Turning 65 is difficult enough but trying to navigate Medicare options is WORSE! I'm a physician and found it difficult.....UNTIL I found Trey D. at BoomerBenefits! Trey was the best! Responsive almost immediately and he sent me lots of unbiased informative articles that helped me understand my options and ultimately make my choice of plan. My agent was Trinadee M. and she was very knowledgeable, helpful, polite and friendly. She never pressured me or pushed me to a specific Medigap plan and was good at listening to me. All of these qualities is what made me go back to her to write my plan. I would highly recommend that all who are going to have to apply for Medicare read the book: 10 costly Medicare mistakes you can't afford to make. It made navigating the options for plans very easy and was extremely informative! A great agent and an outstanding resource!

Many months ago I called Boomers because of an issue I was having with a bill not being paid by Medicare. I worked with Haley H. and she basically took charge of the situation. I had forgotten that the bill was still outstanding when she called me this afternoon. Haley told me that everything had been taken care of and Medicare had paid the bill which I assume they would have done originally. Haley was great to deal with and is an example of the professional service we have come to expect from the Boomer agency.
