Kendra did all the research, helped me navigate the savings, and I highly recommend Boomer Benefits. We use them each year. Ask for Kendra. Thank you Craig i was having trouble with part d paying for a medication. Boomers benefits had Craig helped me.
He figured it out right away.Sent me some information and everything went well. After the doctor filled in the forms that he gave me.He called back a week or so later, to make sure everything went well. planning on double checking things with him this year he does know what he's doing. he was able to answer all my questions right away.And everything was correct.Thanks again.I really appreciate it.

I called Boomer Benefits for help in deciding what plan I should get upon turning 65. I am not drawing my SS yet but needed help with the insurance part of it. Kelly D was so very helpful in helping me with coverage. She took all the confusion out of it. Made things so much easier to understand. Then she sent me over to Bree W, who helped me with the prescription drug plan. She found the cheapest and best one for my needs. I could not be happier with both of these ladies.

Sarah K was beyond patient and helpful. I was not pressured and she understood that I did not want an Advantage Plan as so many other agents love to sway you into one. I recommended Sarah to my sister-in-law and brother and hope they can find a plan with the same coverage for less. I stressed to them it’s always good to review plans. I feel I am in great hands thanks to Sarah.

I am very happy with my experiences with Boomer Benefits over the years. In the past I had a problem with Mayo Clinic billing and Mayo would not fix the problem and Ruth O solved that. Once again, I had a problem with a Mayo Clinic billing error that they refused to fix, and once again Ruth handled it and got them to fix their error. I'm very happy with the service I received and strongly recommend Boomer Benefits!

Jade has been super helpful at guiding me through the basic Medicare steps, perscription plans, Advantage versus Traditional and more. I ask a lot of questions and her patience and professionalism as I work through the process has been great. I have more to do but I am confident that, with partners like Jade and BB, I'll make it through.

She did all the heavy lifting for me by researching plans and then making a recommendation for a plan that best fit my needs. Since receiving Medicare I have been helped by Chris H of boomer benefits. I retired early and do not receive full benefits. As such I could not afford most Medicare supplemental insurance coverage. Chris H was able to help me find a Medicare drug plan and a supplemental plan that I was able to afford. Chris is very concerned about his clients needs. I received a call from Lisa C of Boomer Benefits, she patiently went through my spreadsheet, finding errors in my spreadsheet and even looked up my policies to correct my numbers. I recently joined Boomer Benefits, purchasing my Medigap coverage through them with UH. The ID card issued to me by UH had the wrong effective date of my Medigap coverage, so I contacted Boomer Benefits. Kendra G contacted UH on my behalf to request a new card be sent, and though it took two tries with UH, they finally sent a corrected ID card. I appreciated Kendra G for taking care of this problem for me.

We had a hospital bill we disputed. Natasha R contacted us and gave us an option we didn't realize we had and offered to take the lead to help us. The end result was a tremendous discount from the hospital to our account balance. None of this would have happened without Natasha's initiative and knowledge. She was professional and kind. She is one of the many Baby Boomer employees who have in the past helped us with various issues. This one was just the most complex. Thank you!

My agent Michelle W was very thorough and professional and was able to find me a new supplement plan that saved me 40.00 a month. I had been happy with my original plan G that I got through Boomer when I first became eligible, but the premium increased significantly in 2 years. It pays to call and ask for a better rate!

When the insurance company providing my dental coverage had not paid for two visits and a third visit was now pending I called Boomer Benefits for help. Chasaty A. took on my case and got the insurance company to release the full payment due in record time. Unfortunately the insurance company paid the wrong party and further delays resulted. Throughout this process Chasaty stayed in touch and stood by to help as needed. Top quality service!

Billy W, the Medicare agent, quickly answers emails and solves problems. I also purchased the Cigna Dental, Hearing and Eyes insurance. He put me in touch with a very nice and competent woman, named Ashley S, who put together a list of Cigna dental providers in my zip code. She did it with a smile in her voice and followed up with a timely email with the list.
Let me add that I would never have found out about the agency if I had not read the book by the owner of the agency, The 10 Costly Medical Mistakes. I read it twice. It definitely sorts out all confusion about Medicare. An Excellent book !!
It appears Ms. R has built an organization on top of sturdy customer service principles.

During the years I have been eligible for Medicare I have been with Boomer Benefits. With my current premium change anniversary date coming up soon, I conducted some research and learned that the company I was considering moving to was rated higher than my current insurer and additionally my monthly premium would be less. Ashley G on the client service team was of great help and very professional in assisting me with this transition to the new Medigap insurer. She made it straightforward and simple.

Had an issue w a bill for medical servuce received from my PCP

From the very begining she has been very cordial, professional and she stayed on top of my issue

Finally today after more than a month if trying the issue got resolved

I’m not sure how to answer a question asked before submitting review- if I have ever been or are a paying customer of BB. I said yes, because I use them to help me with my Medicare, but I don’t believe I had to pay them. Just wanted to explain my slight confusion.

We first used Boomer Benefits in 2020. The representative we worked with back then provided excellent assistance for which we were very satisfied. This year we saw a significant increase in our premiums for the upcoming year, and once again contacted Boomer Benefits for a review. Lane E, our contact, again provided excellent assistance and was very helpful in finding another provider with the same benefits at a much lower cost to us. We recommend Boomer Benefits for anyone needing help with their Medicare benefits.
