Today, Bree W, walked me thru the process and completed the purchase. I can't say enough about their people and process. I have bought the book for friends and suggested they call Boomer. Everyone's experience has been the same as mine. Why would you not use them...it doesn't cost you a penny and they rock!

After requesting a phone appointment through their website, I immediately received a call from Ashley confirming they received my request and promising to call back once Open Enrollment started. Madison M is amazing! In speaking with her previous to signing up for my Part D, we'd discussed a particular company to sign up with. However, when the time came to actually sign up, we realized the company I'd picked was not going to be cost effective for me. I called late on a Friday afternoon not being aware of their closing time. I was fortunate enough to be taken care of by Emily M. Even though it was close to their time to get off, Emily was more concerned about making sure we were being taken care of. She was able to answer most of our questions. She reached out to Wellcare on a three way call to get the balance of our questions answered. Emily stayed 45 minutes after her quitting time to make sure we were taken care of. I really appreciate everything she did for us.

Thank you Craig i was having trouble with part d paying for a medication. Boomers benefits had Craig helped me. He figured it out right away.Sent me some information and everything went well. After the doctor filled in the forms that he gave me.He called back a week or so later, to make sure everything went well. planning on double checking things with him this year he does know what he's doing. he was able to answer all my questions right away.And everything was correct.Thanks again.I really appreciate it.

Once again, I had a problem with a Mayo Clinic billing error that they refused to fix, and once again Ruth handled it and got them to fix their error. Since receiving Medicare I have been helped by Chris H of boomer benefits. I retired early and do not receive full benefits. As such I could not afford most Medicare supplemental insurance coverage. Chris H was able to help me find a Medicare drug plan and a supplemental plan that I was able to afford. Chris is very concerned about his clients needs. I was looking at my best medical insurance options and sent a spreadsheet to Boomer Benefits. I received a call from Lisa C of Boomer Benefits, she patiently went through my spreadsheet, finding errors in my spreadsheet and even looked up my policies to correct my numbers. I just finished changing my supplemental plan F to a G plan to save money with Michelle W she was exceptional she answered all my questions was a total professional everything went very smoothly and I even got a couple of chuckles out of her on a couple of my jokes. I’m so happy with her she’s definitely an asset to boomer benefits and I’m glad she is someone I can call if I need help. I recently joined Boomer Benefits, purchasing my Medigap coverage through them with UH. The ID card issued to me by UH had the wrong effective date of my Medigap coverage, so I contacted Boomer Benefits. Kendra G contacted UH on my behalf to request a new card be sent, and though it took two tries with UH, they finally sent a corrected ID card. I appreciated Kendra G for taking care of this problem for me.

We had a hospital bill we disputed. Natasha R contacted us and gave us an option we didn't realize we had and offered to take the lead to help us. The end result was a tremendous discount from the hospital to our account balance. None of this would have happened without Natasha's initiative and knowledge. She was professional and kind. She is one of the many Baby Boomer employees who have in the past helped us with various issues. This one was just the most complex. Thank you!
