I contacted Boomer Benefits to change my part D plan. I was put in touch with Bree W who was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting my plan changed. She was prompt in contacting me originally and when I had questions. I have been with Boomer since 2021 and did need their assistance in the past so I wanted a part d plan through them. She found one for less money in premiums than my original plan so my monthly price dropped from $40 to $ 16.50.

Once again, it's time to select the best prescription coverage for my wife and myself for the next year. Chris G was very helpful in providing us with the specific information we needed to make our selection without having to take a long time to do the detailed search on our own. Achieving our result in a timely manner was very satisfying and allowed us to take care of other important items sooner. Trusting Boomer Benefits each year at this time, as well as throughout the year, to get it right for us has become very natural!

We got news from our provider that our current advantage plan (that seemed near perfect) would no longer be available in 2025. I reached out to my insurance agent that had helped us with that plan but didn’t seem to have time to help this year. I am so happy we decided to use Boomer Benefits. Anthony discussed all of our options with us and after considering what we thought would be right for us, got us signed up for a new advantage plan. Love the added perk of being able to call anytime we have a question or problem with our plan.

Bryan M was very helpful in showing how I could improve my coverage with a side by side comparison of several MA companies, and I ended up finding a better option based on better coverage at a lower cost. I continue to be impressed with the service that my wife and I receive from Boomer Benefits.
Our latest need was to maintain an excellent / affordable provider for our Medicare Part D coverage and maintain or reduce our annual, all in cost. Laura F handled our case and managed to identify a provider with a lower monthly premium and affordable copayments for the various tiered medications. The total annual cost for our personal situation will be lower than what we paid in 2024.

Sydney V is Amazing...I had a very complicated incorrect bill from a hospital for over 9,000. Sydney did everything to correct this problem working with the hospital, and Medicare. I never would have figured out how to get this particular issue resolved but somehow Sydney did!! Thank you, Sydney, for all your efforts and for keeping me up to date as the situation progressed. You and Boomer Benefits are wonderful, can't say enough about a company that is on top of their game.

From Laura, who originally helped us sign up for Medicare supplemental plans to Andrew O., our customer service advocate, everyone has been very knowledgeable, courteous and last but not least, patient, while we compared benefits, downsides and occasionally circled back to earlier questions once new information was presented. Boomer Benefits was very helpful in helping us with our Part D plan. We used them 4 years ago with our initial sign up for a Medicare supplement and Part D. We have been extremely happy with the plans they chose for us. This year our Part D carrier opted out of their drug plan for 2025 so we had to search for a new one. Lisa C. was very prompt in returning our call and very helpful in finding a new Part D plan for us. We feel very reassured that we are in good hands with Boomer.

This is my second year using Boomer Benefits. Working with Wendy H. found a Medicare part D (for prescriptions) plan that not only covered all of our medications it was even cheaper than last year.
Overall not only has Boomer Benefits assisted us through the complicated Medicare selection process, they have posted many informational videos that explained the process and the various plans from Supplemental coverage to Medicare Advantage.

Medicare signup was not as straight forward as we had hoped it would be. Boomer Benefits and Ashley S. have been so helpful and patient in clearly explaining all the processes involved in signup. We found a great supplemental plan to go with Part B plus great help in signing up for Part D prescription plans. Explanations and details of options and insurance plans were comprehensive and helpful. I also found them to be very customer oriented in terms of cost effectiveness and coverage. She got right back to us online and left us with places to go if we had more questions including her direct line. It was nice to have our questions answered by someone who listened and cared. Boomer benefits had been one of the podcasts/videos my husband had watched and was impressed with. We are glad we called them!!

We recently moved to another state and had to change insurances. I scooted around online and thought it would be something I could do myself. I happened to see a Facebook post about Boomer Benefits so I did a bit of research. They surely seemed like the real deal so I gave them a call. By the luck of the draw, I was connected to Tish Pattenaude. By the time we finished up, 90 minutes later, we were all signed on with a plan that I'm sure we'll be happy with. The long and the short of it, I feel like we won the lottery being able to work with Tish.

We have been working with Boomer Benefits for over 5 years. My husband and I decided to check and see whether we could get a better deal on our Medigap policy. We were pleasantly surprised when Andrew O told us we could save a lot of money with a new plan - no change in benefits! Andrew was very easy to work with. Ruth O is simply amazing! She is dogged in tracking down and correcting denials. She recently worked on an annual visit issue that was incorrectly coded. Ruth kept the heat on and the claim was fully paid by Medicare. I am sincerely grateful for Ruth and all of the incredible people at Boomer Benefits!!! I am so incredibly impressed with Andrew E.. I did find out the hard way that there are agents that are unreliable and dishonest when applying for medicare. Andrew E. is the opposite of that. He helped me fix the mistakes that someone else from an entirely different company had made. His compassion and integrity are the highest. I absolutely appreciate dealing with a person of his caliber.

OMG...had the best call with Chad H. with Boomer Benefits today.
I am currently 68 & have a local advantage that I love because every doctor I see is in the same building along with x-rays, blood work, scans etc. After talking with Chad, right now I am in a good plan; come October he will call me to discuss supplemental plans where I can still use my current clinic & doctors. Thank you Boomer Benefits...I am so happy I made the call.
