Their customer service is very polite and informative but sometimes the device is too sensitive and other times it is not sensitive enough. We used it two days ago when my dad fell to the floor and that time it didn't go off like it should, though we did eventually get a hold of somebody to come and get us help.

They did a good job explain things to us and getting us going. The wrist band is good but the neck one is a little sensitive and she has found she can't sleep and when she rolls over it went off.
