Anthony S picked up my call and I got the jackpot! Anthony explained all my Medicare options in terms I could understand. He followed our call up with the information we had discussed which made it very easy for me to decide the option to chose. On our second call Anthony filled out the medical and dental applications with me and again made it so easy while assuring me if I have any questions he and the team is here to help me. The best part is I can contact the team with questions versus dealing with the insurance companies. It doesn’t get any better than this!

Of late, Natasha R of BB worked with us very closely to clear up confusion with a bill that was not initially paid by the provider. We highly recommend BB and Natasha to anyone who needs immediate medicare related help.

I've been with Boomer Benefits over a year now. Just recently I had problems getting a prescription filled. So I emailed Asia Jackson-Russell from Boomer, she is the one who helped me change my plan D.
In no time at all she called me to help resolve the problem. My problem with the medication was resolved, turns out my doctors office sent in the wrong prior authorization. What impressed me the most is Asia's quick response and gave me a follow up call to see if my issue was solved.

I called Boomer Benefits and was fortunate enough to get Ruth O on the line to assist me with my medical bill. I kept getting a bill with no explanation of why Medicare wasn’t paying it. Within just a couple of days, Ruth had the answer and I was able to resolve the entire issue. I wish I would have called earlier. It would have saved me considerable time and worry. I've only been dealing with Boomer benefits since August 2024 but everyone from the very beginning with Travis Huddleston working with me to obtain coverage to Sydney G, helping me to correct some billing issues have be great. Very professional to deal with. Sydney G was able to correct the insurance billing issue with one phone call. Best customer service I have every received dealing with insurance issues.

Had a lot of questions about Medicare that I needed answered before the end of the year (only a few days). Spoke to agent Xavier J on a Friday. He spent a lot of time answering my numerous questions. Then I had more questions and we spoke again this morning (Monday). Boomer Benefits was recommended by a friend. Glad he did. And I'm especially glad Xavier was the one to answer my call last Friday. She offered help for afterwards when my plan goes into affect. She's friendly and easy to talk to and she explained everything in my language so I understood. I was having a problem with my medical supplier. I called Boomer Benefits and Alexis P resolved the problem in a timely manner. Now I am able to order my supplies and have a Merry Christmas. If it were not for Boomer Benefits I feel between doctors and medical supplies a lot of people would be suffering not realizing they are being taken advantage off.

Craig B was very helpful in letting me know what options were available based on my current prescriptions. I am saving over $20 per month in a Cigna plan over my previous Humana plan. Boomer Benefits also helped me see which pharmacy would give me the better price for my prescriptions, based on which tier group they were listed. I was glad to know that.

I am at Boomer benefits currently for one reason. That reason is Juliette Templeton. Even though Boomer was not an agent with my part D insurance the last couple of years, Juliette jumped in to help me anyway. Helping me with medication not covered on a formulary and getting me alternatives. Including cheapest locations to buy from, coupons, GoodRX options, etc.. I have recommended Boomer to a number of people. Even my doctor and his nurse signed up with Boomer based on my recommendation. My wife will be signing up next year with Boomer.

I have used Boomer Benefits for 3 years and have recommended their services to all my friends. This year, Jozzlynn provided very helpful advice on Medicare Part D plans, even talking to me about a less expensive option on Medicare.gov. There is no additional cost to enroll via Boomer Benefits, as compared to Medicare.gov, and Boomer Benefits assists with any future questions or problems with a medical bill for any coverage purchased through them. It's a wonderful service!

Navigating Medicare Part B and D process for the first time is a very daunting, complex process. Soooo many questions. With the help of Billy W from Boomer Benefits, my questions were answered, which helped me decide on which plan to choose. He was very patient with me, even though I had to change our appointment twice, and he provided me with Social Security links to get the the forms that I needed to fill out. I highly recommend Billy.

I contacted Boomer Benefits to change my part D plan. I was put in touch with Bree W who was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting my plan changed. She was prompt in contacting me originally and when I had questions. I have been with Boomer since 2021 and did need their assistance in the past so I wanted a part d plan through them. She found one for less money in premiums than my original plan so my monthly price dropped from $40 to $ 16.50.

We got news from our provider that our current advantage plan (that seemed near perfect) would no longer be available in 2025. I reached out to my insurance agent that had helped us with that plan but didn’t seem to have time to help this year. I am so happy we decided to use Boomer Benefits. Anthony discussed all of our options with us and after considering what we thought would be right for us, got us signed up for a new advantage plan. Love the added perk of being able to call anytime we have a question or problem with our plan.

I continue to be impressed with the service that my wife and I receive from Boomer Benefits.
Our latest need was to maintain an excellent / affordable provider for our Medicare Part D coverage and maintain or reduce our annual, all in cost. Laura F handled our case and managed to identify a provider with a lower monthly premium and affordable copayments for the various tiered medications. The total annual cost for our personal situation will be lower than what we paid in 2024.

Boomer Benefits was very helpful in helping us with our Part D plan. We used them 4 years ago with our initial sign up for a Medicare supplement and Part D. We have been extremely happy with the plans they chose for us. This year our Part D carrier opted out of their drug plan for 2025 so we had to search for a new one. Lisa C. was very prompt in returning our call and very helpful in finding a new Part D plan for us. We feel very reassured that we are in good hands with Boomer.

This is my second year using Boomer Benefits. Working with Wendy H. found a Medicare part D (for prescriptions) plan that not only covered all of our medications it was even cheaper than last year.
Overall not only has Boomer Benefits assisted us through the complicated Medicare selection process, they have posted many informational videos that explained the process and the various plans from Supplemental coverage to Medicare Advantage.

The Gilmore's. (Lorraine and Walt Gilmore)
Medicare signup was not as straight forward as we had hoped it would be. Boomer Benefits and Ashley S. have been so helpful and patient in clearly explaining all the processes involved in signup. We found a great supplemental plan to go with Part B plus great help in signing up for Part D prescription plans. We are so happy to know that Boomer Benefits and Ashley are just a phone call away whenever we need help.

I worked with Anthony S. of Boomer Benefits, to enroll in Medicare for the first time. Signing up for Medicare is confusing and scary! I was so pleased to work with Anthony who did an awesome job explaining, researching, and guiding me in completing the process. I had many questions and Anthony was patient as he answered each question. I look forward to working with him in the future, and have already been recommending him to other people in the same situation.
