He told how to go online to enroll in medicare, helped me decide which part B plan to get and he enrolled me in United Health/AARP supplement for the medigap plan. I had a penalty applied for creditable coverage on Part-D. I tried to take care of it on my own, which took about an hour and didn't go through. I emailed Jessica, who got Chasaty to address the issue. It was corrected with much less of my time spent. Thanks Boomer Benefits.

I've been with Medicare since 2020 and I decided I wanted to check on switching plans. I emailed Boomer and received a call from Caleb B; he was very courteous and polite. I would recommend Caleb if your in need of services for Medicare.

I am going to retire the end of February. Allyson G from customer care Helped me out with a small glitch with Humana. I am not very good with computers and that was supposed to be the only way for me to answer a few last questions. Allyson set up a conference call and the questions were answered. Thank you Allyson for all your help!!!
