I have the fall detector and I pushed it accidentally and they called immediately. I find it a little hard to deal with sometimes, and I'm not happy with the wristband because it keeps coming out of the loops. But, I was happy with the prompt response, and that's the main thing.

I walked a short distance from my daughter's house and was attacked by a dog and chewed up on pretty well and although I press the button there was no response from MobileHelp I tried four separate times and still no response so I'm done with MobileHelp. Any questions I have eventually, they get me to the proper person to answer the question. After you press the button, it takes at least fourty five seconds to get a response which is far to long if you have an emergency. The first set of equipment they sent me did not work and the second set finally worked.

I was in a small airplane in turbulent weather an Mobile help kept calling me, but could not hear over the noise.There was nothing I could do over the noise of the very small cessna plane. It happened on my return trip as well, though the movement was a little less bumpy. Any advice as to how to handle this?

I PREFER THE DESIGN OF THE MEDICAL GUARDIAN WE ARE ALSO USING WHEN THE MOBILE HELP DEVICE NEEDS TO BE CHARGED. THE PENDANT FUNCTIONS AS AN ALARM ON IT'S OWN WITHOUT THE HAND DEVICE. HOWEVER, WE HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH THE CHARGER. MY MOM GETS CONFUSED UNDERSTANDING THAT WHEN WEARING THE MOBILE HELP DEVICE, SHE HAS TO HAVE THE HAND HELD IN HER POCKET, OR IS USELESS BECAUSE IT MAY STILL BE ON THE CHARGER. SHE DOESN'T ALWAYS REMEMBER BOTH COMPONENTS.

We did have an incident but the device did not work because she did not have time to push the button before the seizure. When you push it, they are right on top of things asking if everything is okay. We assumed if she hit the floor it would go off by itself and that didn't happen.

Have you considered getting our fall detection pendant? The Fall Detection Pendant is a feature that can be added to any standard system (not the Smart Watch) for an additional cost. Our Fall Detect Pendant contains a pressable button for non-fall emergencies; however, if you were to fall and are unable to press the button it would automatically detect the fall and contact our emergency response center.

For no reason at all, the thing goes off and they ask if there is a problem. I haven't fallen or tripped or moved my arm quickly. And when I tried to use the blue button to stop it, it won't stop. I'm in the other room from the telephone when they call you and I'm in a walker and I have to rush into the other room to tell them no. I find that extremely annoying.

It's very touchy. If I'm at the grocery tore and the necklace will hit the top of the handle of the cart, it goes off or if it moves a little, it'll go off. There's always somebody there to answer and they're very easy to talk with and very nice.

I originally purchased the fall detection option. In the first week it gave six false alarms and failed to detect three actual falls. I cancelled the option. I do not know whether I received a credit.

I like how I am able to take it with me wherever I go, and the GPS tracker will be able to find me. I also like how there is no contract, and it is affordable to me. I do not like the necklace however, because it seems like no matter what situation I may be in, I set it off. This has been a problem for me in the past.

About 3 weeks ago the button was accidentally pushed and they called me back maybe about an hour later. I called the number back that it said had called me, but the call went to a close friend of mine. But then I realized there was another number in the message and that one got me to them correctly. There was just some initial confusion.
