Is too expensive for people that are on a very limited income and most elderly people today that is such with the little lady that I oversee she’s on Medicare Medicaid and you’re too expensive for her so we are saying that six months is all she’s going to be able to afford she’s got to be eating, but $109.00 a MONTH doesn’t go far. We’re gonna have to choose eating. Your next question was have we ever been a paying customer or not I thought that’s the only way that you could get life alert if not please just tell us an easier way

Mostly pretty good value for money. Quick response to activation button. Lengthy contract sent to my mom which had a termination cause which frightened her about false alarms. I get the intent but should have been worded less aggressively

Can't rate it yet, hasn't been used for an emergency yet but your customer service and sales reps are great. I had someone from Texas ask if you cover their state because I explained your service and options to them. The person who wanted the information was a customer service representative for our health insurance company and she lives in Texas I don't know her name but if you cover Texas you might want to do more advertising there.

People I know don't answer your alert calls on my behalf because they don't recognize the phone number. Is it possible for you to ID one call alert when you call people supporting me? I didn't pick up either when I saw your number because I get so many solicitations and now only answer if I know who is calling.

I have to say I got this for my mom because she lived alone. She loved the rescube until they updated it. The new version is a little bit bigger and just doesn’t fit as well as the first one. When she sits at her dining room table, if/when she leaned against the table where the receiver “sits” around her neck it would press the help button. As far as working the receiver worked well. But since the update she thinks it’s a hassle and won’t wear it. Sometimes new and updated isn’t better. Should have left well enough alone.
