Service has been great. They initially found me a lower cost plan for part G when I'd requested this. Then, recently found me a drug plan that worked with my new pharmacy that doesn't deal with Silverscript plans. They also previously assisted me in getting a refund from a provider. They definitely make things easier! I highly recommend them.
