In 2015 Boomer Benefits helped me choose a Medicare Supplement to fit my lifestyle.
I chose part G because it offers benefits overseas and I love to travel.
Recently when traveling , I spent six days in a clinic in a foreign country. Alexis P of Boomers helped me file a claim online and get reimbursed nearly 80%.
Alexis and all the Boomers deserve five stars for outstanding customer service to seniors.

Kendra G. , in client services, has gone above and beyond to straighten out a pharmacy billing issue (billing old insurance vs Medicare). She was accessible, provided prompt call backs and unsolicited follow-ups, etc. She was very professional and coordinated conference calls with Medicare, my old insurance, etc. She truly provided remarkable service and amazing assistance!!

I simply can not recommend this organization enough. Every single time I have an issue with MediCare or other insurance companies, they step up and get thing resolved on my behalf.
Most recently, their representative, Ruth O, assisted me with a $5,250 dollar billing that was incorrect. I reached and she immediately responded. She updated me on the progress every inch of the way until it was resolved.
There are not many company that can execute this level of customer service and support. This is truly a "best-of-breed" company with friendly, professional staff.

I had excellent help in selecting a plan for my needs by broker Darla F, then had the best follow-up assistance by Rachel W, who helped on phone calls with my carrier getting my benefit card and handling bills with my dr. visits, etc. Rachel was so courteous, patient and took her time to make sure that I understood and that the insurance co. was handling my bills properly. Kailey was extremely helpful with my problem. She spent as much time as I needed to help resolve my problem. She didn’t rush me and stayed online with me until she was able to get a solution at which time she contacted Humana rep and had a 3 way conversation. Now it is up to Humana and the hospital facility to finalize the solution.

Michele S truly took away a large headache from me when I received a bill for I routine lab work I knew for sure i was NOT responsible for. She frequently kept in touch with updates on her progress with all those that had to be contacted to resolve the issue. The end result? I had a $0 balance to pay! Boomer Benefits really are a very worthwhile service!!!!

My husband and I decided to pick Boomer Benefits to be are helpers with the new Medicare dilemma that was facing us as far as choices. They were extremely helpful with the setup. Then I needed help almost immediately with a claim not being summitted correctly by my physicians medical group. Amber P was assigned my problem and worked very hard and long on resolving it. She never gave up! It was finally cleared up and payment was made. We are very happy with our choice of "Boomer Benefits"

Talk about customer service! I had sent an email to my agent, they sent an email back saying a rep will be reaching out within the next 24-48 hours. Not even 30 mins later, it’s Boomer Benefits! Natalie was so friendly, she listened to what I had going on, and then took it under her wing for us to get our late enrollment penalty resolved right then and there. I couldn’t have asked for a better client service member to stand up for us. I will forever be thankful for her and boomers!!!

This company amazes me. I got a phone call from one of they Representative, Vivian N and she pointed out that I forgot to update my Insurance Information. She stayed with me on the phone and explained to the Insurance Company about my changes I needed to make. It was resolved in a breeze.
I feel they watch over me that I had the best insurnce coverage.
So Vivian Newton did an estonishing Job and I am still scratching my head how smooth and professional she handled it.

We needed to change our Medicare Advantage plan because we were at risk of having our excellent health care provider (a teaching hospital) declared out of network due to a contract dispute with our insurance (Medicare Advantage) provider. Boomer Benefits agent Darla F walked us thru the alternatives, found a better policy with different company, and set up the changeover. Throughout the 2-3 days working on this telephone conversations were to-the-point and easily understood, and our email follow-up email questions were answered quickly and clearly. Well done!

Had to best experience with help on a claim. Emily M gave excellent customer service and my claim problem was resolved. It is comforting to know Boomer Benefits is there when help is needed. I called the billing dept and the insurance company, to no avail, to try to understand my bill. Also, left a message, as instructed, and received no call back. That is when I called Boomer Benefits and they were quick to return my call and get my questions answered. I am so happy with Emily M and Boomer Benefits!!

Sydney V worked hard to help me when my claim was denied by Medicare. I worked on it myself for several weeks, contacting my doctor and the provider to get it straightened out. I got nowhere. It took several more weeks after Sydney became involved. She was relentless and finally the provider got their act together, resubmitting the information and Medicare and my supplement paid.

She took some administrative tasks off my hands, then followed up to confirm that she'd completed then. She joined me on the phone with insurers and Medicare, making sure that we asked the right questions and covered all the bases to straighten out the problem. She's gone above and beyond, and isn't done yet!

The folks at Boomer Benefits have been very helpful in educating me about supplemental plans and the quirks of how those plans work in my state. I am also going to be moving to another state this year, so I had to learn about what to consider both before and after my move. Jonah B in particular was very helpful with this. We had an issue where a hospital was not billing our supplemental plan, and billing us instead. I contacted Boomer Benefits and they set me up with Michelle S. She was amazing. She worked with the hospital and insurance companies for several months to get the issue resolved - and not only got the bills to me stopped, she got us a refund for things we shouldn't have been charged for. Boomer Benefits did an excellent job in discussing all of my Medicare options for supplemental insurance and part D prescription drug plans.
They made the enrollment process easy and walked us through all of the information they required.
They have followed up after our enrollment period to make sure we had all of the information we required and the insurance carrier had sent us the requested information.
We are totally satisfied with our Boomer Benefits representative.
They provided us their direct number and we have been able to get service every time we have called with questions.

Anthony S picked up my call and I got the jackpot! Anthony explained all my Medicare options in terms I could understand. He followed our call up with the information we had discussed which made it very easy for me to decide the option to chose. On our second call Anthony filled out the medical and dental applications with me and again made it so easy while assuring me if I have any questions he and the team is here to help me. The best part is I can contact the team with questions versus dealing with the insurance companies. It doesn’t get any better than this!
