I was looking at my best medical insurance options and sent a spreadsheet to Boomer Benefits. I received a call from Lisa C of Boomer Benefits, she patiently went through my spreadsheet, finding errors in my spreadsheet and even looked up my policies to correct my numbers. One phone call and Lisa saved me over a thousand dollars annually. She offered to fill out forms for me also. Excellent customer service. Thank You!

I just finished changing my supplemental plan F to a G plan to save money with Michelle W she was exceptional she answered all my questions was a total professional everything went very smoothly and I even got a couple of chuckles out of her on a couple of my jokes. I’m so happy with her she’s definitely an asset to boomer benefits and I’m glad she is someone I can call if I need help. was very friendly and personable. He was knowledgeable and was able to provide answers to all our Medigap questions in a clear and concise manner. The application process was very easy with Jacob. I recently joined Boomer Benefits, purchasing my Medigap coverage through them with UH. The ID card issued to me by UH had the wrong effective date of my Medigap coverage, so I contacted Boomer Benefits. Kendra G contacted UH on my behalf to request a new card be sent, and though it took two tries with UH, they finally sent a corrected ID card. I appreciated Kendra G for taking care of this problem for me.

We had a hospital bill we disputed. Natasha R contacted us and gave us an option we didn't realize we had and offered to take the lead to help us. The end result was a tremendous discount from the hospital to our account balance. None of this would have happened without Natasha's initiative and knowledge. She was professional and kind. She is one of the many Baby Boomer employees who have in the past helped us with various issues. This one was just the most complex. Thank you!

I have nothing but high praise for Boomer Benefits for helping me navigate the Medicare system. My agent Michelle W was very thorough and professional and was able to find me a new supplement plan that saved me 40.00 a month. I had been happy with my original plan G that I got through Boomer when I first became eligible, but the premium increased significantly in 2 years. It pays to call and ask for a better rate!

When the insurance company providing my dental coverage had not paid for two visits and a third visit was now pending I called Boomer Benefits for help. Chasaty A. took on my case and got the insurance company to release the full payment due in record time. Unfortunately the insurance company paid the wrong party and further delays resulted. Throughout this process Chasaty stayed in touch and stood by to help as needed. Top quality service!

Billy W, the Medicare agent, quickly answers emails and solves problems. I also purchased the Cigna Dental, Hearing and Eyes insurance. He put me in touch with a very nice and competent woman, named Ashley S, who put together a list of Cigna dental providers in my zip code. She did it with a smile in her voice and followed up with a timely email with the list.
Let me add that I would never have found out about the agency if I had not read the book by the owner of the agency, The 10 Costly Medical Mistakes. I read it twice. It definitely sorts out all confusion about Medicare. An Excellent book !!
It appears Ms. R has built an organization on top of sturdy customer service principles.

I wish I could compare my experiences with Boomer Benefits with other interactions I have in my life but nothing measures up. Originally my call was intended to gather information, but the level of service, friendliness, and professionalism that I received from Sarah D was so excellent, as was the quoted premium rate, that I completed an application on the spot. If the service that Ms. D provided to me today is typical of Boomer Benefits, then I anticipate a long-term relationship with the company.

Most recently, Brandon T helped us in switching my husband’s supplemental because of increasing premiums. I learned about Boomer Benefits from my brother who had a very good experience with them so I called them when I suddenly lost my employer insurance and needed to sign up for a Medicare plan. Jacob N was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in explaining how everything works and found a plan to meet my needs. I thought I would be stuck with expensive poor insurance! Not true! And their service is FREE! Thank you Jacob N!

Loved the fact Allyson G was able to save me over $111 on a bill that I didn’t have to pay. Received the bill from doctor and felt I didn’t have to pay it. Called BB and case was assigned to Ally who told me she would look into it. She did and found Medicare & my supplement paid for everything and I shouldn’t have gotten a bill. She took care of talking to Medicare and my doctors office. No stress was the best part!

I called Boomer Benefits to inquire about Medicare Supplement insurance. Nathan T answered the phone and guide me through the whole process. He is so knowlegable and I signed up with Boomer Benefits that day. It is the best company, so far and Nathan T is the best person I worked with. He even followed up with a call later on. Boomer Benefits has been a God-Send to me. Chasaty A has been their representative and has followed through with every promise she has made to me.
She has made helpful suggestions and worked diligently to find the best plan for me and my needs. Her professionalism, listening skills, reassurances, and encouragement of us being a "team" to accomplish all I needed, has been a gift.

Everyone who has ever dealt directly with an insurance company should know about Boomer Benefits. They are so helpful & can answer all your questions. I used Boomer Benefits when I was looking to signup for Medicare. The explained what has to be one of the most complex government programs ever created. Recently I had a problem with a medical bill and the reason Medicare rejected it. I called and Natasha R was there to take care of my issue and get it resolved. I just want to thank Julia P at Boomer Benefits. She definitely went above and beyond in helping me with some claims from my insurance company. I am so glad I went through Boomer Benefits when I first got Medicare. They have helped me several times with payments, overpayments, and claims. These are people you can really depend on! We were fortunate to have found Boomer Benefits who assisted us in getting setup with our Medicare coverage. Very informative and helpful. In addition, they have helped us resolve bills we received that we thought should have been covered by our Medicare carrier. Just today we received a call from Alexis P. to notify us that they had resolved a $300+ bill that we would have otherwise had to pay out of pocket. Thanks Boomer Benefits and Alexis.

I had recently gone thru Boomer Benefits for completing Medicare , supplemental & prescription insurance. It was a wonderful experience. Representative Larry W was amazing and had deep knowledge and understanding of my requirements. He made sure all the fine prints are explained. He identified the best Part-D drug plan. I had also taken help from the customer services group and they were very helpful. Boomer Benefits did exactly what they had said in the various videos which I had viewed. Larry also guided me step by step to ensure that all forms are completed correctly.
