The Medicare world is daunting for Boomers!
Boomer Benefits takes all of the worries away. This year Michelle helped me review my plan and helped me through the steps to make a change. She was very knowledgeable, patient and followed through with every stage of the process. I know I can count on her and the company for any questions or issues that might come up. If you are even close to being ready to retire/go on Medicare, PLEASE CONTACT BOOMER BENEFITS! I can't tell you how easy this process has been! I lost my job and tried navigating it by myself with absolute failure. I contact Boomer Benefits and thankfully Bill W came to my rescue. i'm so glad I came across boomer benefits (popped up on Facebook)! Ashlee M was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and personable. I was concerned that our aarp/uhc medigap plan n kept increasing annually. she found us a highly rated plan to replace it, saving us a significant amount of money. we couldn't be more pleased! thank you, Ashlee and boomer benefits for your free service! we will spread the word!

My latest experience was with Customer Service Rep. Sheena. She was amazing!!! She understood what help I was needing and provided the information with options for me to choose from.

He spent quite awhile with me as he very patiently answered my questions, and volunteered lots of good information. He also connected to me to my current Medicare plan and stayed on the line while they helped me login and find a discount drug plan card. He wanted to make sure I was well taken care of!! I have recently started Medicare and after my first visit with the doctor, I was billed $562.00. Boomer Benefits (Amy E) contacted the provider on my behalf and had them re-code the bill; so now I owe nothing :-).

Being laid off and insurance being dropped the next day, Boomer Benefits really helped me understand Medicare B, Plan C and G. Larry K explained very clearly the minute details of the next huge decision I had to make in a crisis situation. Knowing that I would have Boomer Benefits support in possible insurance issues is a game changer for me. I have been able to follow up on issues in the past but as I age, not stressing about that is a blessing.

I had a claims issue that I need Boomer Benefits help with. Jozzlynn A was the Client Service Team Reprsentative who assisted me, and she made my pursuing a refund so much easier. I gave her all the details of my situation, and she took it from there and put effort into looking into the matter further. As it turned out, she solved my dilemma and I ended up getting the money back for me from a clinic that charged me erroneously. This kind of service is increasingly rare these days, and so I am especially grateful for the assistance that Jozzlynn gave me.

Boomer Benefits has educated and supported me regarding Medicare benefits for the past eight years.
Last year I was notified that Medicare wouldn’t cover a complete blood cell count that my doctor ordered. I contacted Boomer Benefits for help. Michele S worked with me from 09/24/24 - 05/12 /24 to get resolution.
I owe no money to Pathology Laboratory, inc., as a result of her tireless efforts!
Michele supported me through three seasons, calling me, my physician and the laboratory repeatedly for corrections and processing.
I can’t thank Michele S and Boomer Benefits enough!

I’m mildly confused by the question about being a paying customer of Boomer. I personally don’t pay anything to Boomer. I’m aware that they are reimbursed by the insurance companies they represent.

Prior to my retirement, my wife contacted Boomer Benefits for recommendations and assistance in setting up a Medicare supplement plan. We approved their recommendation and are pleased with the result. After I retired, I quickly found out that the first medical claim to come in to my Medicare account was denied erroneously (by Medicare). I contacted Boomer Benefits for help on this matter. Their representative Briana P. quickly responded to my inquiry (by both email and phone) and expertly got the error corrected.

I simply can not recommend this organization enough. Every single time I have an issue with MediCare or other insurance companies, they step up and get thing resolved on my behalf.
Most recently, their representative, Ruth O, assisted me with a $5,250 dollar billing that was incorrect. I reached and she immediately responded. She updated me on the progress every inch of the way until it was resolved.
There are not many company that can execute this level of customer service and support. This is truly a "best-of-breed" company with friendly, professional staff.

She didn’t rush me and stayed online with me until she was able to get a solution at which time she contacted Humana rep and had a 3 way conversation. Now it is up to Humana and the hospital facility to finalize the solution.

Michele S truly took away a large headache from me when I received a bill for I routine lab work I knew for sure i was NOT responsible for. She frequently kept in touch with updates on her progress with all those that had to be contacted to resolve the issue. The end result? I had a $0 balance to pay! My husband and I decided to pick Boomer Benefits to be are helpers with the new Medicare dilemma that was facing us as far as choices. They were extremely helpful with the setup. Then I needed help almost immediately with a claim not being summitted correctly by my physicians medical group. Amber P was assigned my problem and worked very hard and long on resolving it. Talk about customer service! I had sent an email to my agent, they sent an email back saying a rep will be reaching out within the next 24-48 hours. Not even 30 mins later, it’s Boomer Benefits! Natalie was so friendly, she listened to what I had going on, and then took it under her wing for us to get our late enrollment penalty resolved right then and there. I couldn’t have asked for a better client service member to stand up for us. I will forever be thankful for her and boomers!!!

This company amazes me. I got a phone call from one of they Representative, Vivian N and she pointed out that I forgot to update my Insurance Information. She stayed with me on the phone and explained to the Insurance Company about my changes I needed to make. It was resolved in a breeze.
I feel they watch over me that I had the best insurnce coverage.
So Vivian Newton did an estonishing Job and I am still scratching my head how smooth and professional she handled it.

We needed to change our Medicare Advantage plan because we were at risk of having our excellent health care provider (a teaching hospital) declared out of network due to a contract dispute with our insurance (Medicare Advantage) provider. Boomer Benefits agent Darla F walked us thru the alternatives, found a better policy with different company, and set up the changeover. Throughout the 2-3 days working on this telephone conversations were to-the-point and easily understood, and our email follow-up email questions were answered quickly and clearly. Well done!

Had to best experience with help on a claim. Emily M gave excellent customer service and my claim problem was resolved. It is comforting to know Boomer Benefits is there when help is needed. I called the billing dept and the insurance company, to no avail, to try to understand my bill. Also, left a message, as instructed, and received no call back. That is when I called Boomer Benefits and they were quick to return my call and get my questions answered. I am so happy with Emily M and Boomer Benefits!!

Several days ago I reached out to Boomer Benefits to get help with signing up for our Medicare and supplement plans. Gabe G. was awesome to work with. He was knowledgeable, efficient and most importantly, patient with my husband and me.
He made the process so easy and it is comforting to know Boomer Benefits will be there to help with any problems we may have with Medicare in the future.

I like to thank Boomer Benefits and their representative Georgio A. P.. Georgio assisted me in the difficult task of navigating and understanding the Medicare process after I retired in November, 2024. He was extremely thorough, professional and patient. After a delayed process since I was late claiming Medicare Part B, I now have my medicare card and waiting on my package for parts C and D. Shellie A was an awesome agent! She made suggestions for other supplements to bring my costs down. After reviewing my options, she walked me through the application process. Today I got my approval and she even went so far as to call my previous provider to cancel that plan so I would not get double billed. I highly recommend the services of Boomer Benefits. They have never let me down. They go above and beyond to have top rated customer service.

He made me aware of what I could expect and said he would get back to me within 30 days. He was true to his word. Sydney V worked hard to help me when my claim was denied by Medicare. I worked on it myself for several weeks, contacting my doctor and the provider to get it straightened out. I got nowhere. It took several more weeks after Sydney became involved. She was relentless and finally the provider got their act together, resubmitting the information and Medicare and my supplement paid.
