about Boomer Benefits just before I retired and they helped me tremendously in getting exactly what I needed with supplemental insurance. I can't say enough about their customer service and earlier this year Cheyenne K. was very helpful in helping me get the right coverage for my mother as well. She actually checked to make sure that we could save money this year from a.previous policy. I highly recommend Boomer Benefits to anyone and all of their people have been very helpful.

Have used Boomer Benefits since 2019 to help me with my traditional Medicare supplements. BB specializes in Medicare so can answer pretty much any question one might ever have. Customer service is excellent. Emily M. phoned me this week to ask if I am currently satisfied with my policies and to offer BB assistance should I need any changes. Emily M. is a perfect example of the quality service I've come to expect from Boomer Benefits. I recommend Boomer Benefits without reservation.

Highly recommend Jessica Y, broker with Boomer Benefits. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable, concise but thorough, and able to answer all my many questions (and I had done some advance research on Medicare). I also found the Boomer Benefits Facebook page & their YouTube videos to be very helpful. I also read a book on Medicare and watched non Boomer videos. In a nutshell, I found Boomer Benefits & Jessica Y were the right Medicare brokers for me!

It was quite a challenge to obtain medicare coverage for a medical bill that I felt
Medicare should have covered. I reached out to Boomer Benefits and was put in touch with Jasmine D. I explained the problem and she let me know that she would investigate and get back with me. The issue took several months to resolve, but Jasmine continued to keep me informed of her progress and let me know when I needed to step in and take action. I recently received the check from the specific medical group involved. I know this would have never happened without Jasmine's help.

I haven’t even filed a claim yet and something was messed up in my Medicare account. After an unsuccessful attempt to get it promptly fixed when I called Medicare office, I called Boomer Benefits and Jessica M. had it addressed in less than 15 minutes and even confirmed this week that their records have been corrected. So thankful to Boomer Benefits and to Employees like Jessica for assisting me with kindness and efficiency! Bravo Jessica and thank you so much! I recommend that everyone give them a shot. I called Boomer Benefits and spoke with Allison, she was so helpful on going over the different programs for Medicare, which are such daunting when you get that catalogue in the mail, what to choose, Allison made it easy to understand and explained everything in detail. I know I can call them at any time should I have questions in the future. It's a relief that as each renewal year rolls around I can give her a call and know that I'll have my questions answered and the fact that it's at no cost to me.

My advisor, Jacob, was fantastic to work with. He helped me through the whole process from signing up for Medicare A and B and choosing my supplemental plan. When and if I retire overseas I will work with him again to make any changes needed to my coverages. Super happy that I have great coverage for any health issues that may occur in the future.

I had been using Boomer Benefits for a few years. I had a Plan G with Aetna who had recently raised their premium quite a bit so I decided to shop with them for a better deal. I switched to a High Deductible Plan G with Mutual of Omaha and reduced my premium by 70% which seems good for me as I do not see a doctor.
My rep at Boomer Benefits, Stephen A, made the process of finding a better plan for me and switching to it very easy.
I am very happy doing business with Boomer Benefits.

After I was approved, she called me back and helped me cancel my old policy. She basically helped me every step of the way including filling out all the forms. She was such a blessing to me.

William P. Figel, Chicago hails Laura G as an account executive. Through my own human error - and a hand injury - I was careless in not attending to automatic withdrawals in one of my accounts. Ms. G was able to reach the carrier swiftly and rapidly reinstate a policy that might have otherwise lapse. Her integrity and ability articulate the issue on my behalf allowed the insurance carrier accept a late payment to insure there would be no interruption in coverage. What a blessing.

I was unable to get much help from my dental insurance carrier, Cigna, when I called to get an idea for what an out of network procedure would cost me. I called Boomer Benefits and spoke with Riley M, and within two minutes was able to provide me the information Cigna could not. Helped me to decide which Dentist to use, and how how to file an out of network claim.

Boomer Benefits is the best! I was overwhelmed with so much information about Medicare and it was recommended by neighbors to check out Boomer Benefits. Sandra C and Jacob N are the BB representatives who have provided me with invaluable personalized research and assistance, and it's good to know that I can call on them or any other Boomer Benefits agent to help me with Medicare questions and issues now and down the road whenever I need help. I highly recommend their book by BB founder Danielle K R "10 Costly Medicare Mistakes You Can't Afford to Make" and her many helpful YouTube videos.

Boomer Benefits has helped me find the best provider since I have enrolled in Medicare, five years ago.
Each team member has always been professional, knowledge and helpful.
Natasha R just helped in clearing up a billing error for my husband’s bloodwork.
She called with updates on a regular basis and set expectations for how long it might take to resolve the issue.

“I had a billing/coding issue with The Mayo Clinic. I tried to resolve it by myself. After waiting 30 days and having the provider resubmit the same incorrect code, I reached out to Boomer Benefits. Ruth O contacted me within a few days, I explained the issue, she sent me a secure link to upload the EOB's. She phoned every several days with an update. My matter was resolved within 2 weeks. Balance $0.00. Ruth is courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and provides results. I have her contact information saved. It's reassuring to know that I have BB and especially Ruth on my side.”

Streamlined the entire process of filling the gaps in part A and B as well as drug coverage so I feel confident dropping my expensive plan the moment Medicare kicks in. Larry W was amazing, walked me through all the options and in one phone call I had everything set and ready to go. Highly recommend for anyone who doesn't want to wade through all the ins and outs of multiple policies and companies while hoping you make the right choice.

Thank you Ellery C, representative from Boomer Benefits. She recently sorted out an invoice from a provider that didn't make too much sense to me. Ellerly came to the rescue. It was only a small amount (that involved Medicare, my supplemental plan, deductibles and co-pays), but I didn't want to pay a bill if I was being charged incorrectly. I forwarded the info to her and within a few days she verified my billing was correct. Peace of mind is what Boomer Benefits and their outstanding team provides me. They are always there to help. Kudos to Ellery!

My experience with Boomer Benefits and Linda H has been nothing but positive. Understanding Medicare is not easy, but Boomer Benefits provides high quality educational assistance at no charge. When I eventually called the company for product comparisons, the professionalism I encountered at every step was impressive.
