I am so glad I chose Boomer Benefits to get me set up with everything I needed prior to retiring. The fact that they have a client services team is a huge bonus. My brain felt like mush after trying to navigate all the information there is about Medicare but then I found Crawford B at Boomer Benefits!! Signed up yesterday with Crawford. Great experience! He was amazing!!! Knowledgeable, friendly and made sure I understood what he was saying. It seriously was like I was talking to one of my own kids!! Boomer Benefits helped me find a new supplemental plan for medicare the first of the year and has been very helpful as I navigate the new plan with help with prescriptions and health. I recently had a procedure done and the billing seemed wrong to me and I contacted Boomer Benefits as now that I am a client they will help mitigate any problems with billing. Jasmine D assisted me with the problem and settled the claim that saved me about $400. Awesome customer service and all for no cost to the customer. I highly recommend them as you look for assistance with Medicare related issues.

Dealing with Medicare monthly EOB is cumbersome enough, but when you see a charge for regular lab work ‘denied’ after years of approval and no additional explanation, it’s best to reach out to Boomer agents for guidance / explanation /assistance. Ruth Oekerman explained the process to contest a charge, the time it would take to hear back from Medicare and promptly notified me once the charge was resolved. Thanks for the prompt , professional & courteous service!

She stepped my through the process and explained what I needed to provide her, and what she would be doing. It was a very easy process especially since Amber did all the work. I have been dealing with Boomer Benefits for 18 months now. I recently had an issue with a charge from the physician's office. I contacted them and Michele S. responded. She took care of contacting the presciber seeking clarification for the charge. When I wasn't satisfied with their explanantion she contacted Medicare and filed an appeal on their denial of payment.She took care of all of the paperwork and followed up to see what the outcome was. I can't sing high enough praises for Michele S. or Boomer Benefits!

The client services division is wonderful! Haley Stroud helped me today, and within minutes I got the information I needed on a denied insurance claim from Aetna. Before I thought to call Boomer Benefits, I spent 45 minutes trying to get answers to a simple question from Aetna. I was transferred and put on hold 3 times, and then the worker did not understand what I was saying. I am so glad I thought to call Boomer Benefits. The total transaction with them took about 5 minutes!

I’m so glad that I chose to use Boomers when it was time to choose a Medicare provider. They have saved me so much time as far as finding not just a great plan but I also took their advice on a new doctor and a surgeon for a knee and hip replacement. I have been dealing with America V, she has been so helpful. Her response time is incredible and her recommendations have been spot on. For anyone that does not know how to navigate the Medicare system I highly suggest you get ahold of America at Boomers.

LabCorp billed me for $300 for blood test which I believed should have been covered by Medicare. Boomer Benefits provides a free service to help their clients with issues like this so I contacted them and their representative, Alexis, resolved the issue for me so that Medicare paid for the test! I had the pleasure of working with Andrew M. Andrew literally saved the day as a person self employed with a successful business needing to transition from a private individual health plan to a government MedIcare plan.
My individual plan was legacy and terming out. I was very skeptical of Medicare but Andrew’s knowledge of the various Medigap plans allowed me land with a great option. Andrew is the best!

Jacob C with Boomer Benefits was very helpful in identifying an appropriate supplemental plan for my situation. As a retired disabled US Navy Veteran with full VA medical benefits, medicare is a bit of a nuisance expense, but Jacob helped me find a plan that would minimize the associated government mandated tax or expense. It is criminal that a disabled veteran has to pay a medicare premium when their VA medical coverage is part of their benefit for their personal sacrifice in serving their country. Boomer Benefits and Jacob C will help you get the right program.

Julia P deserves more than 5 stars! I/we had an issue where we thought our Medicare accounts had been compromised. I called Boomer and fortunately got Julia to help us. She got Medicare on the phone with us and she stayed online with us through the whole time. Then when we got our new cards she contacted all our supplement companies and gave them the new numbers. I cannot begin to tell you how Julia took a huge load of of our shoulders. Again, Julia P deserves far more than 5 stars!!

I will be turning 65 in December and starting Medicare and Medicare supplement insurance which will be cheaper than I am currently paying at my job for a high-deductible health insurance plan.

I have had the best experience with Boomer every time I've contacted them. They break things down in laymen's terms; takes the guesswork out of the research process which can be very confusing.
My latest experience was with Customer Service Rep. Sheena. She was amazing!!! She understood what help I was needing and provided the information with options for me to choose from.
I have recommended Boomer Benefits multiple times to colleagues and friends. And now I'll recommend they ask for Sheena. She's awesome!!! Thank you, Sheena!!

I had some questions about our Medicare plan, and called Boomers. It was my pleasure to talk with William M. He was so incredibly helpful, polite, patient and professional. He spent quite awhile with me as he very patiently answered my questions, and volunteered lots of good information. He also connected to me to my current Medicare plan and stayed on the line while they helped me login and find a discount drug plan card. He wanted to make sure I was well taken care of!! So I give both Boomers and William W the highest rating of 5 Stars!

I have recently started Medicare and after my first visit with the doctor, I was billed $562.00. Boomer Benefits (Amy E) contacted the provider on my behalf and had them re-code the bill; so now I owe nothing :-).
Amy responded to my questions and informed me that it would take time. Thanks for your reassurance Amy! So glad to be with Boomer Benefits - a knowledgeable team!

Being laid off and insurance being dropped the next day, Boomer Benefits really helped me understand Medicare B, Plan C and G. Larry K explained very clearly the minute details of the next huge decision I had to make in a crisis situation. Knowing that I would have Boomer Benefits support in possible insurance issues is a game changer for me. I have been able to follow up on issues in the past but as I age, not stressing about that is a blessing.
