When they call the family they don't have on it who's calling. It took 3 calls before my family answered because they didn't know who was calling. When I fell and pushed the button they put on someone that I could not understand.

The false alarms aren't too drastic but it's too easy to press the button. I only tested it and it worked fine. There are too many forms to fill out. I don't like all the forms. It should just be easy.

They have not told me that I've remembered that you have to press the button down two or three seconds and nothing was happening for a while. Nobody was answering at the main office but I guess they got that fixed and so now it seems like everything's working well. I just tested it last evening and it worked fine.

Very happy with the product I feel safer going to work and knowing that if anything happens to my mom she is able to get help immediately, she can't see well and hear well so I like the fact that e everything she needs is right there on her no system where she has to be standing close to a speaker. She can hear everything someone is saying through the alert mechanism around her neck.

My 94 year old Dad recently became a widower. He has chosen to continue to live in his home but of course is now living alone with only the sweet cat. One Alert has given some peace of mind to him and to our family in the event of a fall or other emergency. We are able to feel more comfortable about him being safe. Thankfully the alert has not gone off to date to warm us of a problem. Hopefully it never will!

Well I haven’t had it long enough to give an accurate Review. But I definitely think they are on top of things . I have mistakenly by accident hit the button in the shower and it banged into something one time and they were Johnny on the spot they were immediately on my call alert thing to me to see if I was OK. So it seems to be working fine for me.

After mom had several falls and could not get to a phone for help, and finding her on the floor several days later, we decided to do something. We checked all the alert services available and decided on One Call. She has used it several times since then. The staff at One Call are nice and polite plus the response from them is excellent. Payment is easy also.

We chose One Call Alert for my Mom who is 85 years old. She has told us that she has set off the alarm accidentally on a couple of occasions and everyone she has spoken to has been very kind to her, reassuring her that she's not "bothering" them. Thankfully, Mom has not needed any medical help, but we feel confident that with One Call Alert, she would be tended to quickly and efficiently if a situation would arise.

She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about exactly how the system would work best for my mother's needs. The equipment was received in a timely manner and is easy to use. I would definitely recommend this emergency response system to anyone who wants peace of mind for a loved one!

I was very happy with the service that I received from both Kim on Friday and Tracy today. Kim provided very clear info for me on Friday, but I was unable to communicate with other family members to get the transaction completed on Friday. I called back on Monday and asked for Kim who had not arrived at work yet. Tracy worked with me to complete the transaction on Kim's behalf and I was very pleased with both of them They were professional and courteous and I appreciate that.

We only needed this service a couple of times but it was well worth it. The ordering and delivery process were very easy and trouble-free. The times when the alarm was needed were promptly followed by a call and appropriate action. The return process once the service was no longer needed was also very easy. It seems reliable, waterproof, says it's effective in all 50 states. Seems to be a very sensitive and it times alarms the phone it's not anything just a slight bump of the "fob". Seems overly sensitive which is a little annoying but better than not being sensitive enough I guess. Who pays for EMS if it's necessary that they are called question?

the day your pendant arrived, 3/7,,\ I fell and broke my hip. I had surgery and got home from rehab May 31. I activated the pendant somewhere around June 7. the pendent never worked, always saying it wasn't charge. So I returned the pendant June 13, 2022. I had paid for the full year. You gave me a refund of $200. So you are charging me $200 for one weeks service. That's simply wrong. You need be ethical and refund me the correct amoung.
