I contacted Boomer Benefits to change my part D plan. I was put in touch with Bree W who was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting my plan changed. She was prompt in contacting me originally and when I had questions. I have been with Boomer since 2021 and did need their assistance in the past so I wanted a part d plan through them. She found one for less money in premiums than my original plan so my monthly price dropped from $40 to $ 16.50.

We got news from our provider that our current advantage plan (that seemed near perfect) would no longer be available in 2025. I reached out to my insurance agent that had helped us with that plan but didn’t seem to have time to help this year. I am so happy we decided to use Boomer Benefits. Anthony discussed all of our options with us and after considering what we thought would be right for us, got us signed up for a new advantage plan. Love the added perk of being able to call anytime we have a question or problem with our plan.

I continue to be impressed with the service that my wife and I receive from Boomer Benefits. Our latest need was to maintain an excellent / affordable provider for our Medicare Part D coverage and maintain or reduce our annual, all in cost. Laura F handled our case and managed to identify a provider with a lower monthly premium and affordable copayments for the various tiered medications. The total annual cost for our personal situation will be lower than what we paid in 2024.

Sydney V is Amazing...I had a very complicated incorrect bill from a hospital for over 9,000. Sydney did everything to correct this problem working with the hospital, and Medicare. I never would have figured out how to get this particular issue resolved but somehow Sydney did!! Thank you, Sydney, for all your efforts and for keeping me up to date as the situation progressed. Ryan L. was fantastic. Provided the right amount of information so you didn’t get overloaded and could make a decision. His recommendations were based on historical data so that made decisions even easier. Medicare can be overwhelming; but, he stepped through it in a very simple way. We ended the meeting feeling like a lot of potential stress, regarding Medicare, was taken away. Clearly an expert on Delaware Healthcare.

She got right back to us online and left us with places to go if we had more questions including her direct line. It was nice to have our questions answered by someone who listened and cared. We recently moved to another state and had to change insurances. I scooted around online and thought it would be something I could do myself. I happened to see a Facebook post about Boomer Benefits so I did a bit of research. They surely seemed like the real deal so I gave them a call. By the luck of the draw, I was connected to Tish Pattenaude. By the time we finished up, 90 minutes later, we were all signed on with a plan that I'm sure we'll be happy with. The long and the short of it, I feel like we won the lottery being able to work with Tish.

We have been working with Boomer Benefits for over 5 years. My husband and I decided to check and see whether we could get a better deal on our Medigap policy. We were pleasantly surprised when Andrew O told us we could save a lot of money with a new plan - no change in benefits! Andrew was very easy to work with. I am so incredibly impressed with Andrew E.. I did find out the hard way that there are agents that are unreliable and dishonest when applying for medicare. Andrew E. is the opposite of that. He helped me fix the mistakes that someone else from an entirely different company had made. His compassion and integrity are the highest. I absolutely appreciate dealing with a person of his caliber.

OMG...had the best call with Chad H. with Boomer Benefits today. I am currently 68 & have a local advantage that I love because every doctor I see is in the same building along with x-rays, blood work, scans etc. After talking with Chad, right now I am in a good plan; come October he will call me to discuss supplemental plans where I can still use my current clinic & doctors. Thank you Boomer Benefits...I am so happy I made the call.
