In 2015 Boomer Benefits helped me choose a Medicare Supplement to fit my lifestyle. I chose part G because it offers benefits overseas and I love to travel. Recently when traveling , I spent six days in a clinic in a foreign country. Alexis P of Boomers helped me file a claim online and get reimbursed nearly 80%. Alexis and all the Boomers deserve five stars for outstanding customer service to seniors.

I simply can not recommend this organization enough. Every single time I have an issue with MediCare or other insurance companies, they step up and get thing resolved on my behalf. Most recently, their representative, Ruth O, assisted me with a $5,250 dollar billing that was incorrect. I reached and she immediately responded. She updated me on the progress every inch of the way until it was resolved. There are not many company that can execute this level of customer service and support. This is truly a "best-of-breed" company with friendly, professional staff.

She didn’t rush me and stayed online with me until she was able to get a solution at which time she contacted Humana rep and had a 3 way conversation. My husband and I decided to pick Boomer Benefits to be are helpers with the new Medicare dilemma that was facing us as far as choices. They were extremely helpful with the setup. Talk about customer service! I had sent an email to my agent, they sent an email back saying a rep will be reaching out within the next 24-48 hours. Not even 30 mins later, it’s Boomer Benefits! Natalie was so friendly, she listened to what I had going on, and then took it under her wing for us to get our late enrollment penalty resolved right then and there. I couldn’t have asked for a better client service member to stand up for us. I will forever be thankful for her and boomers!!!

This company amazes me. I got a phone call from one of they Representative, Vivian N and she pointed out that I forgot to update my Insurance Information. She stayed with me on the phone and explained to the Insurance Company about my changes I needed to make. It was resolved in a breeze. I feel they watch over me that I had the best insurnce coverage. We needed to change our Medicare Advantage plan because we were at risk of having our excellent health care provider (a teaching hospital) declared out of network due to a contract dispute with our insurance (Medicare Advantage) provider. Boomer Benefits agent Darla F walked us thru the alternatives, found a better policy with different company, and set up the changeover. Throughout the 2-3 days working on this telephone conversations were to-the-point and easily understood, and our email follow-up email questions were answered quickly and clearly. Well done!

Had to best experience with help on a claim. Emily M gave excellent customer service and my claim problem was resolved. It is comforting to know Boomer Benefits is there when help is needed. I called the billing dept and the insurance company, to no avail, to try to understand my bill. Also, left a message, as instructed, and received no call back. Sydney V worked hard to help me when my claim was denied by Medicare. I worked on it myself for several weeks, contacting my doctor and the provider to get it straightened out. I got nowhere. It took several more weeks after Sydney became involved. She was relentless and finally the provider got their act together, resubmitting the information and Medicare and my supplement paid.

We had an issue where a hospital was not billing our supplemental plan, and billing us instead. I contacted Boomer Benefits and they set me up with Michelle S. She was amazing. She worked with the hospital and insurance companies for several months to get the issue resolved - and not only got the bills to me stopped, she got us a refund for things we shouldn't have been charged for. I recently found myself in a difficult situation, in danger of being disenrolled from my Part D PDP due to an administrative error by a previous employer. Being a BB customer I asked for advice and received terrific support from Melanie K, who set up 3-way phone calls with multiple sources in order to understand the issue and attempt to find a resolution. Her knowledge and experience were invaluable and I am very grateful for her help.

Anthony S picked up my call and I got the jackpot! Anthony explained all my Medicare options in terms I could understand. He followed our call up with the information we had discussed which made it very easy for me to decide the option to chose. On our second call Anthony filled out the medical and dental applications with me and again made it so easy while assuring me if I have any questions he and the team is here to help me. The best part is I can contact the team with questions versus dealing with the insurance companies. It doesn’t get any better than this!
