I like that you can designate the people who get alerts when there is an incident. I also like that it specifies whether the alert is a test, a non-emergency, or an emergency issue. We've been very happy with our One Call Alert Device so far!

I like that they contact my dad when his pendant is triggered. So far it’s only been for accidental triggers but it’s good to know that they’re there if he needs them. I like that I’m notified by email and text and I’m able to add my daughter to the contact list.

I just can’t say enough good things about Matt and Dylan at one call in Houston. They were incredibly quick to take care of my furnace issue. They were prompt on time clean and did great work. We've been surprised at the size, i.e. clunkiness, of the security device to be worn around ones neck. Surely in this day and age it could be a bit more streamlined. My mother is a small woman with quite a sense of style. Hence, she is reluctant to wear it. I will say that the response when it detects a fall is immediate. Also, it arrived quickly.

Husband is very hard of hearing and could not distinguish what was being said. I told him to just say " FALSE ALARM" since he called my cell to ask what to do. He caught his alarm on the dishwasher door and set it off. If the robot or person would speak SLOWER I think he may not have had any trouble. However, I feel better about leaving him alone to run errands.

We are very happy with this system. We traveled to Tucson and back from Wisconsin. Tested the GPS on call button several times and in various locations, they were right on each time. The customer service is excellent. The salesperson was great to work with. She gave me several options for payment.

I purchased a system for my Mom. The Sales Rep Tracy was very knowledgeable, pleasant and caring about my circumstances. She made the process very easy. I'm pleased to have the peace of mind knowing my Mom, as Tracy explained, is keeping her independence but is safe while by herself in and around her house.

Making the phone call to One Call Alert was easy. Setting the box up was super simple. Testing it was quick and reassuring. Friendly customer service. Why did I wait so long to get my mother a One Call Alert? I thought it would be complicated and frustrating. I was ridiculously wrong. Best thing I have done for Mom.

I received the one call alert package extremely fast, earlier then i expected. It took less then 5 minutes to set up and came with easy instructions. The man I take care of pushed the button on his wrist by accident and we were both amazed at how quickly the alert was responded to!! I highly recommend one call alert.
