Both my mom's devices keep going off and she is not pushing the button. However everytime this happens they do quickly heck to make sure she is ok. I'm just afraid of cry wolf if it keeps going off when she really needs them they wont respond so quickly think that it's not a real call. Just my fear.

The mobile help device is for my grandmother, Shirley, who is 103 years old and still lives at home by herself. I purchased the fall detection feature and it would go off when she was lying in bed, and had been lying in bed for a while. So you could say that it would go off randomly, which obviously disturbed her. Now, she does not wear it at all and leaves it hanging on a chair next to her bed. Not helpful.

I do not have to charge the system often. I can have the bracelet with me twenty four hours a day. It's very simple to connect it. You don't have to go through a lot of things to get the system. It's easy to install.

I have only pressed it once and I got a person on the other end. It is easy to use. I find it is a comfort to know it is there. It is expensive but I had looked through several advertisements and decided it was the best one for me. The whole business of I could be in the house or down the road or thirty miles away interested me.

I like that it has a GPS device. I had an issue with it going off in the middle of night, it happened many times, and they came and tested it and found that it was losing signal so I had to move the base unit to a different room.

The wrist band didn't fit me that well. I had to stretch it to get it on. It fell off and I lost it. Other than that, I haven't had anything but good experiences with it. I think MobileHelp is a little expensive for me.
