Amy E's tackled my last billing issue and while it may have taken a couple months, it was well with me not having to worry about it. My billing problem was solved and I owed nothing, Thank you, Amy!

I received a notice from WellCare that a drug of mine was not covered on their formulary. I contacted BB and rep Jeff B. provided me the document to send to my doctor to request an exemption. Well Care approved the exemption quite quickly and Jeff also checked back with me to see how it went. Love Boomer Benefits!
