Ms. G was able to reach the carrier swiftly and rapidly reinstate a policy that might have otherwise lapse. Her integrity and ability articulate the issue on my behalf allowed the insurance carrier accept a late payment to insure there would be no interruption in coverage. What a blessing.

I was unable to get much help from my dental insurance carrier, Cigna, when I called to get an idea for what an out of network procedure would cost me. I called Boomer Benefits and spoke with Riley M, and within two minutes was able to provide me the information Cigna could not. “I had a billing/coding issue with The Mayo Clinic. I tried to resolve it by myself. After waiting 30 days and having the provider resubmit the same incorrect code, I reached out to Boomer Benefits. Ruth O contacted me within a few days, I explained the issue, she sent me a secure link to upload the EOB's. She phoned every several days with an update. My matter was resolved within 2 weeks. Balance $0.00. Ruth is courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and provides results. I have her contact information saved. It's reassuring to know that I have BB and especially Ruth on my side.”

Thank you Ellery C, representative from Boomer Benefits. She recently sorted out an invoice from a provider that didn't make too much sense to me. Ellerly came to the rescue. It was only a small amount (that involved Medicare, my supplemental plan, deductibles and co-pays), but I didn't want to pay a bill if I was being charged incorrectly. I forwarded the info to her and within a few days she verified my billing was correct. Peace of mind is what Boomer Benefits and their outstanding team provides me. They are always there to help. I especially like that their representatives specialize in specific areas of Medicare supplements, yet each representative is still knowledgeable of all aspects of Medicare. I recently worked with Ashley S on changing my Part D plan. I was very pleased with the process. After requesting a phone appointment through their website, I immediately received a call from Ashley confirming they received my request and promising to call back once Open Enrollment started. I received a call from Ashley during the first week of OE and completed my transaction the same day. All went smoothly and Ashley was also very responsive to a few follow-up emails I sent with additional questions.

The service at Boomer Benefits is outstanding. They set me up last year when I signed up for Medicare and this year I needed to make a change in my drug plan. Lisa C how are you tried several times to reach me and didn’t give up as I had to make the date to change plans. Lisa makes it so easy while my friends are all trying to navigate Medicare and the changes… I just call Lisa and she explains it and helps me change anything I need you.

I called late on a Friday afternoon not being aware of their closing time. I was fortunate enough to be taken care of by Emily M. Even though it was close to their time to get off, Emily was more concerned about making sure we were being taken care of. She was able to answer most of our questions. She reached out to Wellcare on a three way call to get the balance of our questions answered. Emily stayed 45 minutes after her quitting time to make sure we were taken care of. I really appreciate everything she did for us.
