Most recently, I had an appointment with Andrew O to review my supplement plan to make sure I still had the best plan for my specific needs. Even during the busiest part of their year, I never felt rushed, and Andrew was so polite and kind, and put my mind at ease!

I am at Boomer benefits currently for one reason. That reason is Juliette Templeton. Even though Boomer was not an agent with my part D insurance the last couple of years, Juliette jumped in to help me anyway. Helping me with medication not covered on a formulary and getting me alternatives. Including cheapest locations to buy from, coupons, GoodRX options, etc.. I have recommended Boomer to a number of people. Even my doctor and his nurse signed up with Boomer based on my recommendation. My wife will be signing up next year with Boomer.

I've never dealt with an insurance company that I would give 5 stars. This one I did! Larry W was kind, knowledgeable and very very helpful. I had thought of changing health insurance for years. The devil you know is better than the one you don't. Lol. Thanks to Larry's patience and persistence I have a new policy that fits me. And saves me $$$$. After a brief telephone call to confirm some background info, Lisa got back to me with a recommendation to enroll with a highly regarded company that offered a $0 premium, and included my doctors, covered my prescriptions, and included several significant free benefits. I have used Boomer Benefits for 3 years and have recommended their services to all my friends. This year, Jozzlynn provided very helpful advice on Medicare Part D plans, even talking to me about a less expensive option on Medicare.gov. There is no additional cost to enroll via Boomer Benefits, as compared to Medicare.gov, and Boomer Benefits assists with any future questions or problems with a medical bill for any coverage purchased through them. It's a wonderful service!

After confirming my Plan D Prescription Drug Plan in early October, I got a notice just before Thanksgiving, informing me that my plan would no longer be available. With just a few days left to register for a new plan, I called Boomer Benefits to the rescue. Stephen A found me a new plan in no time flat. I’ve been with Boomer Benefits for a couple of years now and I’m pleased that I made the decision to have them recommend my drug plan. Rihanna M at Boomer knew my current plan and was able to review all those available to me and select the best valued one for me in 2025. What a benefit there is to having someone confirm your decisions. I tell everyone nearing Medicare to at least give Boomer Benefits a call.

He guided me through the different options without pushing his own agenda. He helped me with other applications and patiently guided me through the processes. She then helped me apply for a plan with a better price than I'd been able to find on my own. Also- she says the company will be there to help me sort through any problems with the plans-- After weeks of trying to sort this out on my own I actually had a tear of relief after working with her.

Navigating Medicare Part B and D process for the first time is a very daunting, complex process. Soooo many questions. With the help of Billy W from Boomer Benefits, my questions were answered, which helped me decide on which plan to choose. He was very patient with me, even though I had to change our appointment twice, and he provided me with Social Security links to get the the forms that I needed to fill out. I highly recommend Billy.

I contacted Boomer Benefits to change my part D plan. I was put in touch with Bree W who was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting my plan changed. She was prompt in contacting me originally and when I had questions. I have been with Boomer since 2021 and did need their assistance in the past so I wanted a part d plan through them. She found one for less money in premiums than my original plan so my monthly price dropped from $40 to $ 16.50.

We got news from our provider that our current advantage plan (that seemed near perfect) would no longer be available in 2025. I reached out to my insurance agent that had helped us with that plan but didn’t seem to have time to help this year. I am so happy we decided to use Boomer Benefits. Anthony discussed all of our options with us and after considering what we thought would be right for us, got us signed up for a new advantage plan. Love the added perk of being able to call anytime we have a question or problem with our plan.

I continue to be impressed with the service that my wife and I receive from Boomer Benefits.
Our latest need was to maintain an excellent / affordable provider for our Medicare Part D coverage and maintain or reduce our annual, all in cost. Laura F handled our case and managed to identify a provider with a lower monthly premium and affordable copayments for the various tiered medications. The total annual cost for our personal situation will be lower than what we paid in 2024.

Sydney V is Amazing...I had a very complicated incorrect bill from a hospital for over 9,000. Sydney did everything to correct this problem working with the hospital, and Medicare. When my Part D Prescription Drug Plan was discontinued this fall (2024) I put myself in the queue for a callback from Boomer Benefits. Within a few days my original agent, Ashley G., returned my call. Original agent. That means she still works at Boomer 2 1/2 years later - amazing. She had already worked out a great alternative for me and knew the answers to all of my questions on the spot. An impressive company and an impressive agent.

I have been a client of Boomer Benefits for 5 years. I have been completely satisfied with them. Over the past 5 years, I have contacted on several occasions with questions or concerns about billing. They have always been helpful. Today I spoke to Ashley about choosing a new part D option for 2025. She was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I have all the information I needed to make my selection.

Veronica E. has been such a big help in helping us to choose a Part D drug prescription plan. She patiently explains everything so well and is prompt in answering our questions and concerns. She set up a call to help us to prove that Bruce was covered under my Employers insurance/prescription coverage in order to ensure that she and the team an follow through to make sure that this issue is resolved so that he does not have to pay a penalty. What a relief- thank you Veronica!

I'd like leave a 6 star rating for the assistance I received from Ms. Sydney V.. She helped me get billing corrected from my PCP and lab through Medicare which saved me several hundred dollars. Not only is Boomer Benefits great when you sign up for Medicare, they are outstanding helpers if you have problems afterward with medical billing issues. Thanks again, Sydney!!!
